We were very impressed by the accommodation the cleanliness and overall facilities. Also it must be mentioned that we did not at first have the facility of Netflix as promised. which had the weather been more temperate it wouldn't have been that important! but within 24 hours. TV changed. Netflix installed. Also delivered coffee filters as requested. Central location but very quiet..without hesitation would recommend this apartment and the people were nice and on point👍

The mattress on the double bed..I hadn't felt a spring through a mattress for years so I slept on the bed duvet!

Top location (within a 5 min walk are at least three metro lines, a bus stop, two pharmacies, nice restaurants, cafeteria, supermarket, + Gran Via with all the shopping spots); comfortable beds, more than enough pillows and drawers; all clean !!! ; easy check-in; fast online communication with staff; spaceous; well-equipped kitchen, suitable for cooking your own food if needed; you get exactly what you see in the photos.

We were given apartment 2i. The window in the bedroom with 2 single beds had a not fully sealed window frame, there was a small hole when closed and cold air could enter the room. This didn't affect our sleep since enough blankets were provided. In spite of everything being clean, one of the bed sheets had 1-2 tiny-tiny holes here and there, in the same way one of the towels had 1-2 very small dark stains. These are just details that I would like to be taken care of for future guests. I'd give a total score of 9.5 if it was an option but I believe a 10 is okay. :)

Location, location, location!!!! Large doors that looked out on to the Metropol Parasol and cafes. Great people watching from your apartment. Beds very comfy and were two twins put together which was wonderful so we could stretch out. Highly recommend this place!

The cons: There was no body wash and one large shampoo that was probably left by another guest. Every other place we rented in Spain provided shampoo and body wash. The kitchen needed paper towels and at least enough coffee/tea for the first night so we had time to go to the market.

It’s spacious, clean, neat & tidy. The location is good, easy to access to most of the attractions while it is located in a comparatively quiet street. We got promoted response from the staff.

We stayed there for 5 nights. While we understood that it’s not a hotel with room service unavailable, it is fair enough to arrange sufficient necessities, such as clean towels & toilet tissue papers. Initially, it was rejected until I repeatedly request. It’s a bit expensive.

Spacious apartment in a great location (near Temple, Palace, Cathedral, Metro etc). Balcony was lovely to be able to see what was going on in street below. Kitchen had all equipment needed including cups, plates, utensils, frying pans, washing up liquid, drying cloth etc. Bathroom had soap, shampoo etc. Beds were comfortable and hangers available to hang clothes. Safe in room to keep passports etc.

My daughter is not a fan of lifts so being on third floor meant a lot more steps for her (although a lot younger than me so she managed fine).

The apartment is located in a very central location close to the metro, in addition the apartment was clean and spacious with a very good kitchen and a large living room. The owners of the apartment were very kind and quickly answered any questions and needs we had. Highly recommended🔥

The water flow in the shower was a bit weak, especially when two people are showering at the same time. But it didn't spoil the experience of the place. We really enjoyed the apartment.

The location is perfect, within walking distances to almost every attractions (the Royal Palace, Gran Via, Temple of Debod, Sol and etc) easy access to metros and free bus 001 (from and to the Atocha train station). A lot of restaurants nearby and we can also cook simple breakfast in the apartment. Good facilities and helpful staff. As we have 6 persons in total, I requested additional pillows and devut which were well prepared.

Smell in the guest restroom, but endurable and the air circulation is working with noise.

The location, in a side street of Plaza España is top notch. Clean, well-furnished, lots of room and even a second bath chamber. We were lucky that we could enter the apartment without problems with our access cards during the massive power outage, and the street door was kept open (electronic access not possible due to outage).

We like to sleep with the windows open, but the street provides quite some "background noise", but that is normal for weekends I guess.

The place was impeccable, so clean and beautiful, and it had all the amenities we might need and more. The location was amazing, and the place was super comfy and nice. There was an elevator, which was helpful with the luggages.

The toaster wasn't working properly, which made it a bit difficult to make breakfast, but it wasn't a major issue. We informed management so that it can be fixed in the future.

The apartment was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect as it is easy walking distance from the palace and Puerta del Sol, but is also in a quieter area, so noise isn't an issue. There's also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hosts are excellent and are happy to help with any questions or suggestions for things to do and see.
