This has always been a great hotel i remember staying at a Double Tree 🌳 many years ago and now, even after all those years it's a great place to stay doing a vacation with a family or even staying there as a loan traveler.

This hotel provided quality service with nice clean rooms and very nice bar and grill service too the food that was very good. I also liked that the Hotel offered breakfast and the food was very good.

I reserved a room with a King bed, and a sofa sleeper for 3 people. When I arrived I was told there was no room available with sofa sleeper available. I even showed the staff my reservation that showed a King Ed and Sofa bed was what I had reserved. I ended up having to go and purchase an air mattress for my 3rd party

Location for ATL was excellent. Shuttle service was also excellent. Nice selection at the bar. My room was quite comfortable. I arrived late and left early so I didn't access most parts of the hotel.

The food service closed before 10:00; I would like to have ordered something light to eat. The bar was in the process of shutting down just a little after 10:00. There was black mold/mildew in my shower and I didn't get the sense of really clean floors. Just a little attention could correct this.

I had my sister go to the front desk to get towels from the front desk. The attendee was very rude on Sunday morning at 2am; we had come in from the 7 my sister had to state my full name and room number. If I ask for towels for room 243, then why should zi have to state a full name..

Location was convenient for access to the airport.

The air conditioner in the room was very loud. Needs to be fixed. The airport shuttle vehicles were in terrible shape. It did not even feel safe to ride in them. Doors were broken. Windows were loose. The air conditioner looked like it was going to fall on my head. Not up to your standards and they should not be on the road transporting customers. It did not feel safe.

Never got the incidental fee refunded like I was told. Still waiting on that

the room was clean, checking in and out was hassle free with the Hilton app and the airport shuttle is very reliable.

In-room dining was not available, which was inconvenient after a 9-hour flight. We were able to order through a food delivery app with delivery to reception so we could eat but this took longer than room services would have and was nowhere near as convenient.

Excellent hotel. Very greeting staff. Bartender was very good 👍. Really enjoyed the atmosphere at this location. We will definitely be returning. Location was definitely perfect for the areas we were attending.
