From the moment we arrived, our stay was nothing short of amazing. The all-inclusive package exceeded our expectations in every way. Chefs Kyriakos and Giannis truly stood out – every dish they prepared was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Their passion for their craft was evident in every bite. Manager Antonis was exceptional – courteous, attentive, and a true professional who ensured everything ran seamlessly. 
At the bar, Panagiotis impressed us with his incredible cocktails and his lively, entertaining personality that brought an extra spark to our evenings. The rest of the staff were equally warm, friendly, and always eager to assist.
Any small negative that might exist is completely overshadowed by the above and truly not worth mentioning. Highly recommended – we will definitely be back!

Central location, nice swimming pool and restaurant area, towels available for the swimming pool, helpful staff, a lot of storage space in the room, and a large terrace.

Doors of all rooms can be closed only if slammed. It causes a noise during the day and night. The bathroom doors do not have a lock - they are just glass panel. This means that the smell and sounds from the bathroom are spreading all over the room. No free drinks during the dinner - not even water from the tap.

The room was airy and clean and the location is perfect. We loved having the commercial street at our doorstep but also the proximity to the seaside walk that leads to the harbour and the marina, where you can have a quieter stroll. The mini fridge in the room was very handy. Towels for the pool was great to have.

The breakfast as well as the pool bar menu were good, but for a vegan it offered the bare minimum and not everything was clearly labelled. I would like to see at least one or two proper vegan options on the bar menu, other than spring rolls, which may or may not be vegan. The sunbeds around the pool were often not enough to cover demand, and people would often occupy them with their towels even though they would go away for hours.

Amazing hotel! Clean room and it is being cleaned daily, with a set of new towels and refill of everything needed. Comfortable bed and I must thank the staff for meeting my request to get a double bed because I'm pregnant and I need a comfortable place to rest. Safe box is available free of charge, a keetler and tea/coffee, great Wi-fi and awesome air-condition. Also, the receptionists were there for us with kind advices if we needed anything. The location is the best in the area, right in the heart of the Ayia Napa and Nissi Avenue, very close to the bus stations and the beach. There is no noise from the street if you close the window which is always the option because you will need an air-condition the most of the time. The breakfast and the dinner are delicious and various and the staff in the restaurant is extremely nice and fast, they make sure there is enough food all the time and to clean the tables. Restaurant manager Antonio was the best! The pool is very nice for relax and some slow swimming, there are comfy beds and sunbeds with umbrellas free of charge. All in all, we had a great time in this hotel and it helped us have enjoyable vacation.

The hotel is located at the heart of Ayia Napa giving an easy access to the city center. The room was very clean and big, the staff is super nice and friendly, they always welcome you with a smile which is always appreciated. The hotel has a pool where you can relax when you do not want to go to the beach. The beach is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, I was there in October so it was not crowded. I went for an all inclusive formula, the buffet was rich and various however I would recommend to go for a breakfast only solution: there are so many restaurants nearby where you can taste traditional food so it would be a pity to miss it.

The property is overall ok

Is too grey, noisy, we couldnt sleep at all due to noise done by other guests, or outside music from the playground. The music was blasting until 2am. The reception staff was totally not helpful, each time i went to ask a question, they were basically ignoring me. The cleaning ladies, altough we put “Do not disturb”sign, they entered the room. In the evening we couldnt sleep because of the music, and in the morning we were disturbed each morning at 9 am by cleaning staff.

Overall it was ok but there are things that could be better for such a hotel.

1. No wifi reception in the breakfast area. 2. Card key opened the door, but it was not working to bring the electricity in the room. Reception would not answer the phone calls and had to go downstairs so the key card to be replaced. 3. My girlfriend is Ukranian and the receptionist tried to guess her nationality and asked her if she was Russian. We can understand it was not on purpose but this is a sensitive matter and you should be more careful. 4. There were hair in the bathroom

Great location central to everywhere. Nice pool, excellent food. If you wanted a relaxing quiet stay in the centre of Ayia Napa this is a good choice. There was a little bit of noise from the fair close by but nothing to concern. I’m guessing this might have been noisier at high season but as it was mid-October all was good.

The property was great and the receptionists were very helpful. However, we had an initial minor problem with the room not being cleaned and bed made properly, but as soon as we brought this to the attention of the hotel reception this was fixed straight away.

The cleanliness of the rooms is good, the breakfast is good, the bar staff are very good, overall good

I booked a taxi at the hotel reception to go to the airport for the next day, at 6 o'clock in the morning, it turned out that the reception employee had not booked it, and in the morning, another colleague urgently called me a taxi, otherwise I would be late for my flight, it was on September 12, and I was leaving on September 13, this is very bad.And the roller coaster next to it on the other side of the street is very noisy until late at night and it is very uncomfortable to sleep.

We stayed in both the penthouse apartment and a superior room - both of which were excellent. The penthouse is slightly better as it's the top floor and has a few more benefits (better TV etc) but really the rooms are pretty much the same. Excellent balcony, large, spacious bed, facilities all clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good as well. The staff were superb, the receptionists, on arrival, were so friendly and helpful. We went off season (late October) so there wasn't too much noise, not sure I would want to stay in the height of the season though!

The gym equipment looked a lot older than the actual hotel! The indoor pool wasn't available which was a bit of a shame. The one thing that amused us (although you could cause some severe damage late at night!) was the position of the doorstep in the bathroom... what a design fault! It's very minor but if you need the loo at night.. take care of banging your foot!!
