The room with very current decor had a handy ensuite, full flannel and towel set, also (I believe) a smart tv with all viewing options, basic tea and coffee making set up, providing a secure, warm, very quiet stay overnight. I would definitely stay again. Plus I'd have eaten in at the bistro had there been more time. My host also answered any questions about local cafes for breakfast and coffee. *Very handy to Wyong Art House.

Only things were one, I forgot to ask Christie, duty manager, for a hairdryer when she asked if there was anything else, as I noted from info online there wasn't one provided, and the bed was pretty hard even though I like a hard mattress with a touch of 'give'. I think other guests had commented on that previously. ^A hairdryer in the room would suit a lot of women guests, especially during colder seasons. I have long hair so winter washes need a hairdryer. Unfortunately, washing it was needed :-0! It was a 9/10 min. guest experience, even with two comments here. Christie greeted me immediately with a smile and went out of her way to be welcoming and show me the room and communal amenities (eg fridge, microwave). The hotel bar staff were very friendly, too.

Great location, spotless rooms, a little cozy but expected for hotel rooms in an old building. Surprisingly couldn't hear the band that was playing downstairs in the pub. Amazing shower pressure.

Staff on initial check in were a bit vague and had to find a manager to check us in. First impression seemed a bit disorganized but once we were speaking to the manager the process was easy. There was a bit of a gap under the door and you could hear clearly what people were saying in the hallway.

Nice and clean, room was a decent size for a couple, decent sized shower with good pressure. Beds were comfortable.

Window in bathroom didn't open so no fresh air flow, rooms weren't sound proof so could hear every single noise from other rooms and in the hallway, bathroom door didn't stay closed when in use, and air-conditioning wasn't as cold as we'd hoped. Lighting wasn't great. Even with the lights on it still wasn't very bright in there.

Easy check in great help from Kristy with my booking very friendly helpful staff all the regulars didn't bother me just went about there own business great location across from wyong station surprisingly quiet nice food at pub also plenty of places around pub Coles liquorland just 5 minute walk great security for accomodation with seperate entrance off car park

Only issue but no real dramas no glasses to use for drinking or fridge in room but fridge in hall big enough and nothing was touched or taken

Great service & amenities. Very polite & helpful. Room was clean & quiet. Plenty of parking out the back a little tricky to access. Food purchased from downstairs was delicious.

A little confusing to check in but I arrived after 6pm. Parking via River Road is best access.

Zero everything perfect

Gluten free/coeliac friendly, very cozy room, close to public transport, shopping centre within walking distance

Door only has a single chain lock and slightly opens when opening from the inside (external lock is always locked by default), thick blankets caused overheating at night even with aircon

It is located at the main road, and it is also close to the entrance. Apart from that, the staff were very friendly, and the place is clean and comfortable. In addition, you find a good restaurant and pub in the ground floor which are really nice.

The rooms need more natural light.

The room was beautifully renovated and I like how secure it was. The shower was amazing.

I wouldn't stay again, it was way too loud at night and into the early hours of the morning, not outside or pub noise, it was other guests I assume coming home drunk with no courtesy for others sleeping sadly. I know this isn't in your control. Everything else was great.

It suited me very nicely to stay there the night, I had to have an operation at the private hospital the next morning, I come from the country and it was a few hundred yards up the road, I had a good sleep ready for the next day, my partner booked a room a few days later to pick me up :)
