The hotel was great. It has an impressive, nice, and modern design. I loved the colour and aesthetics. The room was very big, and the bed very comfortable (it was a superior pool view room) on the top floor. The room and towels were cleaned daily, and it was easy to set up DND if you wanted to lie in. Breakfast choice was plentiful; despite how busy it was, food was constantly replenished quickly. The food at the pool bar was also good, lots of choice, good quality of food and didn't wait too long for anything. All the staff we encountered throughout the hotel were polite, friendly, and helpful. Marianna at the pool bar was an absolute hero. She recommended great wine and cocktails from the menu, and was just lovely to chat with in general. The hotel's location was great for us. It was about a 20-minute walk along the beach to the old town, which was lovely to do pre- and post-dinner. It's a flat walk, so it's not strenuous at all, and there is a lot to see along the way. We liked that we were close to the beach, could utilise the bars/restaurants in the local area, and were also a stone's throw away from the town.

The air conditioning was very weak. It took ages to kick in and get cool when we were in 30+ degree heat. The uniform the pool bar staff have to wear doesn't match the hotel vibe. I'm not sure why they have to wear these strange floral dresses, but hopefully, they are comfortable. Really lovely patio area near hotel lobby but as the bar was one floor down, it was hard to figure out exactly how you get served there without having to go down to the bar to tell them you are up there first.

The hotel has 2 buildings, each of them with outdoor swimming pool. The one in the back has also a small indoor swimming pool and a gym. Everything is sparkling clean, breakfast has a good variety, staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is nearby the sea and the center. Rethymno it's great with an atmosphere of modern holiday place with a wide variety of modern cafes and restaurants while, at the same time you have the old town and you find yourself back in time with old historic buildings, small streets and shops with great local herbs and spices. We've been in several places in Crete, but if I would have known from the very beginning, Rethymno would be the best choice.

Hotel is few minutes from the beach and main promenade that leads to old town (20 min walk from the hotel), has a nice pool and spa, and restaurant with evening entertainment. Rooms were modern, wonderful, clean, with good air conditioning, fridge and coffee maker. Hotel breakfast and dinner were also amazing with great variety of food every day. Staff were really welcoming and happy to help whatever was needed. We would definitely come here again.

We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival, the staff was really friendly, the rooms were clean and beautiful. There was evening entertainment, which we enjoyed very much. The food was really, really good, and the location of the hotel is excellent. Overall, a fantastic stay in a superb hotel.

Nice, clean hotel with small but comfortable rooms. Everything worked well. Breakfast was good and they were able to cater for dietary issues. Lovely common areas, including the pool. It was a pleasant walk to the old town, along the promenade. We had no difficulty finding a parking spot on the street near the hotel, although maybe we were just lucky with that!

It was possible to hear quite a bit of noise in the room from passing traffic, although this did not greatly impact us as we only stayed for one night. Also, there was a surprising lack of little extras for a hotel of this purported caliber e.g. no shower caps or vanity kits in the bathroom; no coffee machine in the room.

Firstly this is a 5 star hotel, not 4 star as far as I'm concerned! Everything about the hotel is exceptional - including the lovely, hardworking staff, ultramodern rooms, decor and technology and delicious cuisine. And if you're an animal lover, the furry hospitality and welcome offered by the visiting cats by the hotel pool! 😀

There's nothing NOT to like about this hotel!

Managment and staff of the Hotel deserve pure 10! Where to start...Hotel has a great location, 3 min to the nice beach, and 15-20min to the old town. Rethymno its a worth visitting place, you have long beach anf town in one place. Rooms comfortable, clean with nice amenities. Food...oh my god the food!!! We had breakfast and dinner. The finest selection of food I ever had in a hotel. Staff....the most dedicated to guests I ever seen! The evenings have concept with nice and quality entertainment as well, not to loud and quite enjoyable! Also during some days, sax is playing by the pool.I Highly recomend this hotel for visitting Crete. We will be back for sure!

The best staff I have ever encountered , always there when you need them, always happy to help 10/10 Amazing food. A lot to choose from to suit everyone's needs. All inclusive cocktail's and coffee were amazing Nice atmosphere, pool looks amazing at night, very cozy Different programs at evening

For all inclusive what I did miss was snacks. They offer you some peanuts, but they could add some fruits for example, like in other hotels. And it's strange that you need to take care of pool towels yourself. You have to go to other building , take the towels and return them before leaving. If you forget you will be charged. But maybe it's just me that is not used to this.

Lots and variety of top quality food. There were quiet hours after 11 pm, the great music and dance performances end promptly. The room was great. The housekeeping staff (Demetra) was amazing. The guest relations manager (Eleni) was amazing. The chief restaurant service lady was amazing, and her staff was very polite and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond for us.

The main pool was too busy, guests occupying chairs with towels in advance, using chairs all day even if not being at the pool. The resort should start a policy, saying if not at the pool, you lose your chair. This would make the resort perfect.

Rooms / apartment were a good size and cleaned well every day. Pool was excellent! Always enough sun beds available but didn’t feel quiet. Most of the staff were very friendly. Good choice at breakfast. Good location for the beach and Rethymno. About a 20mins walk to the old town. Kids club available sometimes which was a nice touch. We only went once as it was closed the next day but the staff on the day we went were very lovely.

A few of the morning restaurant staff seemed a bit cold but weren’t rude as such, just not all that friendly. Cocktails by the pool were a bit average for the price
