Michelle at the desk is wonderful. She helped me over the phone with the room booking and told me how to get from the airport to the hotel and into the hotel. We didn't have a car and it was nearly midnight when we arrived There were no staff employed at that late hour but all went well. It was only a ten minute walk and it was easy to follow directions. Our room was clean and had everything we needed without a lot of wasteful frills. We definitely got value for money. We would strongly recommend this hotel. It was much cheaper than all the other hotels close by.

We were told there were no breakfast facilities in the hotel. This was misleading because we found package food in a cupboard and facilities to make tea and coffee which was plenty for breakfast.

We arrived at midnight having walked with cases from the airport which ls a 10 minute safe walk along the very well lit main road, left at the lights and you are there. We had pre-arranged late check-in so the key card was in a lock box, the code had been sent by text that morning. The two single bed room was small but very clean as was the bathroom which provided toiletries. We left at 9 30am so didn't see the motel really but the restaurant looked nice and clean. East Coast car rental was 2 minutes walk round the corner, so the location of the motel is perfect, especially for late night arrivals, there is a shuttle bus service to and from the airport but the walk would be quicker with the one way system. We will definitely stay here for our next trip.

The location is perfect as we had to be at the airport at 4am. We were greeted by a friendly staff member upon arrival. Our room wasn't located facing the main road, which meant we had a very quiet and restful night's sleep.

For some reason, the hot water supply in the hand basin and shower ran cold. I turned on the shower, (very little pressure and water was luke warm) so decided against having a shower and then tried the hot water facet at the hand basin again and it then was hot. The heating was working efficiently either, Room just didn't want to warm up.

Comfortable bed Clean and tidy throughout

We had to ring for a taxi as the taxi request button did not function The voice from taxi office said there was no record of a request after pressing button twice and waiting fifteen minutes. Fortunately we had allowed plenty of "just in case" time. Staff could do with a brush up on people skills. No smiles and when asked about taxi arrangements, not a word spoken, simply pointed in the general direction of the request button which we had never encountered before. Everyone has an off day but please remember that mannerisms are remembered long after the thought of necessity.

Air conditioning was easy to operate and beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Netflix is available for your own account by scanning a QR code with your phone and browsing on the TV. Plenty of powerpoints to charge up before or after a trip. There is a shuttle bus to the airport though I preferred to walk. Dining in was also an option but I went for a walk to a deli on Henley Beach Road (which has basic breakfast, lunch & dinner options). It might be a bit far for others but I enjoyed the walk through the suburbs. I expected a lot of noise from the airport but I slept well through the night.

Need to carry luggage up one flight of stairs to the room. Bathroom is a little small but functional and reflected in the price of the room. Conditioning shampoo was difficult to open but soap was fine. If coming via public transport from the city it's going to be a bit of a walk along Sir Donald Bradman Drive as you'll need to come back to the traffic lights to get across the road. It may be worthwhile to come in via Henley Beach Road to pick up food/drinks, then cut through via the suburbs.

This was one night stop close to the airport. It was surprisingly quiet once the aeroplanes had stopped at around 11pm. It was very close to the airport, we had to return a hire car otherwise we could have walked. It was very clean with a good shower and a minibar with snacks and drinks. There was also a minibus shuttle for those who needed it. The receptionists were very friendly too.

The car park was very full and there were some renovations being done that started early in the morning but it only effected us because it was next door.

Booking the room, checking-in and engagement with Motel Staff were all outstanding. It seemed as if nothing was too much trouble for Motel Staff - especially at the Restaurant.

There was a large amount of water on the floor in the Bathroom from something that seemed to be leaking but I could not determine the source. It did not hamper my use of the Bathroom, so I decided to report it when I checked out the next morning. Unfortunately, Reception did not seem to be open when I checked out, so I am taking this opportunity to alert you to it. This issue did not negatively impact my stay or my preparedness to give the Motel a high rating.

Great location as I was meeting a tour for Kangaroo Island in Adelaide CBD - only a $25 taxi fare to CBD and there in 15minutes. Tour company dropped me at Adelaide Airport Motel at conclusion of tour. Motel shuttle to and from airport ($8 each way). Great motel to stay when all you need is a bed and a hot shower for just one night. Pleasantly quiet motel considering closeness to airport.

Exhaust fan in bathroom rattled when turned on.

Staff very supportive throughout booking and super friendly during our stay.

Confusion on website information about check in closing time. On one part of website it said nine o'clock and in another said ten so it was a bit stressful as we had an eight thirty arrival in Adelaide. Suggest that this is clarified.

The reception staff were absolutely fantastic. I had problems with paying for 1 room, but they helped me through it. So, understanding and patient. I have stayed a couple of times before and highly recommend them and definitely will use them in the future when needed.

What's not to like. Absolutely no negatives.
