The location of this hotel is spectacular, what a view!! Also, if you like the sound of church bells then you are in luck!! The lady on reception was super lovely and held our bags for us and kindly texted us when the room was ready. The room itself was very clean and spacious, they have done a great job of renovating the property. I would say if you can I would request not having a room on the reception floor, it looked like it could lack privacy if you had the windows open.

The room was boiling!! They have a eco heating/ cooling system where the heat is on all the time in the winter. We had to have the windows open but it was quite noisy to do so. This is more a personal preference, but the bathroom was open to the bedroom and the toilet door was glass with a large gap down the side. Not the most private. Same situation with the shower.

So comfortable and perfect location to end our Camino experience . Right next to the main plaza, we only had a few more steps after the official end of our walk. Location great to explore Santiago de Compostela by foot, beds perfect, shower excellent, staff very helpful and friendly. And the restaurant next door excellent!

Air conditioning would not work to cool the room - they had changed to “winter mode” so only heating available even though outside temp was mild. This meant room got a bit stuffy and we had to have windows open. There was a bit of noise but not enough to keep us awake so we enjoyed our stay.

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in - my husband is a quantity surveyor so spots every defect and even he was impressed! High quality finish all round. Great bedding, shower, key card system and location.

What I believe to be an old building, now modernized and renovated with good design and amenities. Very close to the Plaza Obradoiro and very central which makes it a fabulous location to access everything within the historic center. I recommend this hotel.

My only comment is about the privacy on the room at ground level whose windows face directly to the breakfast area. However, this is an adaptation from an old building which is always a challenge to resolve from an architectural standpoint. Since we spend little time in the room - as there’s so much to see in this fabulous city - the privacy aspect is just a minor concern for a very brief time. After all, the great hotel location is everything.

Location is absolutely amazing - right by the cathedral. We were upgraded to the suite, which is fantastic. The window looked out at the cathedral. Electrically operated curtains let you see ( or not see) the view! Free standing bath, amazingly powerful shower, huge fluffy towels, large comfy bed with wonderful pillows. Fancy coffee machine, fridge and water. The 2 receptionists were so excited to upgrade us AND show us the suite. They genuinely seemed happy to be working there. Breakfast was well worth the cost. Good selection of coffee, tea and juices. Typically Spanish with hams, cheese, bread, cake and fruits. It was an absolute dream of a stay! Thanks to the staff for making it even better 😊

I love the new modern style of the hotel, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, bed and bedding were very comfortable. The location was incredible, right outside the main cathedral.

Our room was small which I didn't mind because it was decorated well but the bathroom had a strong smell that lasted the whole time we were there. I also didn't feel we had much privacy. Our heat was stuck on high and didn't come down so we had to open the window which was literally a few feet from the concierge desk so we could hear conversations while in the room and they could hear ours. I really like the hotel but don't feel we got a pleasant room. It's a shame because I was really excited about staying here.

What an amazing pearl just next to Santiago Cathedral! After walking for 10 days and sleeping in pilgrim accomodations, I wanted to treat myself! Luckily, I found this comfy modern and super well located hotel! Hotel modern design is amazing. Staff is super polite and happy to help! Beds were a dream! Showers nice and warm! Room was spacious and well equiped! A very good value for money as I got the room with discounts! And the best of hall: you just outside Santiago Cathedral! Literally on its door step! So if you walked the Camiño and your idea of perfection is once you arrive to walk the least: this is your spot! As it is super central, you can quickly grab some food or drinks in the nearby bars/restaurants. The hotel has breakfast available with extra charge (however, I didn't wake up on time). Checkout was at 12 (perfect for someone that had early mornings for a while). The hotel has lockers facilities and are happy to keep your luggage after checkout! I couldnt recommend more! Next time: I will book the large double room with bath tube! :p

There was nothing to complain about. The staff is doing a great job and I couldn't have had a better stay! Rooms and common areas were perfect! Congratulations to Bossh! team!

GREAT location, right off the Cathedral Square. Perfect if you are spending a day or two after the Camino and want to soak up the vibes of Santiago without a lot of additional walking! The twin room was comfortable for two - the best bed I've slept in for three weeks! Personal wi-fi, rain head showers, toiletries provided, friendly check-in staff (English speaking). I would come back here on my next Camino.

Water pressure in the shower was very weak in the morning. Evening shower was great - maybe too many people showering in the morning??

Wonderful new hotel in a very old building immediately adjacent to the main cathedral square in Santiago. I found the rooms lovely and well designed. The staff were amazing and very helpful for myself and my 86 year old parents, including helping us with baggage upon our arrival and departure. I have to emphasize that the two ladies who manned the desk during our stay were professional, cheerful and patient with us. Over and above the great rooms and value they made our stay. Higher management, I hope you are listening.....

Fantastic Location few steps away from plaza obradoiro and the Santiago de Compostela Cathedral . Modern, very clean and very nice hotel . The rooms are spaciuos and very well presented. Very good beds . Very good bathrooms . Number # 1 choice in santiago de compostela . Although the hotel does not have parking there is a public parking 1 block away. Yo can arrive by car and leave the luggage and then park the car . Be sure to check the weather before traveling. We had a great time but we had rainy days .
