Some of the staffs are very helpful while others ignore that you are their customer Hesham who arranges the trips was caring. He follows up with customers asking for their feedback about every trip to improve the service.

On the other hand, when we were leaving the hotel, the hotel window cleaners would not help me when I dropped a bottle. They pointed out to a trash bin across the street . A passing by taxi driver helped me taking the broken bottle from me to the trash bin. Helping the customer even with a simple thing is essential to shape the impression of the customer about the hotel.

The room was small, but clean; The breakfast was very good, but if you want to eat an omelet, you have to pay 25 Turkish lira. The staff at the hotel are very respectful and polite, especially Hossam, who was very helpful and helpful with us. The employee Ferhana and her brother were very helpful and the nice guy in the restaurant. The hotel has a restaurant on the sixth floor, and it has a charming view of the sea, which is the most beautiful view that you can have in the hotel. The hotel has an excellent location, 100 meters from the famous Moloz market, especially the copper market, and there are several tourist offices around it to organize trips, in addition to that the hotel deals with a company for organizing trips, which is very good, and the prices of tourism trips are unified in all parts of Trabzon, so regardless of which office you choose The price is the same for everyone. The hotel is very close to the main street and the bus station, in addition to that it is 200 meters away from the street leading to the Medan square up to the street, and I expect its name to be Kendra Street, and at the beginning of this street there are the two best money Exchange in Trabzon. The taxi price from the airport to the hotel is 120 TL.

The worst experience I had in the hotel was the internet, which is very bad and unreliable. Therefore, if you want to be in this hotel, you must have a data chip from the shops near the hotel.

we really liked how simple and beautiful our rooms was, very nice price for 3 nights only and the beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean and everything was neat in the room itself in general, but what we really liked, was how friendly the staff members were, the recpetion employees, the housekeeping, the bags carrier, everyone, this was the first hotel we stayed in since we landed in trabzon, everyone in istanbul was kinda frowny and unhappy with talking to us, but honestly, not just the hotel members, but litrally everyone in trabzon in general was so kind and smiley with us, my other family memebers were so delighted and said that the next we visit turkey, we will stay in trabzon more than istanbul, this hotel was the first hotel we stayed in, so we were honored to meet its lovely staff. we wish to see you again in the near future.

my other family memebers wished we were able to control the tempture of air conditioning, i know it was the winter season and the air conditionings were programmed with the purpose to release hot air to warm the guests in winter times, but since we came from a country with hot climate, we kinda wished we could control the tempture and had more air released for air ciculation,when it comes to either our homes or any other hotels in general, we don't like to sleep with the widnows open for saftey purposes and also for the noisy guests who stays up late and talks out loud, what i mentioned earlier are minor issues that didn't bother us on a big scale, we still loved our stay and if god willing would come again since the hotel staff won us over with their kindness and dedication.

Friendly and helpfull staff especially Mr Hossam who is always there for guidance and facilitating your tours and hotel stay. Hotel location is excellent where you can access major areas in few minutes walking distance( bazar, see front, children parks, restaurants and coffee shops)

Few minor house keeping issues like smoke smell in rooms and some cleaning issues where as usual Mr Hossam solves them.

I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the front desk representative, Husam. He went above and beyond to assist with every detail and was genuinely passionate about helping guests. Employees like him are true assets to hotels, especially in tourist destinations where warm and helpful service makes all the difference. His dedication truly enhanced my experience.

Car parking space limitation

The location is great, the hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Initially I had planned for 1 night but extended my stay due to the overall hotel experience. They also supported me for storing the luggage for an extended period of time. Specifically, I would like to mention Mr Ali and Mr Husam - they are great guys and made us feel really welcome.

The room was petit yet had all what we needed. Bathrooms, sheets and towels were sparkling clean. Carpets a bit old. Our room was 4th floor with a view of the black sea and the city. It was perfect. Mahmet and the team nanaged parking our car nice n easy.

Breakfast did not have many egg options, juices were not fresh.

Clean and cozy rooms , super comfortable beds , super cold AC and good hot water in the bathroom. The receptionists were the kindest staff ever .. special thanks to Ms. Farihana and Mr.Murat for the early check in and letting us have breakfast and for the kind behavior..

The wifi was poor in floor 3 . I wish if there was more options for breakfast items . But over all it was good

It’s near the Ganita beach also near to the meydan of Trabzon and it’s clean the break fast is very good it’s only 5 min to the beach you can walk , and min to the maydan the center . The staff is very friendly and they speak Arabic they are very kind especial thanks Mr.Husam and all staff

The sea view is not full view there is trees 😀 in between .

We stayed there for 3 nights. The first night was with breakfast included. I dont recommend to take it as there was almost nothing to eat. Location was very good, personnel tried to help as they could.

A little room Bad breakfast Restaurant was closed all three evenings with lights off thogh the staff recommended to visit it and there were ads... Most staff hardly speak English
