The view at the restaurant on the top floor towards the Marmaran Sea was beautiful. Food was lovely.

The reception guy, without knowing that the card machine ran out of roll paper, insisted me that my credit card transaction was not completed because the machine didn't print out a receipt. As a result, double payment were made. It took me time and effort to appeal to the manager and finally get the money back.

The property is clean and well fitted out and well maintained. It is in a good location, 4 mins walk to the tram 4 stops from Sultanhamed

Nothing yo not like

Nice staff and good location close to tram station that gets you to all main attractions. We got a room at the ground floor next to reception and it was very noisy during the night + a problem with the toilet. The reception staff responded to our query very prompt and we were moved up to the 5th floor. The breakfast is very good. Same every day, but tasty.

The floor heating was turned on even if outside there were 30 degrees which made it unbearable to stay in the bathroom The hotel is situated next to a mosque, which means you will wake up at 6 every morning due to the pray call noise

We stayed for my wife's birthday. As a nice gesture they upgraded our room as a little birthday present. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Room was big and always cleaned when we asked. Breakfast was nice with a big variety. Location is close to the train statsion and only a short journey to the tourist attractions. Will highly recommend.

Very good location, the rooftop has great views and there’s amazing breakfast. The staff is super friendly and helps with whatever you need.

It’s a bit difficult to access it by car, the streets have steep slopes and not too much space. Take that into account if you’ve rented a car.

The staff is among the friendliest and most professional staff we've meet. The rooms are very clean and they had a fresh smell. Room service was excellent. It was like we received a new room every day. The breakfast is realy good! Lots of turkish dishes. The location is really good too. You can reach most of the places of interest in that area by foot in 20 minutes and public transport to everywhere else in 10. The photos for this property are very accurate. We enjoyed eating our breakfast every morning on theit balcony :). Great staff, clean rooms in an exellent location. What else could you ask for? 10/10

Everything was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and the view from the terrace was beautiful. I like how big the buffet was and the variety available. It was so cosy and relaxing. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable - we only really slept in them as we spent our days exploring. The location is fantastic. Super close to Laleli tram station and near all the tourist attractions! Mr. Sener and the entire team are so lovely and helpful. You won't regret booking here, it's a beautiful and well-run hotel. My sisters and I thank you for everything :)

Location - close to everything, good public transportation. Kind, friendly staff. Breakfast was okay the first 2 mornings, 3rd and 4th morning breakfast was amazing.

The room wasn’t so clean, the bathroom door had stains, and the shower was broken. The walls are very thin, and one night at midnight they were vacuuming in the room next to us. :(

Sener everything is good

Very good location and breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Room facilities were as expected, although the Air Conditioner did not work on the first day/night. Four different staff checked it before we were moved to another room on the second day.

We booked an economy room, the size looked bigger in the photos at the time of booking than the actual room size. On a couple of nights, lot of guests gathered in an adjacent room and made loud chattering noise late into the night. They frequently opened/closed their room's door and it banged VERY loudly. It was not possible to sleep until they stopped.
