We travel this way twice each year. I have been looking for a nice place to stay along our way north and we finally found a place we enjoyed. We will be back in the fall and most likely next spring. The breakfast had a nice variety of food. I liked the early start as we were heading out early.

My husband couldn't find the container of milk or cream for his coffee. Neither could I. We would have told the staff member, but she was so busy replenishing the food, so he used some of my milk carton. NOT a big thing!

I stay in Baton Rouge, LA and I spent my weekend there. The hotel gets a 10/10 from me. I enjoyed the breakfast, it most definitely exceeded my expectations. I just thought that the grits were going to be cooked as a side instead of us having to make it in a bowl with just hot water. That was the only thing I disliked. Everything was clean, my room was clean and comfortable which is the main thing that I look for when booking a hotel room. The location of the hotel was right off the interstate close to many restaurants and store. If I ever come back to Alabama, I will most definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the night clerk was friendly. However, the morning clerk (male) acted as if he did not desire to patronize guests. The breakfast was good. The hotel offered hot and cold options. The staff did a great job keeping the area clean through out the breakfast service. The lobby was quite and inviting. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants.

The morning's clerk lack of organizational awareness of the events happening in the hotel.

Location was easy on, easy off. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous, friendly, & excellent overall. Breakfast area had abundant seating & choices were accommodating & well stocked. Staff in the breakfast area were very good in seeing breakfast area was kept stocked as well. I saw the pool had an added feature in it with a seating ledge that was lengthwise on both sides of the pool. Enjoyed my stay at this HIE. Would recommend this location.

There was not anything that I didn’t like.

Everything and the staff was exemplary! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to accommodate us with a small child. They even offered us a late check out!! Just excellent customer service and the breakfast was phenomenal

Everything was so clean, the receptionists were very friendly, breakfast was amazing. We were very pleased with everything. We will definitely be going back!

There wasn't anything to not like, at least not for us.

My family and I completely enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. We loved the hot breakfast we only wished they would have had a waffle station, my boys LOVE waffles. but everything else was perfect. Great location! my boys loved the pool and hot tub. beds were very comfortable and everything was very nice and clean.

they only thing we missed was the waffle maker.

That the hotel didn't have two rooms that I have made reservations for ...only one room. However, the staff fixed the problem

I did have to change rooms due to the AC and toilet not flushing but it was an easy switch.

The staff were great! Great location

Bath tub dirty. Sink by coffee maker dirty. Faucet in tub pulled away from wall when trying to turn on and off.
