Our stay in Baden-Baden was wonderful! This hotel boasts a perfect location, putting all key attractions, especially the famous Caracalla Thermal Spa, just a few minutes' walk away. We loved being able to explore the entire city center on foot. Getting to the hotel from the central station was a breeze, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside. The staff were exceptionally accommodating; they happily allowed us to check in early around noon since our room was ready, and even offered a reasonably priced late check-out. Overall, the value for money at this hotel is truly excellent.

While our stay was great, there are a couple of areas for enhancement. The room lighting was very low, and could benefit from being a bit brighter. Also, we noticed that the street-facing rooms were a bit noisier than those on the spa side.

Spacious room & bathroom with walk in shower. Great location very close to the Caracalla spa & selection of cafes & restaurants. Nice buffet breakfast and friendly staff at reception Espresso machine in the room. Fast wifi.

The front entrance needs a little pathway/ step from the driveway to the public path that goes down to the church and spa ( just to avoid having to walk to the end of the driveway and back down to the front entrance) I would have preferred some sachets of milk/creamer & tea to be replenished daily. Would have been great if there was 3-4 simple meals & dessert available for dinner ( just for those who don't want to go out)

I liked the location and the parking garage was great with electric changing. Nice rooms and a good value place to stay in Baden Baden.

The breakfast buffet was pretty disorganised and there were long periods where there wasn't hot food, Please just monitor this as it really frustrating not to have things like this working properly. I got the impression there were a lot of staff just doing the least amount of work they could do and going out to have cigarette breaks etc and weren't very customer orientated.

The hotel is really modern and the decor is lovely. We were checked in quickly by reception and our room was exactly what we needed for a few days exploring Baden Baden. It was very quiet, and felt totally safe. It's very close to the centre of town and Xmas Markets were only a 7-10 min walk away, and there's a bus stop just outside to explore things further afield. It's also opposite the Caraculla Baths!! Staff were friendly and informative. We opted in for breakfast and it was very good, lots of options and delicious pastries.

As the buses take quite a long time to get to the airport, we decided to get a taxi to the airport on our return journey. We booked it with reception the night before, only to find out the next morning as we sat waiting for it that it clearly hadn't been booked. One arrived 15 mins later after we mentioned to reception that we were waiting for our taxi. As the airport is so tiny we still had plenty of time - but as a slightly anxious traveller it was a bit disappointing that we'd been forgotten after booking it in advance with the reception team.

A very smart and attractive modern hotel in a great location.

The electronic check-in arrangement is farcical. The reception staff were patient, charming and excellent at their jobs and more than capable of checking us in a friendly and efficient way. Instead the hotel company policy required us to use one of the electronic check-in terminal, which was over complex and failed to work a number of times. Despite there being 3 such terminals, queues formed because everyone found them difficult to use, causing completely unnecessary stress, frustration and dissatisfaction. Please use the fantastic staff that you have rather than trying to replace them with a machine that doesn’t even work properly and starts people’s stay in a bad way.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this property. Staff was very friendly and location was perfect. I cannot say enough about the rooms. The were incredibly comfortable and despite their being a giant therme and walking path by the windows we heard zero noise all night. The rooms are very modern and beds were some of the best we had ever been in.

The fridge did not get my drink cold, but upon reflection it might have been because I supposed to turn it on. This would not surprise me as I remember one other place they also kept the fridge off to save energy.

Staff was really helpful, location was great, room was really clean and stylish.

Too few parking spots in the hotel, city tax added at the point of check-in (why can't it be part of the main process when you order a room?), most of the places around hotel are tourist places serving half the quality for twice the price. Room was literally below the ground level, so our view was as amazing as concrete wall could be. Still surprises me how hotels count two beds being one next to each other as "twin-bed".

The location was great, easy walking distance to both the spas and the town center. The room, while small, was clean, modern, and comfortable. The space under the bed for suitcases was a terrific solution. Even though the initial check-in was with a bot, a real person was always stationed at the reception to offer additional help. When I asked about parking, not only did I get a comped parking space, the receptionist also upgraded my room.

The breakfast could have been better. The eggs seemed to be several days old and the orange juice tasted slightly off.

OK, I rarely write recommendations. But the staff here were superb, from the breakfast team to Reception to the manager. People make the place, so a highly recommended team of folks. I'd go back again easily. The location is good, 2 min walk to the spas, 5 min walk to the old town and nearby lots of restaurant options. Easy access to a bus to the Merkur funicular railway about 12 min away. Room has coffee and tea making facilities, individual airco and nice comfy beds with storage for luggage under the bed in a unique way to make space. Ecohotel in room cleaning by appointment and has alternatives to dairy at breakfast for lactose and gluten issues. But the staff, especially Stephanie at Reception, are what made it special for me.

Even though they arrange a special pillow for me for neck sleep issues, pillows were just not my personal preference, but you have quite a few of them available. I prefer to have a closet that closes so out of sight, out of mind but the room had an open closet area. But that is just room design preferences, no reflection of my stay or the capability of the hotel.

Great location, very modern stylish room. Parking was ideal for motorbikes. Didn't really understand how it was meant to work (tickets, payment etc ) but in the end wasn't charged and noticed other bikers arrived after us and they were put through into a rear area that was secure and I assume free.

Room was a bit dark. Check in was supposed to be all techy on a fancy screen but couldn't really understand why it didn't have all the relevant info from the booking without me having to stand there and type it all in then it timed out while I was trying to fish my id from my baggage and had to start over. What a carry on after a day of travelling.
