Breakfast was wonderful. Pool was nice. Water temperature was great. Very convenient location from the interstate highway. Liked the proximity of a gas station to the motel as well as the restaurant across the parking lot from the motel.

The only thing I didn't like was that the hot tub was taken out of service and was filled in. I will base my next visit to Fargo on finding a motel with a working hot tub.

Pat the manager was very hospitalbe and professional at check in. Check in was quick. Staff was so nice in the morning at breakfast and asked us how we were doing. The guy at checkout was super nice and friendly. We would stay here again.

The bathroom door in room 202 needs to be replaced from the humidity from the showers. It is warped. The bathroom floor could have been a little more cleaner in the corner by the toilet. Toilet flusher may.need to be looked at. The water kept running after flushing. My husband checked it out to get it to stop so the tank would fill up.

Service was exceptional ..( moved to a lower level room without issue ) . Room was clean and comfortable .. bed was great to sleep in ... no wake up aches or pains .. Close to all the amenities . Breakfast was good ( plus ) .We would go back

No outside patio or chairs ... smoker or not .. address on google maps / Garmin was a bit of an issue -- could "foul " a long drive bad ..

The room was clean and had the amenities to make our stay pleasant. The mini bottles of lotion, shampoo & conditioner were a nice touch. This also includes the little soaps. The breakfast had a good selection to get the day started. I would definitely recommend staying at the Windgate.

the hotel itself was great. housekeeping was amazing and any staff we came in contact with was fabulous.

the price we were stated on booking was not the price charged. we had to adjust our days and the manager said we would get the rooms at the same price. this did not happen. we we arrived we asked the 2 of our rooms to be charged on 2 different cards and gave them 2 different cards at check in. only one card was charged….. for both rooms.

Bigger more spacious room with true queen sized beds. Beds were comfortable not hard not too soft. Breakfast had a good assortment and was kept full and clean even during the morning rush. Had prepackage cereal & yogurt which was very convenient. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Loved that the room was scent free. Could not smell dryer sheets on bedding. Or cleaning products in suite

Prefer more lighting Would love to have the bathroom fan and bathroom lights on two separate switches

Didn’t have breakfast so can’t rate that. Room and building was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Bed was kinda stiff. No hot tub (wife was looking forward to sitting in a hot tub).

I checked out at 4:30 am yesterday (8/17) to take flight. In spite of early morning, staff at reception offered a fresh brewed coffee. She said ‘Have a wonderful day’ I replied ‘Already had a wonderful experience’. It’s really amazing service. Thank you.

Breakfast was excellent and location good.

Bathrooms could use an upgrade and was disappointed when I arrived to find out the hot tub was removed. There was no mention on their website.
