Check in was seamless with friendly staff who spoke good English and explained everything we needed to know. Good breakfast and could include a breakfast burger from the burger restaurant next door. Free Tokens for the drink machine in the lobby and access to free amenities ie bath salts, toiletries, baths caps etc. Excellent Japanese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel and washing machines on the 8th floor. We needed to purchase a new suitcase and the consierge gave us an excellent recommendation of where to purchase. 5 minutes walk to Nagano train and bus station.

This is a simple hotel with a spectacular location, just a block from Nagano Station. Although the room was small (I stayed in a single), its value for money is unbeatable thanks to extras like pillow selection, a wide variety of amenities in the lobby, very friendly staff (especially the woman at breakfast), a free daily drink from the vending machine, complimentary donuts in the afternoon, a discount at a nearby Japanese restaurant, and the option of a Wendy's burger during breakfast in addition to the continental buffet. I would definitely return.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Nagano. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. They made check-in smooth and were always available to assist with any questions I had during my stay. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful the hotel felt overall. It seemed like they had anticipated every possible need—everything from small amenities in the room to helpful touches throughout the hotel made the stay feel effortless and comfortable. It’s clear that they genuinely care about guest comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, well-prepared place to stay near the train station in Nagano!

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay here. The rooms are small but definitely adequate. The location is perfect. We liked that you could borrow/choose from many items in the lobby. For example, different pillows, toiletries, and even massage pillows. The free doughnut and coffee in the afternoon is a nice touch. Also the staff was very friedly! The breakfast, provided in cooperation with Wendy's (Burger) next door, definitely takes some getting used to for us Europeans, but in combination with the small breakfast buffet, it is perfectly adequate.

The hotel is relatively new, located strategically within few mins walking distance from Nagano station. Shopping is easy with supermarket, Don Quijote, and many retail shops around. Convenient stores like 7-11 or family marts as well as lots of eatery choices are reachable within short walk. Check-in was easy, with the assistance from the receptionist. The hotel provides free amenities for collection in front of the lift, even including mouth wash and face mask. You can also opt to choose your preferred pillow even though there are already 2 in the room. Donuts are served between 2pm-5pm at the lobby but if you're in luck, they're still available after 5pm. Guest will be given a token to collect a welcome drink from the vending machine, per night stay. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. What I like the most is the air conditioner which allow you to choose between cold air or warm air which is really useful during a cold spring. The bathroom is a bit small and compact but still fits a bath tub. Epsom salt and bath sand are available for collection at lobby. The other plus points would be the breakfast + luggage storages. Guest are given 2 breakfast sets : 1 burger set with drink from Wendy's Burger next door + you get to join the simple breakfast buffet at the hotel too! The breakfast spread is simple yet varieties. Luggage storages are available FOC including use of small/big lockers for hotel guests. I'm very grateful with this service as i dont have to carry my huge backpack with me while exploring the shrine before heading for shinkansen. In overall, double thumbs up for this hotel!

Walking distance from Nagano station. This clean, modern and spacious hotel was amazing comfort for the price. Plenty of complimentary amenities included such as a welcome drink per person each night (self selected from vending machine with tokens), a shampoo/conditioner/body wash station, pillow selection, miscellaneous items you could collect in the lobby to use for your stay such as razors, body lotion, toothbrush, etc. Even beauty face masks and bath powder! So impressed that we could also loan items like hair curling iron, hair straightener, scalp massager, you name it they have thought of it. Exceeded our expectations!

Less than 2 minutes away on foot from the train station. Surrounding has many eateries and mini mart. Self check-in and check-out were a breeze with friendly staff to help if needed. Room though compact, I was able to open fully my 27" luggage with ease. Not many business hotels in Japan has this luxury. Room is clean and comes with the usual amenities. TV programme has the NHK world channel. ¥200 to do your laundry and ¥100 to dry. Token was given to buy drinks from the vending machine. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Wifi password changes everyday and you have to get the password generated from the TV. Just troublesome.

The room was really quiet and I had a good night's rest. Even though the room was small, it felt cosy. The shelves had smart design to save space which I found really cute. My view was an open car park. Many restaurants and konbini nearby so you won't go hungry lol!

I picked this location as it was near the main station and within proximity to Nagano Catholic Church. However, there were some unsavoury characters loitering about so I walked a little faster. Some alleys are quite dark so do plan your route well, familiarise yourself, and stay alert. More hangers and hooks could be provided in the room; it was winter so I barely had enough to air out all the layers.

This hotel is a 10/10 recommendation if you are looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Just 2min from Nagano Station and very easy to find. I used it as a base for day trips to the surrounding countryside and cities. Also, buses to Zenko-ji leave right in front of the station. My room was small as is usual for business hotels, and it looked spartan, but honestly, it had everything one could need. a small but very deep bathtub, towels, hairdryer, tea, coffee, a comfortable bed. It might be a squeeze for two people with massive suitcases, but for a solo traveller with hand luggage there was plenty of room. The amenities "bar" in the foyer is amazing! It was crazy what you can have, tea, coffee, ten different kinds of shampoo, bath salts... also, this might be a small thing, but they give you coins for the cold drinks vending machine, which is a nice touch.

To be honest, I knew this was a business hotel so if you require some style and classic Japanese character, this is not for you. Also, there isn't much of a view but my room had good daylight - did not bother me. Last not least, the breakfast room is small and cramped and breakfast looks a bit like bog standard Western breakfast - I did not have it. Midori Mall 100m away has all sorts of (classy) food but I did not see cafes in the vicinity for breakfast. Also, has no onsen/ shared bath, but I knew that before and wasn't really expecting it. There is a sento, maybe even anonsen, in walking distance.

Extremely convenient location close to Nagano station, very decent breakfast which includes a Wendy's burger, which was great and was something I've never seen anywhere else before, with free lockers for up to 12h (although they run out quite quick), nice to get a free bottled drink of choice (via free coin for a specific vending machine), Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, many shops and restaurants a few steps away

10am checkout is too early given 3pm checkin, overall the building and facilities feel old, no welcome donut for check-in after 5pm is unfair
