Almost everything. Beautiful sea view and excellent food. The reception staff is very kind and helpful.

The beach boys were very unpleasant, unprofessional and unhelpful. Their attitude towards guests is completely unacceptable. They were constantly incredibly rude and don’t keep the beach in proper order. We stayed for two weeks and they haven’t washed the sun beds even once. The beach is littered with trash because they don’t clean. We had the number 1 spot on the beach and even our area was very dirty. It seems like they’re more concerned with harassing guests than keeping the beach clean. This is a shame because we love every other aspect of the hotel and this really spoils the overall fantastic impression.

All the staff provided excellent service, from the reception to the dining room staff, maintenance personnel, and the pool team. The food was very tasty; we were on half board and were given the option to switch between dinner and lunch. This option was very convenient.

My recommendation is to play background music, even if it's soft, around the pool area; there were moments when it was too quiet by the pool

Great Hotel, really good air conditioning even when it is super hot outside.super spa with jaccuzi, sauna, indoor pool, nice outdoor pool, really beautiful gardens with even a superb fish pond where you can take a walk or relax. Breakfast leaves you with no wishes, very much choice, even champagne. Great, big comfortable, quiet rooms, we had one with amazing sea view and a balcony.amazing own sand beach where you reservere your sunned for the whole stay. It is possible to change it if you want another place on the beach. We can recommend on the "hill", just a little above the usual beach. Really stunning view on water an beach from above. Also great: you can order via QR code drinks and food directly to your sunned. The location of the hotel is perfect, a little outside in a quite erea, but still close to a lot of bars, Restaurants, shops, so you just go out of the hotel and there you can find everything...and only about 10 minute walk or so to the city of Ayia Napa. We had only breakfast, so no idea about evening dining in the hotel, but the city offers so much so no need for us for evening dining. But there a evening buffets with shows(greek night for instance, and you can book them) for only like 20 euros per Person. We highly recomand at least once trying them, great buffets.

Breakfast was just the best and the location lovely beast the beach , all the staff working there were very helpful and very hard working. The staff are very trust worthy we used to leave our money and passports in the room , nothing was missing, this is using with out the locker .

The family room sofa bed , was very low and not comfortable, the two single beds were lovely

Air-conditioning was working strangely.... cooling but keep turning on and off.... First day towels were fluffy and amazing after room service we got old towels that should be taken out of service Too bad the late night room service was not operating even though there was a menu in the room

Everything, friendly staff, clean, fast service

I planed to have my son’s birthday when we arrive by calling then by email, they confirmed by phone but the email reply was few days too late. When we arrived I told the reception but they said they were not informed by anyone and as for the email I sent They sent an apology email but it was too late. Anyways at the reception I asked for fast help and they sent a small cake, I thank them for this fast action and I hope next time it is better organized.

The hotel in general is very nice, with a great location, excellent food, and very friendly staff — especially Mr. Antonis. The Fish tavern was fantastic.

The hotel is nice overall, but they could be more organized. At breakfast, there should be better control of table allocation instead of guests just sitting anywhere. Also, while the sunbed reservation service is good, we were told on the second day that no beds were available during the day and had to wait until 10:30am if no one showed up, which was disappointing.

The location was very nice as it was close to everything yet in quiet place. The room was very nice compared to other places. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The beach was great but limited capacity and you have to book your sunbeds or catch them before afternoon, otherwise you wont find any if the hotel is full.

The food variety wasnt so good yet very good quality and good taste. The room has shades and curtains but still wasnt dark enough. The rooms service closes at 11 pm.

Pool attendance could be more active other than sitting in their phones. Pool beds not cleaned well and setup poor due to pool attendants not fixing beds and replacing used towels.

Perfect hotel. I spent a week out of season. It was a great time and the hotel is just perfect. Whatever I asked during the whole stay was provided. I asked for a room with a nice view and got probably the best room in the hotel. The waiters at the breakfasts but especially lunches were incredibly helpful, all wishes fullfiled! The malaysian massage Lady (I think her name is Rika) is very professional. Great therapeutic massage! The hotel is right on the beatiful beach, very close to the port. Very well spent money! Big thank you to all the staff who made my stay flawless.

The only thing to improve is the pre-set dinner. There is not much choice, and what you get is overcooked and not very tasty. With such a great selection of local fish it is hard to understand salmon being served every second day. In contrary to the dinner the breakfast and a la carte lunch were perfect! But dinner needs improvement for sure. So if you are half board choose lunch not dinner and go to the port for the dinner. I was on a full board and the dinners were very mediocre.
