From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the hotel's elegant ambiance. The staff's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Room was fantastic! Large and luxurious. Connected walkway to Mall and Doha Quest, which is super helpful if you want to keep entertained without braving the heat.

Staff was hit or miss. Some super friendly (breakfast restaurant staff were all lovely), others not so much. Housekeeping missed the mark. We checked in early after a long flight and asked them to prepare the beds for our tired kids while we gave them breakfast. Came back to the room and found the pillows and duvets just left behind with no bedsheets and beds not made.

Customer service wasn’t satisfying and cooperative enough either with a minor or major problems I had an issue with the booking dates that I admit i made it wrong but i thought I will be getting some help or ever offering to help fixing the issue. My problem was that i booked wrong dates and the hotel didn’t mind to call and confirm humans make errors sometimes yes. Other things were minor and you can deal with it. But with this big hotel and location I thought I will get the best of it but my only disappointment was the customer service.

Wonderful experience at Banyan Tree Doha. The hotel features a luxurious design that beautifully blends Qatari heritage with modern touches. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with stunning views. The spa is exceptional, and the staff are professional, friendly, and always helpful. The location is great within the Doha Oasis complex, close to restaurants and the mall. Breakfast is good but could be more diverse. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely return.

Beautiful big family room with a Thai restaurant to die for

Little disorganized - we were asked about 6 times to pay a restaurant bill after we had paid it! It was odd. Our first day and we had settled our bill already + they had our credit cards. Different people at different times kept requesting it on the phone / at the room door etc - it was as if they felt we were going to run away without paying! Breakfast was also very average, nothing special about it + service again was mixed.

It had the wow factor with the interior. Our suite was huge and had beautiful views of the city. It was all very clean and chic. Beautiful Patisserie.

It is not particularly child friendly with regards to its overall vibe but they did go out of their way to look after our 2 children in the restaurant and with the sweet cart. The whole hotel throughout is very cold. The air conditioning is up too high. We were charged for a child’s bed as the room did not accommodate our 2 children even though Booking.com advertised it as a family room. We were charged £75 for a queen bed. If we hadn’t paid for the bed, I’m not sure where they would have slept.

Breakfast has very limited options. You only have 1 choices. I don't eat most of the food offered. No buffet. With this price you can get a much better breakfast outside the hotel We had an upgrade from booking to a serenity room but they still gave us urban. Front disk employee at 5:30 pm is not coaperative nor understanding. The room was in the 13th floor, the lobby was smelly, not clean. The room was small not like the pictures in booking at all. The windows were not clean.

I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with the hotel's services and amenities. From the well-appointed room to the courteous and professional staff, every aspect of my stay was impeccable. The spa facilities, in particular, were exceptional and contributed to a truly rejuvenating experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its unwavering commitment to excellence.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking, especially for the apartment building.

A more than wonderful and comfortable stay. The place is very good and the receptionists are helpful and cheerful, especially Mr. Bashar who made me up grade for the room. Mr. Anas welcomed me and Amal and I took the room early so that I could arrive before the check-in time. I also made a late check-out because my plane was really late. Thank you all for making me feel. This is my second home and this will definitely be my favorite hotel next time I am in Doha.

The room was great, and the staff are friendly.

The location, it's suppose to be a part of the Mushaireb downtown area, but it's located on the other side, so it's a bit of a walk or you need a car to get to the downtown area. Also, Everytime I call an Uber they get mixed up with the entrance of the hotel, so it doesn't heart to add few extra signs so that drivers could reqcy the hotel more easily.
