We stayed in room 19 Executive king room with spa. Beautifully furnished & great decor. The room itself was clean, spacious and the layout was obviously well thought out. The bathroom was large & had an amazing shower, we did not make use of the spa but will next time. The balcony is huge & features a lounge, dining table & BBQ, all undercover. The view over Twofold bay to Boyds tower is breathtaking, Eden itself is a beautiful town The locals are friendly & helpful. Lots of historic places to visit. The Whale museum & the Davidson family home & whaling station are a must visit. In my opinion Eden is the most interesting & beautiful town on the South coast.

Nothing to not like

Great location to everything in town and halfway between Sydney and Phillip Island. Room was a great size and good guest facilities I.e. toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, dining table and chairs, lounge and outdoor setting to sit at and enjoy the ocean view.

Dated colour of floor tiles and bathroom vanity though very clean and undamaged could do with an upgrade. But I wouldn’t say I disliked it. Bed mattress was good quality though a little too firm for my taste . Not excessively firm but I like soft. Again I didn’t dislike it. Neither criticisms spoilt my stay here. Front staff were very helpful and friendly.

I recently stayed at Twofold Bay Motor Inn (king size with spa bath) and had a fantastic experience. The view from the motel, perched uphill, was breathtaking, with stunning ocean vistas that made every morning feel special. The location couldn't be better; it's conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants, including Chinese, Thai, pizza, and fish and chips, all just steps away. This made dining options incredibly accessible and diverse. Overall, the room size was spacious and comfortable, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the service was excellent; the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable.

One drawback was the TV; it felt outdated and didn’t support casting for YouTube or Netflix. This limited our entertainment options in the evenings. Despite this, the beautiful surroundings and friendly atmosphere made it a memorable trip. I’d recommend it for the views and convenience, but hopefully, they can upgrade the entertainment options in the future!

Location was central to town. Main room was spacious and very comfortable. Well furnished with sofa and table and chairs so plenty of space to relax. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked well. Staff were friendly and approachable and responded quickly to requests.

Bathroom as expected from website was very dated it was really difficult to adjust shower and overall not nearly up to the standard of the rest of the room. No information provided at checkin about motel eg breakfast options or laundry facilities. It would have really helped to have this.

I loved the motel being right next to the town. Walking distance to all cafes and shops. The bed was huge and so comfortable and the tv is a great size. The pillows were great! The room was so spacious. The couch is comfortable as well. I also liked the motel having a kitchen sink in there to wash dishes. Not many motels have sinks. Billy the host was great. The spa was great! I enjoyed opening the door in the morning and the bay staring straight back at me. So beautiful it is 😍 Loved it!

Too many stairs to get to the top level but it's worth it when you are up there because of the beach views. It's great excersise anyway! Water in the fridge was $3 each to buy. Complimentary water would have been nice. Also not enough lighting in the bathroom above the shower especially.

The Motor Inn was in a great position to see Eden. The parking was easy and with a turning circle at the bottom, you could drive out safely. I commented how clean everything was, especially the crisp, white sheets. It was an extremely clean and comfortable room that I would recommend to anyone staying in Eden.

We were given a password to the internet but there was no internet at all. This was proved when the smart TV wouldn't connect to any streaming service. That shouldn't be advertised as available.

Everything except for the shower

The shower had no water pressure. Hot water arrived 10 minutes after you opened the hot water valve The cold water valve had barely no effect. The temperature of the water changed a few times during the shower and I had to run out to avoid getting burned.

Location is great as it is close to shops, the museum, the lookout and wharf. Good Restaurants are stone throw away. Room is spacious and as advertised. Our room was on the first floor, very accessible as we would leave early and arrive late arvo.

shower heads are a bit dirty and needs a little bit more thorough cleaning, even the carpets under the beds are dusty (not really sure if beds were fixed hence why difficult to clean). Clearance for parking too low as we have a roof box on top of our suv. We had to go for street parking and it was quite inconvenient to transfer our stuff in and out of the car, very minor tho as we have been lucky to access the street parking just in front of the property.

Very good sized room with a table and chairs and a lounge. Separate kitchen area for jug and toaster, Good size bathroom. All very clean and pleasant. Views of the sea. Our room was ground floor with the car right outside.Walking distance to plenty of places to eat (the Chinese nearby was excellent).

Older style motel but has been refreshed.

The room was absolutely spotless although a little outdated it was clean in every possible way. I would definitely stay here again in walking distance to everything the host was helpful.

The stairs I have very bad knees a lot of the concrete stairs were crumbling and need fixing. The iron and ironing board both need to be updated as I found it hard to keep the cover on when ironing.
