Comfortable beds, fresh towels, bathroom with both shower and tub available. Good quality toiletries. Good outdoors parking. Breakfast options are good. We stayed at this hotel a few times already when visiting Lille. Staff are nice and helpful. Our kids received crayons and sweets and a few other small toys when checking in. There are some rabbits on the property which you can either see from your room or from the breakfast area, if you’re in luck, this was a nice touch :)

The location is not exactly the closest to the city, but it worked well for our needs. In our family room the WC area and the bathroom with shower/sink/tub were separate. Not really an issue for us but it’s not what you’d usually get.

Good breakfast, comfy beds, fresh linen and towels. Very clean. We could see rabbits outside in the garden, which was a nice touch, and children loved that :) Staff was helpful and accommodating. Free and convenient parking available. Good option if you want to be reasonably close to Lille, not pay too much, be able to easily park, and have breakfast too.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom space where shower, sink and bathtub are available, and there is no sink where the toilet is. This may however be considered to some extent practical by some families. It was not a big deal for us, it is just a matter of preference. There is a limited number of channels on TV, for instance we wanted to find something suitable for the kids, and could not. Again, these are not really aspects we did not like, I am just highlighting them here in case anyone is interested in such info.

The rooms were clean and spacious with excellent facilities. We loved the bean bags and the TVs on trolleys - the kids were able to relax, play card games and enjoy cartoons in comfort. We even had one enjoy a bubble bath while watching a film as we could position the TV in just the right place! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety and we felt very satisfied. The late check-out time of 12 noon meant we could take our time in the morning and did not feel rushed. The staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay.

The road leading to the hotel had rubbish dumped all along it - not the fault of the hotel. This was the only thing we could find at fault with our stay.

Staff here really bend over backwards for you. Our room was very spacious and clean.

A floor to ceiling door that lead to outside in a room designated for children with no safety lock (not a huge problem for us as my children old enough to leave it alone). Would be good to have an accessible microwave in the breakfast area for use during the day as no food available at the hotel other than breakfast.

It's a nice little spot. I had a very restful stay, and the amenities offered were all great. I loved the little Lesquin arrea. It's a bit out on its own, but not too far for an Uber or to get to if you are driving on your own.

I have no complaints. I wish I had another day or two to stay.

We were on our way to Disney and the morning we were supposed to leave we had car troubles. The receptionist was so very kind to help us out. He stayed for hours to make sure our battery was working again. Thank you so much!

My family and I stayed overnight and we were very impressed by what the hotel had to offer, which included bed and breakfast, given the room rate. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was close to the airport, city centre and motorway.

We liked the late check in and the room was good value for money.

The room decor is starting to look shabby. There was no sink in the toilet room. A lampshade was broken and there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Double bed was very comfortable (good night's sleep). Our children slept on the pull-out sofa beds.

Breakfast was of good quality. However, the staff were not paying attention to the food items which were running out (so we had to ask several times for missing food items to be replaced).

Convenient location for a layover. Staff were very friendly and everything was very clean.
