The hotel was lovely inside, spacious, clean and comfortable. The double glazed windows managed to block the construction noise just fine.

The area in which the hotel is located is quite dirty and there are homeless and sketchy people around, I haven't felt safe walking around after it got dark. Plus, the whole street is in construction of a new subway so it's tricky and dusty. Neither of these points are the hotel's fault but I feel like given the circumstances, the price should have been cheaper. Plus, we waited some 30 min to get checked in due to some misunderstanding between them and Booking. They offered us a beverage in return so that was nice but didn't make up for the waiting.

tiny but nice gym, breakfast was incredible and even though there is a spa we didn't have time to try it but definitely will try next time. Beds were super comfy and the room was amazingly big. The toilet is in a separate bathroom (inside the room) which is great for families haha.

The zone is front of the hotel is full of work constructions, this is nothing against the hotel but it is good to know that the views from the street are not good.

Location scored points for its prixomity to Brussells Midi railway station. Staff helpful and friendly. The spa pool and saunal was a pleasant facility after a day touring the city centre. Excellent and wide range of breakfast foods Fair sized clean room with ensuite bathroom with bath. There was a bar where we had a drink or two in the evenings and some food and snacks were available there.

Location lost some points for its immediate surrounding area and distance from the centre where most of the attractions are. It was aprroximately a 15 to 20 minute walk away from the Grand Place for example. There did not seem to be any restaurants close by that we would fancy venturing out to. There was no hotel restaurant for evening meals although they did offer some snacks such as pizza. No clothes iron in the room. The following is not the fault of the hotel but getting around outside the hotel was made difficult by ongoing roadworks which also created an ugly view at the front of the building. We had to walk along a narrowed access road which was awkward once a vehicle tried to use it at the same time. The walkway/ road was also lined at intervals with lots of bags of rubbish.

The room is spacey, very clean. The beds are comfy, and the aicon worked very well, which was mportant as it was very hot outside. Great breakfast. Close to the train station Brixelles Midi. Solid place for the short stay between voyages.

The shower was either too hot or too cold, it was almost impossible to catch that middle position. When we stayed, the hotel was surrounded by big construction works, so it was quite unpleasant to walk around. To go to the center you have to pass through the not so safe quarters. We had the attempt of robbery while getting back from the center. Be careful with your belongings when walking in the area!

Significant roadworks in front the hotel at the time of stay. Hard to access via car.

After a little trepidation from the outside (near Midi, so not the best area at night, plus, the entire area is under construction) once we walked in, it was like another world. Room was in the back building, so no noise, room was spacious and clean, extra bed for our child was perfect. Had a gym, spa/wellness area included with the room which is was great. Close to trains, shopping, and literally everything else in less than 20 minutes walking. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but we encountered zero problems.

I come here once every six months when busting Brussels and enjoy staying here as staff are friendly and make you feel appreciated. I come here because of the spa facilities which stay open till late and the mattress where I can get a good nights sleep also.

Room 502 bed was very uncomfortable and the aircon kept making watery sounds all night when turned off or on however Kevin sorted it out by moving me to another room within ten minutes of telling him the next day. So can’t complain. Mattress and air on were amazing in the new room and just how I remembered.

Check-in was good. Everything as expected.

On the day of departure , I checked at reception that Check-out was until noon. However, when I returned at 11.30 the keycard to my room didn't work and I had to return to reception to get another key card. This actually caused considerable delay and inconvenience because of a,subsequent accident with some water that would not have occurred if I'd been able to enter my room immediately. There was no real apology at reception, just an excuse, it was the fault of the automatic system. That needs to be corrected. It won't stop me staying there again.

Spacious room, neat and well lit. The art and color of the walls is present but not too much. You get an extra sitting, a little table, TV, desk as standard. Bonus, they make the tri selectif for you (putting all on the table and it is collected and sorted for you when you leave)

Although it out the establishment’s control, the city is making huge renovations in the streets for the metro expansion. Breakfast was good but the fresh fruits section lacked diversity after the second day.

Very close to the Midi station. But a little further from the touristic area and restaurants. At least 20mns walk to get to the Palace area. The hotel is simple but very beautifully decorated. They have a convenient dining area located by the lobby for drinks, pizza, and what not. The room was spacious and comfortable. I am big on bathroom cleaninness and theirs scored high marks. I just remembered wanting a little more water pressure, but that's about it. Ample closet space. No noise. Not the hotel's fault, but during my stay there was a lot of construction going on in the streets and sidewalks. Made the area a little hectic and some parts inaccessible I would book this again for a simple stay in Brussels.
