We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of our travels and it’s was a wonderful way to finish our trip. We have two small children and the hotel was a dream for them. They had so much fun in the pools/water slide & kids club. The kids club is really great, they do around 4 specific activities a day, from face painting to origami. The outdoor cinema was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful but not intrusive or pushy. The hotel restaurant also had a full gluten free menu which was amazing for us as one of us can’t eat wheat. We had problems with printing out our booking passes for our flight and the hotel reception staff helped us out. Just an overall great experience, thank you.

Only a small gripe as we had a wonderful time. We had two showers in our apartment which was great but the water flow and temperature of both was a total gamble, never knew what your were going to get!

2 bedroom family suite. Perfect and comfortable. Everything you would need. Staff and manager very helpful. Fantastic fir young famikies as so quiet at night and fun stuff for kids.

It wouldn't stop you booking this beautiful hotel but a couple of things. 1. Back door shuts at 9pm and you then gave to go long way road. The other short cut is too dark and when raining was flooded. I wish it was open to 12, 9pm too early. 2. Very quiet resort which is great for yiung families but dead at night. No bar entertainment or having a laugh at the bar it only sits 4. 3. 25% service tax on laundry was excessive, a few pieces cost me $40aud. 4. Our aircon broke 3 times but was fixed. I would stay again, as its a lovely place and im going to Sanur again soon, but the back door closed at 9pm is a deterrant for our grown up family. And even when open is a bit of a walk to the beach.

A rare time when a property exceeds expectations. The reality of the facilities, location and accommodation were even more superior than hoped. Enormous apartment. Quiet location (despite one side of the complex being on a main road). Complimentary water cooler in room. Exceptional kids zone, pool, staff and activities. A varied, fresh, daily breakfast. Real pride in the planted grounds, pool and shared areas - constantly maintained and cleaned. A manned access door from the back of the property ensures a short walk to local eateries, and also a main shopping/ dining street. A regular shuttle bus should you need it. Friendly, welcoming staff who make a point in remembering your family.

Apartment spacious, comfy beds, lovely bed linen, fluffy white towels, filtered water supplied, great breakfast, lovely staff, activities for kids.

The back gate closing at 6pm means you have to taxi back after dinner if you eat out.

We loved everything. The staff were so friendly and everyone was so lovely with our daughter. The two pools were fantastic and a lovely temperature. There was an extensive gluten free menu so my husband (who is allergic to gluten) was able to have lots of choices for lunch and dinner, and there was gluten free toast and pancakes cooked for him on request every morning.

My husband would've liked de-caf coffee as a drink option! Also if you want to spend most of your holiday on the beach, this hotel might be a bit too far away from the beach for you. However, it wasn't a problem for us. It's walkable plus there's a shuttle!

hi, there was 26 of us, from all over australia (FAMILY) THE kids loved the pools, breakfast was the same every day, would have liked more choices,couldnt get a hot cup of coffee, rooms were nice and big.

the back gate could have have least stayed open until 10pm, or another suggestion was to be able to swipe our room card to get in, and then the duty personell wouldnt have to be there. i was a bit surprised we were far from shops, as i stayed in the prama many times. and with you we had to get taxis everywhere, which were very expensive, in comparison, at least half the price.as my sister and i are seniors, we had to navigate steps everywhere, even to get into the pool, we had to be assisted,a ramp would be good, or even small steps, no hand rails either, that i noticed, i realised this was a family/ children location.

Had a great stay. Rooms were a decent size and all furnishings were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean and well supervised. The pools were lovely and the water slide was lots of fun. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choice.

Hotel was fantastic for kids, they had loads of activities to offer, movie nights under the stars, kids activities daily and catering to all ages. Staff were so friendly and appreciative of our stay everytime we saw them. Kids pool and slide was fantastic and they always had a staff member supervising. The 2 bedroom rooms with living and kitchen were fantastic. The ability to put the kids to bed (2 & 3yo) without having to go to bed yourself (in a one room hotel) was divine! The back door out the hotel was fabulous, shorter walk to the main strip, only 10mins.

Pillows weren't for me, too high or too soft.

Great service and facilities. We loved staying at Prime Plaza. Everyone was happy and whilst it was busy the first weekend, the service didn't change. It was great. The pool was clean - although the kids pool was clearer than the main pool! Slide was fun. Bar service fab along with happy hours. Food was great too. We had the breakfast a few days with their offers of buy 8 get 4 free, and other days we went out to local places (within a 10 min walk).

We loved the 3-bedroom apartment - extremely spacious, clean, and convenient, especially having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen + balcony! The pool was very clean and large, while the kids games (real-size chess, foosball table, arcade-like basketball hoop, etc. Including indoor games for young children for a rainy or hot day) and slide (long + water, fun for kids and grown ups!) were also perfect! Rare are hotels with two swimming pools - this one also has a shallow kiddie pool for toddles and babies that is rather big enough for parents to go in with the kids without feeling crowded. There was even a free movie night, and other fun activities for the kiddies. The hotel staff was helpful and a pleasure to chat with. The breakfast selection, included with the room in our case, was delicious and varied, and we loved having a coffee machine to brew different kinds of specialty coffees. The backdoor to go out for a walk is adorable and it feels nice to have security there; it takes you to a lovely walk around the backstreets, not far from shops, restaurants and the beach.
