The room was nicely laid out, beds were comfy and the location was great. Bathroom was nicely appointed. The shower had good pressure.

There weren't any instructions for the appliances in the suit. The coffee machine and air con took us a while to figure out. It got too warm overnight and it was very loud from the pub across the road so we couldn't open the window - but we were all too tired to figure out the air con. So the room ended up roasting

Spacious apartment, new and clean. Very comfortable beds. Easy to find and with clear instructions. Loved the coffee pods machine. Two mega TV with Netflix and Prime available if you have already an account. Good reading light by the bed.

There is a basic kitchen: sink, kettle, coffee machine, cups, glasses, cutlery, a teatowel. No dishwahing liquid and no sponge for washing the dishes. So how are you supposed to clean what you have used from one day to the next when room service consists only of emptying the rubbish? And why there is a sign by the coffee machine that says you get replacement pods daily and they do not get replaced? The bathroom sink is very,very low and although is a big bathroom there is nowhere to put your toilet bag; only a small space behid the mirror for a couple of items.

The apartment itself was very nice with a comfortable bed. It was very clean. The location was right in town with parking right behind the hotel.

There was no soap for the small kitchenette. The pricing and policies felt strict (locked out at 10 am when you leave so hope you didn't forget anything). The biggest negative is the bar down at street level with darts, yelling and dropping kegs until 2 am? Couldn't open window due to noise an even with windows shut hard to drown out sound. If you sleep with earplugs you'd be fine? But I don't and just added to an overall tiredness the next day.

The cleaning of the place in general, the easy that the instructions were given, no noises during the night and the room with the curtains closed is totally dark. The options of lights in the room, the services provided, for 200€ the night is what you expect, very well done.

I didn't looked into, but not having a person physically in the place (receptionist) gives you a strange feeling, but is just that, that you are not expecting this unless you have researched about the place or you have stayed with them elsewhere.

Stunning property! Extremely well presented and clean! Neil was so helpful as I was travelling with my elderly Nan, greeted us to help with our bags as we arrived earlier than check in. Also accommodated an earlier check in for us. Also let me use the house phone to make a few local calls when my nan fell ill. Offered to also take us to the bus stop personally if we had issues with Taxi. Could not recommend the location & hospitality enough! Thank you

Room was smaller than expected but wasn’t an issue just a little difficult as we had so many bags

The staff were superb and good not have been more helpful. The room was immaculate and although a bit tight for size it was very comfortable. The location of the room was first class and very much in the heart of Stirling. The carpark was a tight challenge to get into but perfectly adequate and well secured.

The sound deadening of the room was disappointing as an upstairs neighbour was walking around and making noises from approximately 01:30am until around 3:30am. This was not good as we could hear them wandering around their room.

The property is situated in the city centre and has a private parking. Room is really nice, clean and modern that has everything you needed. Big thanks to Laura who made sure that our stay is perfect and that we are comfortable, she is very kind and attentive to our needs. Such a nice place to stay and would definitely recommend. Hopefully can come back for longer days.

Tasteful decor and central location in Stirling renovated character building....a plus that window opened. High end linens and comfortable bed. Great coffee machine provided.

The shower needs a non-slip map..it was very dangerous. The fan in bathroom is with the light and runs a very long time after light is turned off..annoying. The room is tight with space once suitcase is open. There was no view from room...not sure about other rooms.. (we had #6). Could hear people in room above.

Excellent location, incredibly friendly staff. Good level of security, you need to ping in your code to get into the building. Everything is brand new. Great room size.

Bathroom extractor stays on too long, understand this is not a hotel with 24/7 front desk, but they do respond quickly to any messages or concerns.

Location, location, location! Cleanliness of room. Parking available but there is a charge. Brilliant hosts- couldn’t do enough. even phoned round taxi firms for me for a Hogmanay booking- thank you so much🥰. Also left treats and a card for my big birthday- very thoughtful and kind.

No breakfast or communal lounge area. Paying for parking when staying at property.
