The location was perfect, with stunning views over the Loch, away from the road so nice and quiet. The bed was comfy and there was a large bathroom. Both our hosts were very friendly and helpful and we have many great chats, mainly with David at breakfast time. Breakfast was good and I was offered porridge which was not on the menu. Nothing was too much trouble from our hosts who made sure we had everything we needed.

Smallish room and as we were there for 6 nights, and had a fair amount of luggage, we could have done with more storage space. I think the breakfast options could be expanded a bit more with some additional fruit choices as these were limited. Maybe some sliced cheese and ham for the croissants for those who like a continental style breakfast.

Great place and wonderful hosts! Very nice breakfast, with delicious food, fresh, warm, and just prepared by the attentive host. The common area was cozy and offered a great view. Very convenient location, less than ten minutes from Portree, and in a quiet, peaceful and charming area of Skye. Easy self check in process and to find. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The place is very clean, and beds comfortable. Very highly recommended. Thank you for hosting us!

Our room seemed a bit small for 3 people, but we felt that it was still adequate for our stay for exploring the Skye and none of this was a problem.

Guest house was gorgeous. The view is incredible, and our double room had a great little balcony to sit out. Kids had a twin room. Rooms were perfect, nice size showers with plenty of towels. Shared sitting area is so cosy nice sofas and fire roaring is a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared with continental and cooked choices all very fresh. Location is great only 10 mins drive to Portree and other direction is Uig.

More hangers would be good in wardrobe.

Loch Eyre is in a beautiful spot and on a lovely property. The room as great and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. David and Lynn sent several area suggestions before we arrived.

All good. There was a road closure that affected getting there that happened to be on our days. That said, the owners notified us as soon as they heard and were very flexible about timing due to the closure. It did NOT have anything to do with the Loch Eyre House. I mention it to note how helpful the owners were in spite of it!

The house is in a perfect location for exploring Skye. Directions are easy to follow from the main road. Even without a loch view, it was a great place to be fully satisfied. There's enough space for all guests to park their cars overnight. Our late check-in (due to the breathtaking views and, of course, the "must" of taking pictures while traveling from the airport) was smoothly managed by the hosts. We received a text message with full instructions—thanks for that! The room was spacious enough for us, and everything was clean and cozy. There were plenty of sockets to plug in your chargers and other equipment. Breakfast is well organized, with guests able to choose their preferences each day to avoid food waste. Despite limited choices, we were satisfied. The food was delicious, fresh, warm, and just prepared. Beds were very comfy and big enough. Heating was fully operational to get the cloths dry overnight. A loch view from the common area was amazing.

A small fridge in the room (hotel-like, under the table) would be a great addition for keeping some food/drinks cold in the evenings.

It was in a quiet location. The owners were very friendly and accommodated our later check-in. The breakfast was good and prepared per order. The rooms were pretty spacious with generous bathroom space.

From the photos we thought it would be right on the Loch but it was up the hill and across the road so could not be accessed from the B&B. The parking was free but difficult to find a spot to park. Since it is advertised as a B&B, we thought the breakfast was included with the room but we were charged extra.

The accommodation was great: the room was clean and well-presented, with tea/coffee-making facilites. The location was perfect for our overnight stay, as we were catching a ferry the next morning from Uig, just up the coast. Our only regret was that we were unable to partake of breakfast due to an early sailing. Maybe next time ;).

Nothing we could think of :).

The Location is perfect to unwind and feel the vibes of the isle of Sky. The owner is extremely helpful, friendly and flexible. The road that connects it to Portree is in very good conditions and straightforward. My phone had connection in this hotel while there was no signal in the town centre. Good value for money.

The room is a bit small for 2 people with luggages. Breakfast window of 1 hr (8 AM till 9 AM) might be limiting to the early birds or night owls.

This B&B was an exceptional place. The check in process was very easy, rooms were very modernly decorated and very clean. We had a loch facing room which had a decking area with a table and chairs which would be stunning to sit on during some nice weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The B&B was also very easy to find from the directions given, it’s just off the main road and easy to spot.

Shower cubicle was a little small. I’m a bigger guy so I banged my elbows a couple times but this wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Staff was very helpful and service was great! The lounge was very relaxing and a lovely place to be as an alternative to the small (but very functional!) room. Shower was lovely as well: hot and great pressure. Breakfast was individually made and really tasty. The views were beautiful. We had a lovely stay!
