Everything was normal, the Azerbaijani people are very friendly, they helped with everything, the hotel staff was also very helpful and cheerful, we got along very well with the night shift workers, I had promised them to comment but I could only write now, Manager Rawan was a very funny person, he introduced everywhere, about Baku, and Hafis was very helpful, there were a few more people whose names I can't remember, I thank them all very much, they made our holiday beautiful

I think the rooms could be a little bigger, some of the breakfast items could be changed, there are some isolated problems but when we look at the hotel in general, they deserve 9 or 10 points together with the workers.

The manager and the staffs TURAL, ELNUR & IBAD were giving us a TOP NOTCH SERVICE. It amazed us the manager picked up our luggages from the parking area together with his staff and even his staffs were around, he made sure we were all taken care of. He was so nice, polite and respectful. Then ELNUR and IBAD who were on night duty went above and beyond to protect us from a taxi scammer. They defended us as their guest not to get bullied further by the driver. We paid in advanced for the taxi ride the next morning to the airport. We were surprised they were still there in the morning, even though their work shifts have ended, to make sure the taxi driver kept his promise which he didnt. They managed to collect the money from the driver and they booked and kept us company outside until we got in the taxi safely (two taxis). The taxis were even already paid for by their money. I've personally been traveling around the world and been to different hotels, before Azerbaijan I was traveling from Saudia and Turkey. But never ever have I met such a wonderful hotel manager and staffs. They didn't abandon humanity in their work and service. They all speak good english esp' Elnur so he could accomodate our concerns with the taxi driver. They tried so hard for us not to feel bad because we got scammed in their country (there's always one everywhere I suppose). For the hotel itself, the room was amazing. It's big, modern, complete with amenities, super clean, the bed was super comfortable with a double blanket and the housekeeping was also wonderful. The room rate is super cheap. Just amazing. I am forever grateful to them.

An excellent hotel with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Grocery stores and a public transport stop are within walking distance. The staff is polite and took all our requests into account. Cleanliness, tranquility, and the grandeur of the hotel – these are the things I loved the most. The beds are large and comfortable. I want to say thank you for the hospitality and for taking care of us every day, always ready to help. I also want to highlight the beautifully designed restaurant on the third floor, where breakfast is served. In one word: MAGNIFICENT!

Fantastic staff, always greeting with a smile and always ready to help and answer any question, especially Ibad and Elnor were very helpful, top hospitality! The hotel is brand new and very clean, rooms are spacious and have anything you need. Very pretty and cozy-feels like home.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a birthday celebration, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Nizami Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the vibrant heart of the city. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration special. We had requested some small touches for the occasion, but the team surprised us with so much more! They arranged a beautiful birthday cake, colorful balloons, and personalized decorations in the room, creating a festive and memorable atmosphere. It was clear that they put in extra effort to meet our requests, and the result was beyond anything we could have imagined. Thanks to Tural and the other guy in forgot his name - the took extra effort in organizing and helping really appreciate From check-in to check-out, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maestro Address Hotel in Baku City and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my room. The room itself was spotless and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary bottled water and a selection of teas and coffees. The breakfast offered a delicious food, and the quality of the food and the service were top-notch. The hotel’s location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to local attractions.

It was perfect trip to Baku. Our stay at Maestro Adress hotel was very comfortable. They gave us room with nice wiev and when we checked in manager Tural met us with flowers and with gifts. A cozy hotel 5 minutes from Primorsky Boulevard. Clean linen and excellent quality mattress. Cleaning is excellent! Quiet place and good breakfast. My big thanks to Hafiz for his responsiveness and solution of any issues! It was a wonderful vacation!!
