The food in the pub was excellent. The staff was very friendly, hard working and did their best to make my stay pleasant and positive.

I was told I’d have to climb 2 flights of stairs. It was actually SIX flights. The housekeeping was hit and miss. The last three days, I changed to a smaller room. I could not use the TV in that room, as there was no remote. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I tried streaming on my phone, but the wi-fi was inadequate, or there was no internet connection. At the very least, a discount on that room would have been nice, as I was unable to use all the amenities I paid for.

Perfect place for a one night stop before heading to the airport only 20 min away on Elizabeth Line. Clean comfortable beds and tea and coffee and toiletries provided. Breakfast was also included..

Lots of stairs up to our room so beware if you have lots of luggage or poor mobility. Shower wasn't great regarding pressure or drainage. Breakfast was basic but it sufficed.

Piggy backed a weekend trip to London on after a weeks visit to Centre Parcs Woburn Forest. I chanced upon The Kings Arms, and it looked like a good base for my wife, 6 year old son, and I. We were greeted upon arrival and given the key to our room, which was on the top floor of the property. Stairs were steep but not problematic, but if you are less mobile, it's a trek. Our family room consisting of a double bed and bunk beds was a good size and very clean. However, an issue arose with the double bed due to a mindless previous guest, so we had to switch rooms to a triple across the hall. This was handled promptly and professionally. Again this new room was clean and a good size. The Kings Arms is situated right behind Ealing Broadway Centre, and on the other side of that is the tube served mainly by the new Victoria line, which gets you into Central London in around 20 mins. After both our full days in London, we returned to some of the comfiest beds I've ever had at a B&B. Breakfast was included in the cost and was a continental affair. It was not a great selection, and I was slightly disappointed. I didn't notice when booking them saying there was no cooked option, but I would have gladly paid and extra for one.

I received a warm welcome: the check-in was efficient. I had stayed at the KIngs Arms several times (before Covid) and each time enjoyed the location, the food and drink along with the warm, friendly and very much "local" atmosphere in the pub. The ("continental") breakfast was varied and fresh. Ealing is a lively small town (I used live in the area). A large variety of pubs and restaurants with good shopping and excellent transportation links - even better now that the new Elizabeth Line is in full operation: e.g., between Heathrow and Central London. An alternative to travelling into London is to take a number 65 bus down from the main road very near to the Kings Arms and vist Kew / Kew Gardens (located on a pretty stretch of the River Thames) and on to Richmond and Kingston: or, getting off at Kew, by walking along the river bank ("tow") path to Richmond. Richmond Park is huge and has herds of wild deer. Sightseeing boats travel between Westminster and Richmond. Overall, I like the atmpsophere in Ealing by day and by night. The Kings Arms provides a warm, quiet and friendly haven for a visit to Eailing and the local area.

The rooms were tidy and clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was simple but tasty and plentiful. I appreciated the small bottles of toiletries- I always forget to pack something. The staff was great with every interaction, happy to chat with us about local lore and visiting information, and our barkeep poured the perfect pint. Would stay again.

We couldn't let a breeze in and have privacy/quiet at the same time, the way the windows are set up. not a major issue, but we struggled a bit with the heat, and it wasn't even summer time. If you happen to have a room near the bottom floor you will hear every guest stomp across your doorstep, as well as your neighbour's general noise. If noise doesn't bother you it's a non-issue though

I love staying in these types of accomodation. The room was comfortable and charming. It was clean in the area's that it needed to be (ie sheets, shower, toilet)...The staff was welcoming and very helpful..streamlined check-in and an easy check out. I'd rtather give my money to these types of accomadations than any big chain hotels. Breakfast was delightful. Exactly what we needed to get going in the morning. In room coffee stations was a great touch. Loved having my morning tea while looking out over the charming corner window. Just delighfully peaceful.

If I'm completely being honest, there were area's that could have been cleaner but like I mentioned it was absolutely spotless in the crucial areas so I had absolutely no complaints.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful and the accommodation was warm, clean and comfortable and very conveniently located to access the high street and transport. We also ate lunch in the lovely pub and the food was great. We were able to use one of their parking spaces at no cost which was a brilliant bonus. We were able to enter late after a night out thanks to the door code at the entrance. Enjoyed meeting the two cats as well! Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

It would have been great to have some dairy free/sunflower spread for the toast and cereal suitable for vegans but the oat milk was appreciated for drinks.

Everything we needed for our one-night stay to visit the pantomime in London. Our family of four in a family room, off street and gates parking, quiet location, walking distance to the tube, a convenient quick breakfast, comfortable beds, resident cat. All very convenient.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. For what we wanted it was perfect and we were comfortable with the slightly dated decor, the stairs up to the room in the 'tower', and the essentials self service breakfast (tea/coffee, juice, toast, jams, cheese & ham, boiled egg)

The room was extremely comfortable, with quiet surroundings, being given a code to get in, and breakfast was fab. The staff were wonderful, chatty and helpful. I will definitely recommend it to friends and be returning should I need to stay in London again.

6 flights of stairs to the top room - although we were told about this prior to the visit there were more stairs than we imagined, a lift would be nice or more hand rails. The bathroom fan was rather loud, and other guests were boisterous when allowing doors to slam but this is of no fault to the hotel. Tv didn't show up many channels - but this could have been my error not theirs.

Staff were really friendly and very helpful. The room was modern and equipped with toiletries and a station for hot drinks so was perfect for a few nights. Breakfast was nice and easy and included a good variety of foods to keep full. Overall, we were really happy with the room and would return :)

Room wasn't ready when we arrived however it was put up very quickly so this wasn't a huge issue. Also room was on the top floor so had a long walk up which could be tiring haha! Perhaps needed a better check out process as we were unsure as to how to until we could locate a member of staff.
