We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of our travels and it’s was a wonderful way to finish our trip. We have two small children and the hotel was a dream for them. They had so much fun in the pools/water slide & kids club. The kids club is really great, they do around 4 specific activities a day, from face painting to origami. The outdoor cinema was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful but not intrusive or pushy. The hotel restaurant also had a full gluten free menu which was amazing for us as one of us can’t eat wheat. We had problems with printing out our booking passes for our flight and the hotel reception staff helped us out. Just an overall great experience, thank you.

Only a small gripe as we had a wonderful time. We had two showers in our apartment which was great but the water flow and temperature of both was a total gamble, never knew what your were going to get!

With two pools (one for children with a waterslide, one for grownups and teens, but also options for children), this is a stellar family resort. The staff couldn't be more lovely, and it's just a short stroll from lovely restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and everything you could need. Breakfast had varied options, and the staff were very accommodating of dietary needs, be mindful to check the ingredients if you have allergies, as sometimes the "vegan" signage was not accurate. The kids' club had four activities per day on a weekly timetable; some options were not as exciting as others (treasure hunt, biggest splash competition, face painting, origami). The biggest splash comp was a crowd favourite, especially as it included the "big kids"(adults) in a bonus round. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Happy Hour from 12-8pm. A highly recommended stay for those with kids under 11. It would be great to see more options that cater for teens.

Breakfast "juice" was more like a cordial. Some issues with termites in the room (though swiftly fixed). Poor labelling of dietary inclusions in breakfast food. Would be good to have more uplifting music at the pool. Bring your own floaties/floatation devices or buy at the shops as the adult pool is deep. The gym is basic, but you get access to Prime Plaza Hotel Gym which is amazing and eqivalent to a commercial gym.

2 bedroom family suite. Perfect and comfortable. Everything you would need. Staff and manager very helpful. Fantastic fir young famikies as so quiet at night and fun stuff for kids.

It wouldn't stop you booking this beautiful hotel but a couple of things. 1. Back door shuts at 9pm and you then gave to go long way road. The other short cut is too dark and when raining was flooded. I wish it was open to 12, 9pm too early. 2. Very quiet resort which is great for yiung families but dead at night. No bar entertainment or having a laugh at the bar it only sits 4. 3. 25% service tax on laundry was excessive, a few pieces cost me $40aud. 4. Our aircon broke 3 times but was fixed. I would stay again, as its a lovely place and im going to Sanur again soon, but the back door closed at 9pm is a deterrant for our grown up family. And even when open is a bit of a walk to the beach.

The kids play area and pool with a waterslide was excellent. They totally had all they needed. Made friends. There are open air movie nights every few days. The Suites were spacious! Did not feel cramped. Ground nice and well maintained. Not a huge territory. Bus to the 'Western' Supermarket was great but only runs twice a day and either you shop in 15 minutes, or you walk back (or taxi). Don't walk see below. Back lane access was good (main road at the front is not good for walking anywhere). Breakfast was everything you could desire bacon, sausages, waffles, pancakes, fruit, muesli, everything and it was all very tasty. Other meals at the Resort were just okay (the Sate was good). Happy hour is 12-8pm. Would go back probably would aim for about 5 days there and another 5 somewhere. Sanur has some very upmarket restaurants along the beach front (which to be honest isn't very inviting to swim but the Resort pools are great) and shopping galore. Felt very safe especially during the day. Staff cleaned the rooms with such attention. Restaurant Buffet staff were the cutest from the lady boss (who remembered all our names) to the new trainee we saw I swear every day. Spa was good you can get cheaper elsewhere but so easy to have breakfast pop in for a massage then float in the pool. Head off for an adventure in the afternoon.

Suites were starting to show a bit of their age. Nothing terrible but probably in 3-5 years may need an overhaul.

Very clean large apartment with good sized rooms and balcony overlooking the pool, fun slide for the kids providing hours of entertainment with constant supervision by lifeguard, playground nearby and movies under the building. Easy access out the gate to the path leading down to main shop area. Well maintained gardens and grounds. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. The traditional Balinese dancing and buffet dinner was lots of fun with delicious food and a good price $25 per adults and kids half price.

Service by the pool was minimal at times and the cocktails were not very nice compared to others we have had in Bali. Pricier food than other hotels. Be mindful of the added tax.

We had an amazing stay at Prime Plaza Suites Sanur! The 3-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of room to relax. The resort itself is family-friendly, with a fantastic pool area, a fun kids’ club, and friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is also ideal—close to local shops, cafes, and just a short walk or shuttle ride to the beach. Special thanks to the team for their warm hospitality and seamless service. We highly recommend Prime Plaza Suites to anyone visiting Bali, especially families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxed vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

1. Some lights on the outside to indicate the property location. Most of the taxis were getting confused 2. It will be good to add some vegetarian options at the Breakfast.

Stayed here recently with 4 friends and my toddler for a girls trip and could not fault it. The resort was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. Staff were extremely friendly, buffet breakfast was delicious. Extensive room service and poolside menu with options for kids, dietary requirements etc. Lots of things going on for kids including daily activities to participate in, pool tables, a toddler play zone, gaming areas, a seperate kids pool with a slide and playground. There's something different on nearly every night for all the family to keep it exciting! Great location, only a short walk down quiet back streets to Sanur centre and the beach. We will definitely return but for longer this time so we can enjoy a good balance of heading out for the day and enjoying the resort and all it has to offer.

The on-site spa was a real treat however they lacked signage in the reception area to outline that treatments were in progress so the relaxed zen of the treatment was interrupted by the overhearing of enquiries and bookings.

Breakfast was very good, location was OK, little laneway out the back was very good for a few places to eat , laundry and massage and little shop to buy , snacks , drinks etc...You needed to catch a cab to go into beach of sanur but only 10 minutes drive. It's worth staying for what the hotel offers even if you need to catch a cab , my kids loved this hotel , they really thought of everything , couldn't fault it, we will be back.

Only thing was the air con in the main bedroom didn't work that well so it was a bit warmer for us to sleep at night , kids room and main living worked well so I think it just might need replacing in that room. Not a deal breaker though, would definitely be back.

-everything you need for a family holiday, good food, separate kids area/pool with space to sunbathe and life guard, nice atmosphere, washing machines, always space by the pool, movie nights. -excellent babysitting service, our kids (3/5) were very happy and enjoyed their time having dinner, playing and being put to bed.

-the back door shuts at 9pm, which is a pain, as grabs from the front door are plentiful but take a while as traffic is bad out front. It means in reality you’ll walk round adding an extra 5/10 mins on -location is a bit off, fine if you want to be based on site with the odd trip out, but less so if you see yourself having dinner out most evenings, there’s not many places locally to eat…..

So much better than I thought - perfect for kids. Staff were great, pools / slide / playground (outdoor and indoor) were great, 2 bed apartment was huge, beds comfy, etc. They have entertainment most nights but finishes by 9pm so doesn't keep kids awake and isn't loud anyway. I was worried the location was not good but if you use the back gate it's actually very convenient to restaurants, minimal, beach etc. Would highly recommend

The food aside from breakfast was very bad, as in inedible fish + chips, and the cocktails also very bad - super strong with what seemed like cheap spirits. After the first day we ordered take away or went out to eat. If you get the breakfast buffer, it's a lot cheaper to either book it as part of your room or get the voucher pack at check in, we got stung a bit in buying breakfast each day but was a good buffet
