Location is great, in the center of Sapareva Banya, even though the hotel is on the main street, they have a private parking on the other side of the street. The Spa center is very nice, with some minor issues like the sauna doesn't have the temperature displayed and the relax zone is right next to the Fitness room, which is not very quiet and relaxing. The food was very nice, a lot of options to choose from both for breakfast and dinner. The room was great, too, we had everything needed.

We stayed for a weekend and no staff came in to clean our room even once during the stay. Some of the amenities weren't refreshed, like the ventilation was making noise, the air-conditioning was set to a specific temperature and we weren't able to change it despite using the controller, so it was either on or off.

A really high-quality hotel where everything works, where you can see the every day care, with excellent breakfasts and a perfectly equipped and maintained spa center. Highly recommended.

The only criticism is that the shower holder in the room is inexplicably one meter high, so one has to hold the shower in one's hand. Also - and this is not just a fault of this hotel, we have noticed this phenomenon in other hotels as well - Bulgarian plumbers do not bother at all with how to connect cold and hot water to tfaucets. Tbey don't pay attention to the signs in which direction is hot water and cold water and they like to connect the water other way around. So we had hot water connected correctly in the faucet in the sink, but in the shower it was exactly the opposite: where there was a cold mark on the faucet, hot water flowed and vice versa. Bulgarian plumbers should improve and hotels should check it.

We came in the middle of the week so it wasn't crowded and we could use the facilities without waiting (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna). The hotel was 20 mins drive from the seven Rila lakes lift so it was convenient and a great place to recover from a 5-hour snowy hike. The staff was friendly, the food and wine at the restaurant - and the servers - was exceptional. We would definitely come back for food alone. The bed was really comfortable. We were supposed to stay for one night only but we liked it so much that we extended our stay.

Breakfast could have provided a more vegan-friendly options (there was no non-dairy milk, or yoghurt). There was a rooster in the neighborhood who kept waking us up at 4am but he was just doing his job I guess.

This is a boutique spa hotel in the centre of the town. It is maintained even if not luxurious. Our apartment had two rooms and a large terrace. It was nice to sit out in the terrace and look at the Rila mountain. The best thing about the hotel was the restaurant. The breakfast was great, varied, delicious and plentiful. We had dinner twice there too and enjoyed it immensely. The water in the spa is mineral and hot.

The spa is quite small and awkwardly enough is separated from the reception by a transparent window. All the incoming guests are looking directly into the pool. The water in the pool smells strongly like sulphur but that's normal even if it could get overwhelming at times.

Clean, friendly staff, good food, warm in the winter, spacious room and bathroom, big TV, quiet atmosphere- our overall impression is excellent. And it provides a parking for its guests which is indeed very comfortable.

The WiFi was actually quite weak. The wine and beer in the restaurant are overpriced in our view but as this is a personal choice to buy or not to buy, this our note is rather for information.

A very good choice for a 2-3 day spa relax. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Avoid rooms facing the main street of the town as they can be noisy. Breakfast and dinner are tasty and of good quality. There are enough options, including for kids. Vegan people may feel to some extend limited. Staff is polite and helpful. The hotel is especially recommendable during the week when there are less people.

Staff were friendly, dinner and breakfast were good, generally clean

The room, it was small, located close to the street with a building very close from the other side. The bad was squeeszed to the side of the room to have a place for a small sofa, with tiny dressers so the electrical outlets are not reachable. Spa area is dark, small and in old style. Overall it looks that this property makes an effort to be a 4 star but for me it was far from that.

The rooms were clean, very cozy, warm which was very good because it’s winter now, the room had a balcony also clean and very comfortable for morning coffee. The breakfast was very nice and we had a lot of choice, sadly I can’t say that about the dinner, we didn’t have much choice about main course, but there were a lot of salads, starters and dessert so it was still good.

To be honest I expected more for the dinner, but it was still ok.

We had a brilliant time at the hotel. The staff were super helpful ordering us taxis to get to the Rila lakes chair lift, we left before breakfast and they even made us a breakfast to go. The roof top is great to chill out and drinks prices are very reasonable. Breakfast was great and had lots of variety. Would love to have stayed longer.

No complaints but my only little thing would be that the dinner buffet food could have been a bit warmer. Everything else was great.

Everything was awesome! Staff was extremely friendly, and helped with every single request I had. They have their own taxi driver, so for approx 15€ for one way, they drives us to lift to the hike path 7 rila lakes, and then took us back. They even drove us back to Sofia. Spa area was amazing, there were no a lot of people, so it felt almost empty. There were several jacuzzi with mineral water, swimming pool for adult and for children. Highly recommend. Breakfast was very good, they even served champagne for breakfast.

I didn't like restaurant, we came there for lunch and the food was below average, it is better to go to any restaurant or cafe nearby
