The room was excellent! Had everything we needed. Could use a slip resistant mat in shower. We got the bottom floor as we requested. Thank you. It was a great help. Nice to have the streaming service on television. It was fast too. nice SIZE TV!! The people working there were really friendly. Beautiful outdoor pool. Awesome size!! Nice and clean too. Loved the kitchenette.

No vent in bathroom when showering. Not a big deal though. The 2 biggest complaints would have to be The beds and pillows. very uncomfortable. Small pillows and queen size bed was a different size than our usual queen beds we had in other places we've gone to. Not big enough for 2 adults, especially 2 larger people. Mattresses just seems old and out of shape for larger people to be sleeping on. My mother, the elderly woman had problems getting UP onto the bed. They were even kind of hard for me and my husband to get up on too. The neighbors were so close that when sitting outside their door, it was pretty loud. I do understand that's something you really cannot change.

Nicely located a short drive out of central Ogunquit. Spacious clean room with sofa, comfy beds and good range of kitchen fittings. Nice pool area and only a short walk to the footbridge over to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants within easy reach. Good range of self service breakfast items.

The reception staff were not particularly welcoming and hardly spoke to us at check in. Asked if they could recommend any particular bars or restaurants in the area and they just shrugged and said there was plenty of choices so we could decide ourselves.

My 18 yr., old daughter and I LOVED everything about Ogunquit Tides. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. We asked for and got a room with. Private balcony & an ocean view. The BEST room. The Breakfast had your everyday Bfast needs. The pools were both good, the outdoor one was the biggest hotel pool I’ve ever seen. ALL the staff was friendly and social. Our room was very modern and cozy /big. Kayaks were fun

IF I had to pick. It would be having to return the bikes by 7 pm.

The location was great and parking was abundant! I don’t believe there is an elevator so if you don’t want to carry up your suitcase please ask for a room on ground floor. There is nothing fancy about this stay, but it is very clean, the staff is so kind and there was a light breakfast provided daily. Highly recommend for those that aren’t staying in their room/hotel property for the majority of the day. It was too cold for the pool while I was there, but it looks great and could see spending a day on the pool deck being a great way to relax! It is an easy walk into all the shops/restaurants, and they also have bikes to rent!

Location was excellent. Minutes drive to beaches and town but far enough away to be more relaxing for us. You can get to the ocean from the hotel property depending on the tide . Low tide you can actually walk across a tidal pool. High tide you can kayak across . There are kayaks at the property available for rent. A 2 minute walk to an awesome breakfast spot.' The Egg and I '. Also 2 minute walk to a great restaurant ' The Lobster Pound ' The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Liked parking right in front of room. Very short drive to many restaurants , mini golf , go carts and Perkins Cove . There is a small indoor pool and huge outdoor pool if you're not an ocean swimmer. Pay laundry machines available onsite. Picnic tables and grills for your use in grassed , central area of property. Will definitely be returning !

Very helpful staff and the place was very clean. Pool area well maintained. Continental breakfast was a nice perk. Our room was very clean.

Our room was a weird layout....the bathroom was very small & hard to even get in so you could close the door...then the sink was outside the door across the little hallway. There was a large space in the other room where it would have been nice to have a sofa or some comfortable chairs. It looked like at one time there was something there. Just an odd weird space not to have something there. A picture down below to show what I mean. The bed was not very comfortable.

Location is decent and so was room size. The property was clean and around 0.8 miles (10 mins walk) to main Ogunquit area. The beaches are around 10 mins away. Plenty of parking at the property. The complimentary breakfast was limited but good enough. Overall nice property.

Wifi was very spotty specially in the room. We could not find hot water tub and tennis court was bit run down. There was no beach at the property but you could walk to water body at the backyard of the property.

Bed comfort is a C, cleanliness a C, water pressure is a C, lighting is adequate but bathroom was really dark in the 2 rooms that I saw. I was surprised to find an indoor heated pool (with bathroom and shower), the outdoor pool is huge, but unheated. At low tide you can walk across the clam flats to the beach and the view from the edge of the shore there is gorgeous. Walkable to restaurants, walkable to downtown/OGT beach about 15-20 mins. Would stay again my room was huge, but much room for improvement. Number of plugs was OK.

bathroom needs better lighting, sinks were slow and didn't drain well. Downstairs guests were smoking outside and even with my windows closed I could smell his cigar. Carpets could use a cleaning, I wore slippers so my socks wouldn't turn brown.

Big rooms with great bathroom and good kitchen facilities and a huge king size bed

The bed on one side is about 6 inches {or 150mm) off the wall and it’s so small a gap it’s almost impossible to to walk down it so you have to climb over the bed to get into it plus there’s no nightstand on that side. Great if you’re a single traveler but not so great if you’re a double. Also the bed sounds like you’re on a drum which bangs when you walk on the floor or move in the bed. Floor must be on a raised type flooring but the noise sounds like a kettle drum. Other than that the room was great,

Surprisingly nice comfy large room, better than I was expecting actually. Bed is separated from "living room" where coffee and tea are provided along with a table to sit at. Was a last minute reservation and didn't do a lot of research on the different rooms. Each building is different and if you can get a cottage close to the water, go for it. Quiet location with kayaks, bicycles and 2 pools, one indoor, one large pool outdoor. Close to town, very walkable. Friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast.

Bathroom in room 212 was awkwardly small. If you're a larger person, navigation could be difficult.
