The location was great, Lau and his team were super helpful when we did encounter a couple of issues. He was very flexible about storing my bike in the room and our paddleboard in the laundry area.

Unfortunately whilst we were there the building next to the apartment block was being built so had noisy building work at times during the day. This was the biggest downside so hopefully all completed by next year.

We loved everything about the apartments. The staff were so welcoming on arrival, the apartment was immaculate. They are basic, so literally 4 of everything but everything that you need for self catering. We were 4 adults...my 22 year old son and his girlfriend came. There was plenty space for us! The sofa beds were really comfy. The towels were changed regularly and the cleaners came in a few times per week. Location is fabulous with a small supermarket at the front. The pool looks to have been newly renovated, it was beautiful. Plenty sun beds! There was some work going on next door, but there wasn't much noise as the main building work is almost done. We probably had the only room without a pool or sea view, but we knew this before we went. What we did have, was a larger patio as we were on the ground level and it was like a little private garden.

Location and the cleanliness of the property are the highlights of our stay. Its beachfront location is unbeatable for families with young kids. It's very well-kept, and the towels were replenished almost every day. The kitchen has enough utensils and cutlery for a family of 4.

Communication with the staff members was very minimal. There was a lack of welcoming vibes and interpersonal interactions with the staff. We didn't interact much with them because everything was self-service.

Location is unbeatable, very friendly receptionist, apartment have all you need. Basic kitchen, living room, bedroom. Sea view is just wonderful. At the bottom there is supermarket where you can buy everything from grocery to swimming supplies. Many restaurants around the corner, pharmacy, playground for children - little dated. We did not try the pool since sea is much more interesting :) Beach perfect for small kids, shallow and sandy.

I would suggest to have better black-out curtains since there is sunshine from the morning. Plus we did not find a shower for feet before entering the building. But it is just small comments, I really like it there.

Staff really friendly, perfect location, great for ourselves and teenager. Views stunning. Loved that it was a small complex.

There is a big hotel behind that plays music really loudly. Didn’t ruin our stay but thought it would be worth mentioning if you are sensitive to this kind of thing. Kitchen is ready for a remodel but functional.

The location was great -right at the beach front- 1min walk to the loveliest and quietest beach ever. The clean spacious balcony viewing the sea that provided a spectacular setting for a morning coffee and an evening mohito alike. The property manager Liu who was super friendly, professional and helpful. The quietness and uninteusiveness of the place- even though the appartment was over a small shop, we never felt bothered about it... And, finally, the powerful modern aircon both in the bedroom and the sitting area of the flat offerred the much needed respite from the hot, humid Mallorcan climate in July. WiFi signal was great.

Property is basic and furnishing and apliances are a little dated and although we did not mind at all and even found this charming, it may not suit some more demanding travellers. We were told that an ongoing process of renovation of the property was taking place that will most likely remediate this, anyway.

The location is excellent with stunning views of the beach and sea and only a short stroll to the bars, restaurants, shops and marina. The new management are working hard to improve the appearance of the apartments and the quality of service offered. Rooms are regularly cleaned and sheets and towels changed. We have never experienced such good housekeeping when staying in similar type apartments. The apartment also has a pool - very rare in PP.

In our apartment the kitchenette was very small and , although functional , the equipment was a little dated. We are aware that other apartments have different sized kitchenettes. The benefits of our apartment did outweigh this weaker aspect. Just to be aware that , like many apartments in the resort on the sea front , there is a shop underneath with all the advantages and disadvantages that brings.

Although a small and very basic accommodation, the Bellamar was simply wonderful. Spotlessly clean (I witnessed the cleaners at work and wow they clean well… even wiped all the legs on the chairs on our balcony!), clean towels always available, beach towels provided, staff very friendly & helpful, comfy beds… even the sofa beds were comfy and suitable for our 2 16 year olds. Even though there is no pool bar there is a door directly from the pool into the attached shop which sells everything you’d need. Absolutely perfect location, on the beach & close to shops, bars, restaurants with a 10 min walk to the marina. Always more than enough sun loungers which are good quality and comfy. Perfect stay and I’d 100% stay here again.

Nothing, it exceeded my expectations

Location is perfect, the seaview is incredible, the balcony is the place to be. There are no less than three tables in the room. Bike storage is handy.

Shower temperature seems to be random, either extremely cold or extremely hot. Wifi may occasionally be unstable. Salt, pepper and a drop of olive oil - absent - would have been extremely handy for a short stay.

Location was amazing! Beach right there and walk to restaurants so easy in either direction. Supermarket right below so perfect. Never an issue getting a sunlounger, in fact most of the time had the pool to ourselves. Staff were simply amazing! Lau and Mark were both so incredibly helpful and kind to us during our stay (and crisis!)

It’s basic, but all you need. It does say on trip advisor that there’s laundry facilities, this isn’t the case (but apparently a work in progress) Also was told there is going to be some renovations going on to update the apartments later this year!
