Great sized room, 2 main rooms so great for crashing out whilst the other watched tv. Balcony was lovely size and the location to shops and Boston itself was perfect for what we wanted
Sadly the balcony could only be used in the day as the was no way of putting outside lights on, a breakfast would have been nice for the price but not a show stopper.

Before going I sent a message asking for a room higher up and facing the North End. Upon arrival we were given a room that matched my request. It was quiet and had everything needed. The staff on Reception, Restaurant and cleaning were all friendly and helpful. The location is just a few minutes walk away from Quincy Market and the North End - as well as the MBTA @ Haymarket.
The only thing that I'd mention was the shower. The "Rainshower" head delivered low water pressure. It was just about OK, but we would have preferred a "soaking" rather than a "shower"

Great location, good vibe, nice decor. Staff was friendly, Rose restaurant was delicious. We had a great view of the Park and North End as well which was really nice.
The door to the bathroom was a sliding barn door type, which was nice to look at but the door sometimes would creak open, exposing the person using the bathroom. It should have a latch/lock system on the door for privacy.

This is by far one of our favorite hotels. Beside being clean, friendly, and a fantastic location, The layout and use of space in the rooms creates a comfortable sense of logic. The refillable shampoos, conditioners and other provided amenities are high end and I appreciate the reduced waste (no small single use shampoo bottles to throw in the landfills). The full size hair dryer cannot be understated either. I hate having to lug mine with me because they're usually tiny, weak and always suck your hair in the back! Ouch! The night light in the bathroom is an excellent touch! Refillable water stations right outside our room, Espresso machine in room, etc. all add up to a really comfortable stay. Thank you for thinking of these details. Also, a shout-out to the beautiful "Rose" restaurant on the second floor. Wow, what a great view! The food was delicious, the service attentive and friendly, and the ambiance so inviting. We will always stay here when in Boston and will look for a Canopy where ever we go.
I can't think of a single thing we didn't like.

We loved our stay at the Canopy by Hilton! The bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect—right in the heart of downtown, close to restaurants and the Liberty Trail.
My only suggestion is that the restaurant could offer more options for people with celiac disease. I ordered a lobster roll without the bun, and it came out with lettuce instead, but it was quite small. As a result, I went to bed feeling quite hungry. Aside from that, we were very happy with our stay!

The front desk staff was exceptional, especially Trevon who made our stay a lovely experience. The valets were also kind and knowledgeable. The location is ideal for walking to the North End, Boston Market and TD Garden. The drinks were delicious and opening up the window allowed a cool breeze to filter in making for a lovely night. There are plenty of comfy seating areas around the hotel which were pleasant and inviting.
The room was spacious but there was a stain in the carpet and food residue on a bedside lamp. We also asked for the quietest room possible and we were directly across from housekeeping. It was a shift change and it was quite loud. We asked for a room change or a noise machine and the front desk promptly moved us.

The room was beautiful and more than welcoming. The restaurant was also a lovely venue with delicious food. The personnel was always attentive and more than cordial and willing to help. I recommend the restaurant's menu; the rooms provide coffee and water.
My only complaint, and I'm not sure this is the hotel's fault, was regarding the price of the parking garage. It would be better to have some sort of hotel's pass so that you can take out your car without having to pay every time for the parking

Great location. Clean and modern. Comfortable rooms. A quick 15 minute taxi from Airport for about $25 - not bad at all. We would highly recommend this hotel. However, the Restaurant is a bit over rated. The restaurant does not offer bread at dinner - it is not offered and they have none to buy. There are no side dishes of vegetables (not much in the way of vegetables on the menu). Hotel breakfast, if included, is an ok deal, but otherwise be prepared for $25 breakfast entrees, $5 coffee, $8 orange juice. It’s all excellent, but welcome to the $40 to $50 breakfast per person.

Location was perfect, rooms were well laid out, everyone was very friendly
We picked up a rental car at Logan Airport but driving to the hotel I realized there was no real signage at street level to call out where the hotel/hotel entrance is at. There's a big carpet out front with the name, but you can't read it with cars out in front. Signage at the top of the building is easy to see at a distance when you're walking around, just not when you're driving in from the airport...you see the name of the valet service instead.
