I loved everything about this facility. Quite pricy but it was a very good value for money. The only downside in my opinion was the lack of free regular airport pick up and drop off. In my opinion, an hotel of this standard especially given it’s price and proximity to the airport should have a free airport pickup and drop off. They do have free airport pickup ( not sure of the frequency) but for drop off they can make arrangements but you have to pay.

Classy hotel, very attentive to details, with dedication to cleanliness considering how big it is. Location close to the airport, fantastic. Calm and very quiet. Absolute security. Spacious rooms, very clean, absolute comfort, spacious and very comfortable beds. We used the Spa.... Absolute excellence. I highly recommend it. although they need to review some things

Let's start with the restaurant: terrible pizza. I realize that making Italian pizza is not easy, but if you don't know how to do it well, it's better to remove it from the menu. Breakfast needs improvement, not so much as an offer but as a catering in itself. Breakfast service staff needs discipline. I asked for a cappuccino... terrible.... and it's an extra bill!! But if you ask for a long coffee with milk instead it's included in the breakfast..... it makes absolutely no sense. Beautiful pool but you can't see the bottom, bad, with a pool this beautiful it should be so transparent that you should count the tiles. Excellence and I assure you that this hotel is excellent cannot fall for small things that can be solved with a few changes. So persevere because you are worth a lot.

This hotel is fantastic if you are looking to stay close to Stone Town in a very nice hotel. When looking at accommodation close to Stone Town all the hotels we found were very expensive and looked very old/cheap. This hotel is modern, very clean and cozy. It is not in the city center, it is only 10min away by car, but we appreciated staying outside of the fuzz, Stone Town can get very busy and touristy. We were flying to Arusha, so staying close to the airport was very convenient, we were able to walk to the airport (4min by foot to the terminal, the journey is very safe).

I think the hotel was good when compared to all that the other hotels in the area were offering

The location is fantastic for its purpose - two minute drive from the airport and the hotel picked us up at 3 am. The hotel is brand new, with new technology such as touch screens for the AC and lights as well as very spacious rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate and the service from staff was next level. The staff helped us plan our day in stone town and called a reliable taxi driver to help us navigate the city. The staff also prepared breakfast boxes for us to take with us early morning as we had a safari. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was really nice, the breakfast was also very filling with many different options to suit all diets.

Everything was perfect. Perhaps drop off to the airport for free would be nice, as it’s only a two minute drive.

New hotel right by the airport. We used it to stay before our early morning flight. It was good for this purpose. Beds comfy, clean.

Personel approach odd - we were 30 minutes before official check in and they wanted us to wait in lobby although rooms were ready and there were barely no guests in the hotel. Another poor service evidence - they scan bags and requested to deposit my knife and collect it before departure. This part is good. BUT at departure when we were in hurry for plane, they had no idea where they put it. It took them really long to locate it. And at first they tried to deny they even took it.

pretty standard breakfast by Tanzanian standards but of quite good quality, fruit was quite fresh, what can you say about boiled eggs, pastry reasonable. My breakfast was to go as I left early for a flight dinner in restaurant was below the standard of the hotel, fruit in the fruit salad was not ripe which is unusual in Zanzibar as it is so readily available and easy to purchase perfect fruit very convenient to the airport, you can walk there from the airport if it is not too hot and minimal baggage

good modern executive hotel

Perfect overnight stay after arriving on a late flight into Zanzibar. We did book a free transfer with the hotel but unfortunately they weren’t there when we came out of departures so we jumped in a taxi. Very short journey and just $5 Staff were apologetic when we arrived but it wasn’t really a problem. Room was lovely and clean and the air con was great. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend if arriving on a late flight. It was nice to get a good nights sleep before starting our holiday in Zanzibar

Staff nice n consistent , clean and staff clean daily and security is on point . Meals were lovely. Play ground for children , garden very beautiful .

Location far from beach or city . Waiting time for evening meals. Need big rooms for families. Menu options restricted after meal times for 24 room service. Some options on menu were finished. On check out there was an error on the receipts which showed meals we did not order the error was highlighted when we queried this. Customers should get receipts and pay for items on the day not on checkout days. The wardrobe structure with kettle below hanger section not good.

Very nice hotel that exceeded my expectations. It feels very new and everything is to a high standard. It is within 5 minutes walk from the airport yet you cannot hear the planes from inside. We sat by the pool for a few hours and there are not enough planes taking off to make it a nuisance. Food is good and very good value. Location is perfect when you are arriving late into Zanzibar and a short taxi ride into Stone Town.

Despite saying they will pick you up from the airport - they don’t! And taxis will charge you 10 USD to do the 500m drive!

It was super clean and even offer to refresh room in the evening which was perfect. All the food was really tastey and the menu is quite extensive. Friendly service from the staff 👍

Lack of activities, the swahili dinner was nice but there were other outside guests who ate all the food lol before we could. They should have a body wash in the shower, and not a 3 in 1, body wash, hand wash and all purpose wash.
