This was my second stay at Springfield Suites, and it was a very good choice. I booked the 1 bedroom suite which was very spacious, it had enough space to cater for our baby stuff we brought along (Baby Bouncer, play mat, formula machine and bottle sterilizer machine). The furniture was in excellent condition, the recreational facilities were good as well, (pool, jacuzzi, gym … etc). The hotel location is also great, very close to the major shopping malls, and other attractions. Value for money is excellent, i highly recommend this hotel and i will be visiting again soon inshallah.

We booked it initially for 2 nights and then extended it further. So our stay was 3 nights (from 23rd July to 26th July) It offers a very excellent quality of living for family. 1. Very Clean and Very Well Maintained. 2. High Quality Household Appliances, Furniture, Bathroom & Bedroom Furnishings, Kitchen Tools. 3. Very Prompt Concierge & Housekeeping Services 4. Excellent Parking 5. Well Maintained Pool, Shower Area and GYM (High Quality Equipment) 6. Nice Location (very near to Bahrain's Financial Hub and Downtown) 7. Good Staff (Mr. Saqlain from Concierge, Manager Mr. Abdelaziz Manager, Alma & Lou from Front Desk, Mr Mahboob from Housekeeping) 8. Excellent Kitchen - Very spacious, High Quality Appliances, Tools, Cabinets, Dinning Area. 9. Excellent Air-conditioning, nice lighting, good city view. 10. Very clean washrooms. My special Commendation and Appreciation to the Interior Designer & Royal Ambassador Management for High Quality Installations, Furnishings and Appliances. It would surely be a pleasure to stay again in any of the Royal Ambassador Suites in Bahrain on my next visit within this year. Suggestion: Loyalty Program should be introduced for customers who want to stay in Royal Ambassador Suites in Bahrain as prices are higher for a frequent travelers.

It would be good to have Towels with the pool.

Location was for the work I did excellent. Minimal traffic jams etc. Personnel was extremely helpful, attentive, supportive, and everything you like to expect but usually don’t get but here excellent and remarkable. Very clean facilities, great housekeeping. Excellent WiFi, TV connected properly, just as it should be. Parking was good, aircon silent. Just everything was really excellent arranged. Compliments to management and execution team!

To make it more than perfect, put a Nespresso machine in the room and have more choice on tea.

It’s a real hidden gem in Bahrain! The suite was very spacious and just immaculate. There are two smart TVs with Netflix, YouTube, local channels, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you may need for a short or even a long stay. The hotel has sauna, steam room, gym and swimming pool, and is located in a nice area just 5 min away from Seef Mall, and about 10 min from Bahrain City Center. The staff are polite, kind and are always ready help with a warming smile. I have to mention one of the receptionist: Felistus, she was very kind and helpful during my stay. I had early check-in and late check out without any issue.

The property is in Prime Location of Seef very close to the best restaurants of Bahrain and Seef Mall and City Center. All staff were exceptional. Notable mention is Saklain and Raju Soni. The property is clean bright with all amenities and all appliances are functioning properly

Just the housekeeping staff especially the ones cleaning utensils to be informed to clean the stuff properly l

Like:parking availability, 3 bathrooms, new apartments, easy access, The service overall and the respectful staff 🙏🏼 Dislike: one of the toilet was smelly! noise from upper apartments, bed pillows was not comfortable at all!! And sometimes take a view minutes to open the parking gate!!

Welcoming and attentive staff, particularly Avinash from housekeeping. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable.

Noisy neighbours. Rooms need more home items such as clothes hangers, cooking utensils and soap dishes/ shower gel holders for the shower. Small things make a big difference.
