The best part of my stay was how safe I felt in a newly renovated handicapped room. I am in a large wheel chair and was able to navigate well. The floor is slip proof, the bars are new and sturdy, the roll in shower has an optional seat attached that is angled well and it’s easy to reach shower massager. The new Delta fixtures have aerators which make the water effervescent with decent water pressure. The soap is high quality as is the toilet paper. Even the light has an electric eye and timer. Plenty of room. Very well thought out. Beautiful travertine like flooring. Many might think these are little things, but to me, important and appreciated. The bedroom is also very nice with a modern teal, black and silver color palate plus a subtle throwback to a 1960’s vibe. The sheets were clean and white and are flat to accommodate a thicker mattress, helping keep them on the bed. No corner flipping off the mattress problem. I appreciated how the bed was made with a cozy cover between two soft sheets. The tv is mounted and the mini fridge was immaculate. The air filter in the air conditioner was new and clean. Not a bug in sight. Metal pedestal bed frame, no carpeting. No place for a bug to hide. Any free breakfast is a plus. I had a generous portion of oatmeal and milk. The offerings are a bit better than just a Continental breakfast. Go early. To conclude, all these little things made a world of difference for me. I noticed the care and thought put into this handicapped room. The front desk is available 24/7. The staff is exceptional with excellent communication skills (thank you Nick). I actually booked this hotel to check it out for a longer stay next month. It was compared to two other local hotel/motels in the Buena Park area. This was the clear winner. M

A full length mirror would be appreciated because the one over the bathroom is a bit too high. I know it’s because of the wall tile, so a full length mirror would help. The bed is a bit high when in a wheel chair but manageable. A microwave in the room would be nice as well.

The breakfast consist of nonsense in the lobby it's not an actual breakfast it's just crap LOL but hey everything else is perfect so I can't complain

easy to find-great location. We had a few problems in our room (tv did not work and no water pressure in bathroom sink) but once we told them about problems were fixed next day. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a no frills place to stay. (We were so busy doing other stuff we really only slept there)

they went to clean our room both leave the same dirty sheet in the bed also the used towel that we placed on the floor they didn’t change they just pick it up and put it back like if it was clean

I did not like that the mattresses/boxspring were dirty. We didn’t also have wash cloths or laundry bags in our room

$100 deposit that’s not mentioned at all. Opted for pay at location but…. They charged my card anyways around 12 noon . Why give option if your going to charge it ?? Bed was super lumpy and pillows are flat, bring your own.

The staff was super friendly. For some reason the fire alarm was chirping and they fixed it right away. Staff my sister and I laugh while fixing it.

Break fast hours need to be extended until 11am or 10 at least. I found out that is only between 7am and 9am.

Everything was brand new and felt so comfortable to sleep there. I loved that the owners would ask us personally if we need anything if there were walking around the complex. will book again.
