This is a nice and cosy hotel in the centre of Bishkek. All the sights and important places can easily be reached on foot. There are two supermarkets in the next block and many other shops and also restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel has 10 floors, with the restaurant (where breakfast is served) occupying the 10th floor. The rooms are spacious, nice and clean. I had a double room for single use and I really liked it. There was a fridge and a kettle in the room, which was great. Wifi also worked without any problems. The staff at the reception are nice and helpful. I stayed at this hotel for the second time and I would not hesitate to return.

A nice boutique hotel in the city centre of Bishkek. The rooms are cozy, clean, and the staff are very kind and soft spoken, and they best assist the guests. There is a good currency exchange shop outside the entrance and their rates are very good compared to the banks. The breakfast was ok, but I loved their samsy!!! Here is the highlight, I had a late check at midnight and the kind receptionist called Jasmine prepared a packed meal to take away. When I was leaving the hotel, the other male receptionist called Almanbet, was excellent in his hospitality mannerisms. As a Japanese with hôtelier experience, I found Almanbet's Omotenashi attitudes to be great. He ensured everything was in order and when I was booking and Yandex taxi to the airport, he offered to order from his own app, which gave a cheaper rate, which was not only thoughtful and kind, but his excellence in customer care. I hope the management will reward him and use lessons learned, so these insights can be shared with other staff, which create a overall staff excellence culture. It seems many Japanese clients come this to hotel, and it's something mgmt could consider investing in upskilling their external relationships. I recommend this hotel and hope the information is helpful.

The room chairs weren't the best and the shower water pressure was quite low. There was machine sound in the room, not sure if it was the heater or some central system. The shampoo and shower gel could have been better quality for a four star hotel.

Breakfast was very good with wide choice of tasty meals including national ones (kuurdak, etc). Fresh fruit daily. Omelette or eggs were always offered in addition. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Location is not far from the city center. Spacey rooms with sitting area and corner city view. Excellent mountain view from restaurant. Modern and universal electrical outlets including USB. Mattress was too soft, but it is just my opinion. My wife said it was OK. Deposit safe in the room was not attached to the wall, so think twice before put your millions there.

Strange design of bathroom with big bathtub, but without shower cabin. Glass railing doors between room and bathroom/toilet without any sound insulation. No temporary parking place for taxi cars in front of the hotel. You will try hard to find your booked car around the corner.

Friendly, helpful staff, great central location that is walking distance from shops, restaurants and the city centre. There is a money exchange at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient, and the hotel staff easily arranged transfers for us from the airport and to our next destination. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good, with a variety of options and a lovely view.

I was not sure if room service was available, some more information about this in the room would have been nice, but not a big deal.

I really loved the restaurant in the 10th floor. The breakfast took place there with a big buffet. There were enough food. The coffee was good and the view was great. The Personal were very friendly and very helpful in any way. Especially the Night Shift guys were super friendly and when I had questions they always helped out! I really can recommend this hotel!

My sleeping room and bathroom were very cold when I arrived. But they brought me a small heater, so all went good 😊 thx to the nice personal.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location. Always very clean, with friendly staff, cozy rooms and a wonderful restaurant. The restaurant, located on the 10th floor, offers beautiful views of the mountains. The dishes are very tasty. The breakfast is excellent: the choice of dishes is quite large, lots of vegetables and fruits. Scrambled eggs and various omelettes are prepared upon request

The first room I checked into was cold. At my request, they provided me with a different room.

The hotel is very wonderful, the service is very good, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is very excellent, the room is clean and comfortable... the location is beautiful in the center of the city and everything is close to cafes, restaurants, tourist places in the city and parks. All of this is possible on foot in less than 10 minutes.. There is a supermarket close to it 5 minutes walked next. There is a currency exchange at the entrance to the hotel.

The bathroom was so weird. You couldn't shower properly as there is no partition between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom. You could see the entire bathroom from the room as the glass division was either transparent or translucent. Not great and really awkward for non-couples. The trash bin in the bathroom was not cleaned properly, it smelled awful even during the first day.

I choose this hotel for a stay of 8 nights (two separate bookings) and I was happy with my choice. The hotel has a great location in the centre of Bishkek, some 10 minutes from the main square and in the walking distance to all major sights. There are two supermarkets in the vicinity and many more shops and restaurants close by. The area is very safe. The hotel is at a corner of two busy streets but the traffic was no problem (unlike some neighbours but nothing extreme). My room was on the 7th floor, it had a nice view of the city and the mountains. I liked having a kettle to make tea/coffee in my room. The bed was very comfortable, I slept there very well. Wifi also worked well. Breakfast is served in a restaurant on the 10th floor, it has a nice view and the choice of food and beverages was very good. I missed two breakfasts because of early departures but was offered a breakfast box (I did not take it but it was kind). The hotel arranges transfer to/from the airport at a reasonable price. The staff at the reception (a lady and several young men) were all very nice and helpful, they really did their best to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

1) I first had a room on the 4th floor. The room was nice but extremely dark, I could not even read there in the evening. The staff at the reception was however very nice and moved me to a different room (7th floor) which was a bit smaller but had better lighting and I also got an additional lamp. That was very much appreciated. 2) It would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

The breakfast is probably the most remarkable part which is served at the top, 10th floor, opening an aerial view to the city. The rooms are good, much better that in other hotels in Bishkek in similar price category.

Some minor things were of a bit of discomfort, such as water leaking a bit to the floor in bathroom after taking shower. Otherwise, no much to complain.
