The place is very clean, and new. Bed linens and towels so soft. The location is top, all the main attractions are nearby. Early check-in was possible. The staff is attentive, although there were few episodes when I had to request few things several times.

The hotel doesn’t offer the breakfast for fasting people, even though breakfast is included in the price.

The guy met me at the reception was very friendly-supportive, and super quick during the check in. The room itself is very comfortable. They cleaned very nicely, every day.

There is nothing I disliked. Hopefully they will fix the coffee machine for making cappuccino as well. And will add more variety of the foods for breakfast.

There was no place to hang the used towels, and not enough toilet paper was provided. On one of nights, they didn’t warn us that breakfast that day would not be served in a buffet and we had to order through a menu, but there was no menu in English…

a lovely place to stay. The spacious rooms and large windows that let in fresh air create a bright and inviting atmosphere. Having a restaurant and market downstairs adds convenience, allowing guests to enjoy meals and pick up necessities without needing to travel far. Everything is walking distance.

Very friendly and professional young staff, arranged a taxi to collect my daughter at airport early in the morning and all worked on time, nice driver. Very good beds and shower. Good quality. Hotel is on a central spot close to all those architectural buildings we wanted to see.

Pretty new hotel, fresh and very clean. Spacious shower cabin (90x140), I like it! Minibar, tea, teapot and other stuff in the room, everything you might need. Very close to the city center. Good place to stay and walk around.

A breakfast could be better.

This hotel is not too big but their service is very good, especially Aidana, she is very helpful. they upgrade our room so the room is very big and nice but I don't like the mattress, it was litle bit soft, they have buffet breakfast but not too many choices.

The room was huge! Really big, great value for money. Very clean. A lot of windows facing out in two directions. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful whenever I had a question. The location is also great and central to Bishkek.
