Initially my room was in Dunes Court and was sufficient. The second night someone above me came in very late after midnight and caused so much noise that I hardly slept all night after that. I spoke with the staff Saturday morning and asked if they would move me to a quieter place in the hotel. Within 5 minutes they switched me to Dunes Suites with an oceanfront room that was beyond my expectations. It really made my vacation very special. My grateful thanks goes out to the staff who diligently accommodated me and no extra charges were incurred! I will definitely stay here again in the near future!!

There was a noise factor that really was not the fault of the hotel. It was a wild weekend with much partying. Also, the tram that used to drive up to the end of the boardwalk is no longer is running because of a tragic accident last summer so you would have to walk pretty far down from 27th street to rent a bike. There are surreys for two people next to the hotel though so you can still ride the boards.

All was nice except for the noise upstairs where people were letting their children (I assume) jump off the bed to the hollow floor. And everyone coming back at night slammed doors & woke us up every 15 minutes.

The resort was great, but the cleaning crew stole from us. They entered our room without us checking out and stole our cooler, took our food out of fridge, too the tip and lied about it to us & management. But they were able to see electronically who entered our room and got her to return the cooler, but she did keep the tip which I wish I would have asked for it back.

Location was great. Our room was clean and smelled clean when we walked in. The staff was VERY helpful even though it was very busy. We did have one obstacle our first night but when addressed it was handled promptly.

Our first night we didn't have AC. We went and told the office staff it wasn't working but we were gonna be gone for the day. When we got back it still wasn't fixed... we went down and told them again and within minutes someone was up there to fix it and get us towels because it had rained in our window.

GREAT LOCATION, SO CLOSE TO MANY RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, BEACH AND BOARDWALK, THE HOTEL EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AS FAR AS CLEANLINESS AND THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO OCMD FOR YEARS AND MOST TIMES STAY IN BEACH BLOCK CONDOS, WHICH ARE VERY PRICY. I STUMBLED UPON DUNES COURT IN MY SEARCH AND FIGURED I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY AND I AM SO PLEASED THAT I DID, I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING AND TRADING IN MY PRICY CONDO FOR THIS CUTE, CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, CONVENIENT HOTEL.

MAYBE A BETTER ICE MACHINE AS IT WAS HARD TO FILL A SMALL COOLER BUT HONESTLY IT WAS STILL DOABLE. THERE WAS NOTHING I DIDNT LIKE , EVEN THE CLEANING PERSONNEL WERE SO FRIENDLY. KUDOS TO CESAR.

Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and the location was 1/2 block from the beach at the very end of the boardwalk. The motel is well kept and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The pool was well maintained and clean. There was plenty of parking available. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early.

The air conditioner worked well but was a little loud.

At first i was skeptical reading different reviews not knowing what to expect but it exceeded my expectations. I loved the fact that it was literally near the boardwalk/beach. I also loved the fact that the property was within walking distance to a-lot of places. It was also excellent having a pool onsite as well!

No complaints! The bathroom sink was not deep enough but it wasn’t a complete disappointment.

This was my 2nd time staying here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach access is convenient and not too crowded in that area. Lots of great food and shopping in walking distance. AC works really well. The pool was well maintained.

Not so much didn't like, but a couple suggestions...I wish the bedding was a little thicker or maybe a spare blanket in the room; it got chilly overnight. It would be nice if the table in the room was bigger, like a small kitchenette table instead of end table size.

We like to pull and we like the fact that it’s close to the boardwalk it’s not too far

There is no really complaints, but we did ask for towels and it took forever. Also, the blankets were too thin. I feel like they should have better blankets in the rooms. Pillows are fine, but the blanket could be better. It felt like we were in the hospital with blankets.

We booked the room with little notice and they allowed us to checking 6 hours early. Due to the holiday, parking was very hard to find but the staff went out of their way to find me a spot.

Building was built in the 1960's so it is showing it's age. It is not concrete, but a wooden frame design, so children running upstairs sounded like a stampede.

The location was excellent. Close to boardwalk for beach access. Close to bus stops. Very nice pool. Parking was terrific.

Lots of noise at night. Lots of noise inside room with air conditioning. Refrigerator was not working. Floor was dirty had to wear shoes. The lighting outside the room was very bright in the room and curtains were to small to keep it out.
