Chefchaouen is a beautiful city, and this Riad is located in the center, with shops, and restaurants within walking distance. - The staff is very helpful and nice, they helped to carry our luggage and gave restaurants recommendations. - location and parking instructions were clear, you can park in front of hotel Parador (a guy in a yellow vest will help you park and ask you how long you're staying so he can give you a price) we paid 60MAD for 2 day.. we could've haggled but didn't have the energy haha - so many guys will swarm around you offering to guide you to your hotel or carry your luggage, just ignore them and walk to the location (you can also ask one of the hotel staff to help you and carry your luggage while offering some money) but we didn't feel the need to as it's a 3-4 minutes walk and the directions are clear. - breakfast was included, delicious, we had our breakfast on the terrace and the views were beautiful.

- given the location, it can get really noisy, and the soundproofing is not great, but it gets quiet after 11pm - i was upset because the bed had a thin sheet and a quilt cover, no comforter (the thick cover), i thought it was ok before going to sleep because it wasn't cold at first, but later at night, i woke up shivering and feeling very sick from the cold.. the next day i found the comforter folded inside the cabinet... so make sure you have a warm bed before sleeping in the winter =)

Great, convenient location in the Medina. Property is beautifully designed in a modern Morocco motif. Our room was on the top floor and we basically had the adjoining roof top to ourselves. Stunning sunset and views of Medina and mountains from rooftop. Amazing picture windows with breathtaking views in our room. Very good breakfast with cook to order eggs. Mint tea and cookies offered at check-in. Kind staff. Large room overall.

Property was undergoing construction but not too much of an issue. Our tv did not work and issue wasn’t corrected. Large picture windows but the electronic shades are controlled outside of room by staff. Only 1 side of bed had night stand and bed is one step from the bathroom. None of these were dealbreakers for us.

The location was great. It’s in the Medina so cars are not allowed. You do have to walk up a few steps to get to the Riad but it’s about 20 at most. It is quite small though they are expanding and renovating at the moment. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are a little old school - Moroccan shower space. Breakfast is good , you can tell them how you want your eggs. A great space to stay. There is no lift but staff will carry your luggage for you.

The breakfast room is a bit stuffy, there’s not much ventilation. However in the cold months I assume it would be a boon. We went in summer and while it is quite cool in the morning I still felt a little fan would have been good.

The property was really authentic and so beautiful. The location was right in the middle of the center. You step out and are surrounded by the most beautiful blue streets, and it’s like a 100 meters from the main square full of restaurants. The room was also very traditional but modern with a nice shower. The breakfast was the best we had in Morocco, and I’m still thinking of that almond butter they had. Would definitely stay here again.

It has a lot of stairs and to come to the property with suitcases from the car requires a lot of lifting so be prepared for that, but this is the case in most of Morocco.

This place looked just like the pics! I loved walking up to the blue walled tiny streets and although we arrived late in the evening they had someone waiting for us to escort us to our place and room. The room had all the amenities, including a tea pot which I thought was nice. The breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They helped us booked private transfer and allowed us to keep our bags there and enjoy drinks on their roof top even after we checked out- it was fabulous!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is absolutely great. Everything is very nearby. Riad is clean and well appointed. Home made Moroccan breakfast is served everyday. Special mention to Fatima, Mohammed, Sulaiman, Adel and Omar. Each of them did play a great role to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will come back to Chefchaoun again and definitely will stay at Riad Nila again.

Nothing as such - may be a suggestion to put some fragrance in the bedroom and bathroom.

I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful Riad in Chefchaouen. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional—always smiling and ready to help with anything. The place itself is charming, perfectly blending traditional Moroccan style with modern comfort. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious and varied, served with a stunning view of the mountains or the blue city. I highly recommend this Riad to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the magical atmosphere of Chefchaouen.

The location was perfect, in the "Blue" medina and only a short stair climb from the Taxi Drop. If you message the Riad with your arrival they will organise porters for your luggage. The Riad ihas been beautifully recently renovated and although not as spacious as those in Fez or Marrakech, it has beautiful style and a relaxed, friendly vibe. The Sunset on the rooftop (with complete 360 degree panoramic views) with a glass of red (byo) was magic. We will be back.

Just a minor complaint....bed was only double not queen.

The location is just perfect. Everything is close to the Riad. Fatima and the other Riad employees were very kind. Fatima welcomed us with cold bottles of water when it was a bit hot. She made sure we rest a bit while she was doing the express check-in. The breakfast was just what we needed with a breathtaking view on the mountains and the blue city. Also, the room was very clean and just what you need to have some good time.

I believe everything was perfect ! We can't complain.
