Couldn't beat the location, we could see the dunes and the ocean from the front window. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, both at check-in and check-out. No breakfast onsite, but Lemma's Beachfront Grill next door had everything we needed literally 20 feet from our room. And we liked the fact that we could book a single night during 4th of July weekend, which worked great for our schedule. Would have loved to stay longer, but being able to book one night was what we needed. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Very minor things, light bulbs out in the fixture over the dining table. Parking lot setup was a little confusing, with arrows painted on the pavement pointing the way out until you got close to the sidewalk, and then the arrows made it look like you were going the wrong way. These were super minor details, overall the Acacia was a great experience.

The room was clean; loved the hard surface floors; the extra sink in the bedroom was convenient. The beds were comfortable; liked that there were two TV's. Liked the full size fridge and the large table. Appreciated that the hotel is smoke free.

We asked for an upper floor which they put us in and we appreciated; the room could have been closer to the ocean instead of so far back. The "sea view" was only visible from the corner of the living room.

I liked that it was very clean, well lit at night, a good quick walk to the beach right behind the property, close to restaurants and boardwalk, friendly staff.

This property is definitely more money than others on this strip. I do wish it was a bit cheaper but it is far nicer than most as well.

It was Great! I loved Christie she was professional and very knowledgeable of places for dining and tours while at my stay. I booked for next year to get ensure I can have this experience again next year.

they might have stole my gray FOSSIL watch while they were cleaning . I just didn’t want to be that type of person who complains about it.

The rooms were very nice! Incredibly close to the beach, appliances were in good working order. The beds were very firm, but I slept alright. Also, this may sound silly, but I thought it was really well-thought out to have a huge "A" for Acacia on the top of the building, facing the beach. Makes it so easy to find your hotel again at the end of a long walk at the beach, also helpful for kids if God forbid they get lost, it is easily recognizable. A great idea.

It says that their pool is heated, there is no way it was heated. Frigid cold.

The room we stayed in was clean and the daily upkeep was very good. The room we stayed in was quiet and we had no issues with any of the other guests. The pool was clean and it was heated, so a nice temperature. We were very close to the beach and there were places to rinse sand off when you came off of the beach. There was a fruit truck that came by each morning, which wasn’t part of the room/service, but it was convenient and nice.

The parking situation is atrocious. People are not exaggerating or lying. The spots are extremely tight and there’s not enough parking for all of the guests if the hotel is fully booked. I will say, we were lucky enough that everyone was respectful of each other’s vehicles, and we escaped with no dents in our doors despite the extremely tight spaces. There aren’t many places within walking distance and leaving your parking spot was rough because you risk coming back to having nowhere to park. It was tough to get answers from the front desk in the evening/nights. There were no ice machines. You had to buy bags of ice from the front desk.

The room was spacious and updated with an ocean view. I liked that it had a separate bedroom and a sink with a mirror in the bedroom, so that multiple people could get ready at the same time. I also liked that there was a bike storage rack and a restaurant downstairs.

I wanted something closer to the boardwalk but due to a family emergency, our reservation was later than I would normally book. It was a bit pricey and there was no safe in the room or an ice machine. We had to pay for ice in the lobby. The room we were in could use a new refrigerator and key. The food we put in the refrigerator froze and the 2nd key was difficult to use to get in the room.

Paint and decorated lovely Our 2 bathrooms- both very clean spacious . Loved the swans! Made us lol They also provided plenty of towels!! Shower pressure was excellent ( wow) Beds were comfortable very clean white soft sheets Table and kitchenette had everything ( thanks so much for the 3 coffee filters ) lol Floors very clean Sliding glass doors in the bedroom was so unexpected! Both outdoor decks were great outside our room( need a few more lounge chairs- only 1 ! ) Pool which we did not use was very clean and of good size ! Lemmas small restaurant next door was recommended and was very good value staff all shifts were so very friendly! When we called them they were immediately helpful ! Not great beach weather but we had a great time at this hotel Would definitely recommend to anyone ( my hairdresser stays there every year!) And 7 minutes to Cape May !!!!

Bathroom tub stopper didn’t work and they were not going to fix it. We were told because people leave water running and overflow … that definitely was an inconvenience for us. No pillows available for the pullout We asked and given 1 Both TVs had on close captions the entire time-No one could remove it Very annoying

There was no food . We went to diners that were nice . I didn't see where Resort came in . It was a neat Motel,with a Pool. and great Views.

Could not Work the Bedroom TV. Very Frustrated .The room had a very harsh Clorox odor, which is hard for some one with a respiratory condition. Yes it was clean,but needed to be aired better. I believe $349.00 Is a little too much to pay.
