I honestly don’t even know where to begin because everything was just perfectly perfect! 😍 The hotel is super clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. But the absolute best part? The staff — especially the young guys at the reception! They were beyond friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed, literally anything. Their kindness and positive vibes made our entire stay extra special. We genuinely had such a fun and relaxing time, and it wouldn’t have been the same without them. Thank you to the sweetest team at Serenada! You guys made our trip unforgettable. 💖 Can’t wait to come back again!

Honestly… there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect from start to finish! From the cleanliness, to the atmosphere, to the incredibly sweet and helpful staff — it was all amazing. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were incredibly nice and attentive. Breakfast was tasty and varied enough. The rooftop pool was perfect despite being busy at certain times of the day. It was lovely that they provided clean beach towels every day. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and walkable to the hustle of Sarande promenade if you enjoy walking (took us around 45 mins at a leisurely pace). We really enjoyed our stay!

Nothing! Only two things to point out: the shower could benefit with a little shelf to put toiletries to help people with little mobility. And it would be great if they could liaise with the beaches nearby and give hotel guests access to them without having to pay the large fees to get lounges/umbrellas; it would make them a perfect hotel!

The hotel was new and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making the stay very pleasant. A special mention goes to the rooftop pool and sunbathing area – the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view.

Location was good as just outside sarande but close to ksmil and the property was comfortable with a great breakfast!

Everything - the hotel is beautiful / the room was amazing / the breakfast was sooooo good / the staff all really helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved this place! We arrived and immediately settled in. The hotel is super nice. Our room was clean and spacious for my husband, our kids, and me. The location is great—just a short walk to everything: restaurants, a pharmacy, ice cream shops, and beaches. There’s plenty to do in the area. The hotel manager, Armando, was amazing! Honestly, this man works so hard—he was always around, day and night. He handled everything with a smile and was always on call. Armando truly made our stay as easy and relaxed as possible. If we ever come back to Albania, I’m definitely coming back to Glow. 500 stars!

Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooftop swimming pool

Coffee during breakfast needs to be paid (2,5€ for a cappuccino, 1,5€ for a normal coffee), which is simply not acceptable for a hotel of this price range. Additionally, the rooms are not very soundproof. Every day, there is a lot of noise on the streets until very late at night which was very disturbing despite having a room on the 4th floor. This hotel doesn't offer spots at the beach, due to which you need to search and pay for a place on the very crowded beaches in Sarande/Ksamil.

-we stayed in the glow suite and it was fantastic, we would really recommend -you have beautiful views over the ocean and Corfu -staff was friendly and helpful

-you do feel that you pay too much for what you get: the breakfast is fine but nothing exceptional, the bed linen and pillows are so-so, no water offered. These are small details but for the price you pay, they should be improved

It was amazing! The location is nice as the area is pretty newly built and we walked almost every single night to different restaurants. Loved the design, the fact that it is safe and slept well for all 7 days. Staff were excellent! We had drinks every single night at the bar before leaving to our dinner and after coming back:DThe only thing was a bit unexpected that we booked a Superior Suite with Balcony and Sea View and if you are on the 1st or 2nd floor, you only see a huge tree. We don’t usually spend too much time in our rooms while on holiday, but if you do, definitely mention higher floors before your stay. Once the guests lefts above us, they changed our rooms and the staff was really nice anyway:))) Also it is worth to try their private beach area. Sea is really refreshing and relaxing and the seats with umbrellas are with an amazing view. Their waffle and ice cream shop is a must too! We had a delicious banana&Nutella waffle each. Filling&TASTYYY! :))

The rooms were very clean (a very high standard is applied throughout the hotel), and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is superb - lots of food places, bars and right by the beach (and it’s not noisy). The hotel has a beautiful pool on the 6th floor.

WiFi connectivity, lack of availability of iron and wish there was a restaurant on site for night where you want to stay in and get room service. However, there are loads of restaurants around to be fair.

The treatment of the staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and always trying to help

The bed moves easily because it is not fixed to the wall. The TV is so far away that it is difficult to see the picture clearly. There is no spa , no gym.
