Shuttle tip*** I was told the shuttle only leaves once per hour and you have to book ahead of time because it’s first come first serve. They only take six people at a time. That’s a really small amount for such a large hotel heading to the airport. If you book ahead of time, you shouldn’t have any problems. I really like this hotel. The appliances were very nice. It was clean and kept up nicely. The TV was really nice, it was a 50 inch flat screen.

There was a strong greasy smell in the room even though it was clean. It wasn’t so overpowering that it ruined the experience but it wasn’t a pleasant smell.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, modern, and near the airport. Reception was welcoming and helpful and let us know about nearby things we might need. Very comfortable bed and far nicer than what we usually get from an airport hotel, especially at this lower price point.

The shuttles was fully booked for the next morning at multiple times. It would be so helpful to either increase the number of trips or to add an extra shuttle in prime times as it's a $20-25 Lyft to the airport without traffic. The pantry prices were also really high but I think that's normal, and honestly we were so grateful it was there

The airport shuttle was a bonus for someone stranded at DFW airport. But the shuttle driver was exceptionally helpful, and how could I know that the room itself had a complete kitchenette, since I paid only $125 total for one night, including taxes? I definitely recommend this facility for helpful staff, awesome room, and reasonable price.

The only issue that was irritating was some of the people who took the shuttle back to the airport, i.e. some arrived late, and some insisted that the shuttle could fit in more people than were scheduled for the trip. Stressful for all, and especially for the shuttle driver, who was polite, but clearly vexed with the demands from passengers who were pushy, late arrivals, and extended no visible help or verbal support for the free service provided.

Extremely clean and comfortable with lots of free amenities available. Our favourite was the free guest self-serve laundry and dryer available for guests to use - super handy since we came with a full load of laundry to do! They even had a coffee machine available for guests to use for free. Our room had a full kitchen with lots of utensils and cooking equipment available. Friendly and helpful staff. Extremely impressed and 100% worth every cent.

We, along with many travelers were in Dallas overnight due to delayed flights from high wind warnings. Our flight did not land until after midnight and a shuttle was not available. The hotel’s shuttle normally runs hourly until midnight. It would be an amazing and welcome perk if the hotel could arrange to have the shuttle hours extended when major travel disruptions due to weather are anticipated.

I almost DON'T want to review this little gem of a hotel!! Why? It's phenomenal...and if the secret gets out, the extraordinary pricepoint will go up!! Recently 100% remodeled 8 months ago, it is one of the, if not THE cleanest hotels ever. Room 301, at end of hallway, top floor, was so clean, I thought I was home. Full kitchenette incl. Big frig w/ice maker. Coffee maker (was only missing some creamers). A wonderful bathtub to relax in after a long day of travel. But, the bed! THE most comfortable bed ever...put my head on pillow and whoosh it was time to get up six hours later to get back to airport on their free shuttle. If I ever have an overnight again at DFW THIS is the place to stay. The only negative was having to take a taxi for the 7-minute ride from airport to hotel which, I thought, $35 + $5 tip, was exorbitant. But everything is going up these days. It was better than walking.

The price is decent. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff is very friendly. 10/10 Has very nice kitchen, bathroom. King suite is very spacious. I love this hotel.

Wonderful staff! I came in late, but was greeted by a very friendly, professional, and helpful staff member, named Darius (I believe). I was very impressed by his commitment to excellence and was thankful to still receive such a friendly greeting so late at night. My room was huge! It gave me plenty of room to repack my suitcases. My bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The room and facility were clean. I was traveling alone in an unfamiliar city, but felt safe in this hotel.

The room was very nice, and pretty damn well equipped. The beds were very comfy. The hotel is all renovated and very clean. The gym is great and was still open at 11 pm.

The shuttle was hard to find and hard to contact. We didn't know we needed to call the shuttle for it to come to pick us up. Since we are international travellers, we didn't have any data in the USA so we had a hard time trying to join the shuttle driver. We weren't the only customers facing that issue. Maybe a communication service by wathsapp or by mail would be a great alternative.

The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable the kitchen facilities great! We were only there as an overnight stop between connecting flights (perfect location and free shuttle from the airport) and it as the best hotel we stayed in during our whole trip! The front desk staff was lovely. But the shuttle driver that drove us to the airport at 6am (Tracey) was the highlight. She was so friendly and helpful. Give that woman a raise!
