Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, I booked them through a popular booking website and they were very interactive and attentive from the beginning, 1 week before checking in, they sent us important details like the hotel location and instructions to reach there, when we arrived we were very skeptical about the location as it was in all long alley, but the staff there assured us that it’s very safe and it’s very active around the area 24 hours! During our stay we had needs and the staff made sure that all of the needs are met, they even went out of their way and planned our 4 nights with us, recommended us to visit places that they know for sure won’t be scamming us, gave us recommendations about transportation and how to use them, range of payments and fares, oh and they have laundry service that is so cheap, 50 Baht per wash ❤️ Overall, our stay was amazing all thanks to the lovely staff, I would 100% book here again in the future!

Quiet location 3 minutes down a soi offa main road on a street renowned for quality and inexpensive Thai-style restaurants. 10-minute walk from a Skytrain station, 8-minute walk to Icon Siam. Nearby cross-river ferry. Helpful staff, good cleaning, access to washer-dryer, self-serve coffee and tea on main floor. Nice to be on Thonburi side of the river rather than hectic main Bangkok hustle. Can store bags while travelling outside Bangkok if you are returning for further nights. It’s a good deal overall. Also, nice rooftop sit-down and views.

No room safe, no downstairs safe. No coffeemaker in the room itself, though available free on main floor.

Simple, minimalist but very comfy and spacious room. Housekeeping is great, the room is very clean and you just need to put the sign when you need your room cleaned. Please keep the great job! Nice river view from my room and even better view from the rooftop. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I also did my laundry here and paid 50 baht only (for detergent). There are many food stalls, convenience store, massage when you walk to main street. Icon Siam is only less than 8 minutes walking from hotel, very helpful if you want to commute using boats (the pier is easily accessible from Icon Siam)

BTS is a bit far for me, but I didn't use it too much. I use grab/ bolt a lot coz I was not in hurry. The main street can get very busy during Bkk peak hours, so if you're taking grab/ bolt, you need to consider the peak hours. Maybe the room can have a small wardrobe to keep and hang more clothes.

I loved everything! Both managers were kind, efficient and simply lovely people. Coffee was always available too! Housekeeping was perfect and I loved that you requested it if you needed it! Water to drink was in the room and the view from my room was amazing-nearly the same as the Peninsula, about four alleys away! IconSiam mall is about 5 a minute walk.

It was more difficult getting back at night after the ferry stopped, but walking over the bridge was not difficult.

Great new hotel in a renovated old, small apartment block. Industrial look. Good price. New and very clean. Staff very helpful. Owner Paul very nice guy, so helpful and took the time to troubleshoot my new computer which thought I was in Singapore! Overall a great choice and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. MRT a bit of a walk but would be fine if it wasn't hot season. Close to public ferry. 5 baht to shuttle across river then you have a choice of ferries. I took the 16 baht "orange flag" one and rode way up river and back. Perfect way to see parts of the City and it was breezy on a very hot day. Got off at Wat Arun and Wat Pho Reclining Buddha. Street food nearby, go a bit further and you're in Thonburri a very residential area with excellent food.

- Friendly staff, they accompany me to my room - They didn’t mind that I arrived later than the last check-in time, they were really nice about it - they have a full kitchen you can use, I was happy to be able to use the microwave as I arrived late and only 7/11 was open - the room was spotless, clean, simple, tasteful and spacious ! - Free coffees & water - Hot water & shower gel shampoo etc - I was so tired that I didn’t hear my alarm and they come knocking at my door to check if I was okay, they were super cool about it, I told them I was sorry and I would pack really quickly, they told me no problem - location is great, super central, right next to the big shopping center ICONSIAM so I was able to get cash out and get a SIM card at AIS in the morning at 10am (much cheaper than at the airport - 30 days 5G unlimited for 349 baht) It’s as well where you can take the boat to do the hop on hop off for all the sightseeing sites - Amazing value for money !

- The lift does a sound when someone calls it so you can hear that from the room, however the person I spoke to told me they were about to find a solution for that :) - I wouldn’t say it’s negative, just wanted to mention that the street the hotel is in is quiet at night, so it can be a bit scary if you don’t know the area but as a female solo traveler, it was totally safe so do not get scared by it !!! It’s residential and the 7/11 is at the end of the street so there is always people around + a person of guard at the hotel :)

Very nice and clean room. Big enough size room with a king size bed. Very nice staffs. They also have a washing and dryer area that you can use (fee 50 baht and they will provide the detergent), so you will not bring back dirty cloths in your luggage. The location is also very nice, when you go into the highway, there’s a lot around, there’s family mart, restos, massage parlor, and the new mall ICONSIAM is also walking distance 😊 Happy to find this place!

very clean room. staff was very friendly, willing to help us store luggage if we arrived before check in time. coffee provided at the lobby. the design of the place was lovely.

location is between BTS stations on the main line, both of which are very difficult to reach with luggage (either climbing 6 flights of stairs to cross the river or crossing busy city streets), or to change trains to the golden line. at least a 15 min walk from any BTS station. was okay for us as we are young but may be difficult if travelling with older folk. nonetheless private hire cars are always an option.

Super clean and comfortable place and room. It's located right next to one the biggest (I think) malls in Bangkok which was a culture shock in and of it's self for me - oh and PSA right behind the mall there is a boat shuttle that takes you to the other side for like 10 baht or something, very useful! The bed was comfortable, there was a mini fridge which I think is necessary in this heat and the aircon was great. Clean bathroom and everything good. Very quiet neighbourhood I would say, right next to the river.

The street it was on was a bit concerning at first, it's a small side street from a more busier one. But that didn't matter once you got used to it, never felt unsafe or uncomfortable.

Big room for Bangkok. Comfy soft bed. Good value for money, not far from public transport. Clean. Newly renovated. Cleaning as often as you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful if you ask. Room has little fridge, jug etc… Internet is great, video conferencing fine. The shared kitchen downstairs is fully equipped and everything is new and works. You can refill your water via the filtered water on the kitchen sink tap. The rooftop has a nice view at night.

Only a few little things. The shower was annoying, the hot water was difficult to maintain and had to use the hand-held spray. But it’s always great to have a separate shower and not be stuck with a wet room. The hotel is located on a quiet street, which is great. But inside the building the walls are thin. Even though there are signs everywhere telling people to be quiet, we had a couple of late nights with very noisy neighbours. I had to bang on their door after 2am on a Wednesday after a few gentle asks to quieten down. But otherwise other guests were nice and respectful.
