Stayed for 3 nights with my kids, was really pleased with the value for money that the apartments offered, spacious rooms, liked the breakfast bar area and comfy seats, and if you want to relax in the kitchen / dining area then the TV is on hand to have the music / programmes available which is always a bonus. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and informative which is always a good sign, decent size fridge which came in handy! Like that the toilet paper was decent enough as well (little things always count!) It's got a decent view of the sea as well from the room at the front, and is just across the road more or less which is perfect.

The bed i slept in felt like it had a few bugs in and caused 3 nights of itching, which was a shame cos it was comfy enough to lay on top of, just very uncomfortable to be under the sheets. The showers were not very powerful and occasionally would all of a sudden go really cold, but we think this might have been related to 2 showers being used at the same time. The cold spells only lasted a few seconds however but was a bit frustrating. Only other thing really is more of a recommendation and that is to have toasters available.

The location was perfect close to all ammunities, shop located next door. Both rooms where the perfect side loved having the kitchen separate, bed was very comfortable. Having a fridge was ideal along with the microwave and air fryer. It was prepped with cutlery, pans, plates ect along with glasses and cups. Everything you needed in the kitchen

There was nothing we did not like however our only constructive feedback is a full size iron board would be ideal as a little iron board was no good. We are aware this is everyone's preference but ideally darker curtains ( blackout ) as it was very bright of a morning and some people don't like this. . Again this is just preference and would not stop us coming back in anyway. absolutely brilliant stay.

We have stayed here for the past 3 years and have always been happy with our stay. We like to stay in the sea view rooms. We didn’t use our balcony this time as there were baby pidgeons nesting there. This wasn’t a problem as it was lovely watching them on a morning. ( we refrained from feeding them but we think our neighbour did )The beds are lovely and comfortable and we were provided with everything we needed for our stay. The apartments are ideally located within walking distance of all amenities.

The only thing we found was that we have always parked at the back of the property but this option has now been removed

Great little apartment in a fabulous location, right opposite the pier. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and a couple of things we would not have expected in a self catering apartment, like tea, coffee, milk sachets and biscuits. Entry was via keycode on the front door and keybox for the room, which was ideal for us. There were contact details provided should we have had any issues and communication was good throughout the booking process and our stay. Free parking spaces on the side roads nearby were easy to find and only a short walk around the corner to the apartments.

Shower wasn't great, low water pressure and difficult to keep temperature stable.

Simon the Manager was very helpful Meeting us at the property to show us where to Park . Absolutely Excellent location was so much to do very close by , lovely clean apartment had everything you needed in it and beds were lovely and comfy , we had 4 different rooms in our group We were happy with every one of them .

The stairs were tough as we were on the top floor that’s the only thing I could say .

Everything went well, from the train station we just got the number 1 bus and got off at Wellies pub then it was just a minute's walk. The instructions to get into the property and the room were simple. The room was very comfortable and just the right size for our needs

The code although simple to get into the property doesn't feel secure enough, anyone could could have watched us and remembered it easily. The shower wasn't very powerful but once the head was adjusted slightly was acceptable

The apartment was clean , spacious and in a very good location. The manager was informative from the get go and phoned to confirm we got all the information to be able to get in our apartment 🙂. Will be booking again in the future.

The shower was temperamental and I couldn't get the right temperature either too hot or too cold. Them not having a lift would be problematic for people who have heavy cases , I struggled with mine coming down the stairs.

All arrival, the staff were there to greeters the gentleman was very nice and explained well what we needed to know The only thing that let it down was that was the only time I saw him could not gain access to reception to refill tea. coffee and milk which were all on the counter in reception. And on departure, the gentleman reappeared and said hope you’ve had a good stay and that was it

The apartments and the kitchen area were very good. The bedroom was a decent size good enough for me and the wife. The toilet and shower area was a little small but manageable 

It is located on the sea front of Skegness. The room I had was a sea view with a balcony. Just waking up every morning and seeing the sea, it is amazing. The staff are very polite. The bed is very comfy. I will be staying again.

The only thing was the room I was in the Internet connection wasn't great. My device kept losing connection and sometimes wouldn't connect at all

Very central location. Clear easy access in to apartment .was nice and warm in the apartment nice clean bedding.lots of storage in bedroom .good size tv.

The bathroom could do with a re vamp .toilet seat loose and toilet roll holder coming off wall.shower not good very small cubicle electric shower that went cold three times while i was in it.poor water pressure.
