The location was great. I was centrally located from downtown to the BluRidge Parkway. There was so much to do. The outlet mall was even less than a mile. The room was clean, comfortable, and updated. They had 2 bell hop carts to bring in your luggage. The hallways smelled fresh from plug in air freshener all throughout the hallways. The lady with the red hair at the desk was very accommodating, making sure that my stay was pleasant.

It's not the hotel's fault, but with the new North Carolina law that the water temperature can't be over 129°, hot water is scarce during peek hours. To get a mediocre shower, you have to plan your shower accordingly. The elevator doors need some fixing up from other guests carving and drawing on the doors. They shoulhsbe an automatic door opener to keep the door open to bring in luggage and fix the cracked lifted cement that makes getting the luggage cart wheels difficult to get over. Also, they should have more coffee creamer on hand.

Mostly Everything. It was clean, inviting, and very helpful/friendly staff! My husband and I were on an anniversary trip so we had things planned outside of the room, but the room for the price, exceeded our expectations. There were no smells except for fresh paint and some marijuana. But you know, I can’t think of a single hotel I’ve been to, $ or $$$, that it didn’t have some marijuana smell. If the people aren’t bothering me or anybody else and the smell is only in the hallway so to each their own. Lol. Overall, they are a great place to come and stay!

The parking was a little crowded it seemed. Maybe something they can look at upgrading in the future. But all in all, it gets the job done. The beds were okay. Just a little too stiff. I felt almost like a tree branch cracking when I got out of it lol. But I still had a bed to sleep in so no worries!

Staff was friendly upon arrival, I was booked and in a room exactly as I was hoping promptly. The hotel nice was quiet all evening. The room was nice, fresh linens and towel. Tv and appliances were up to date. The king size bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was well lit, shower and water pressure was just right. Definitely recommend and will be staying at the Rodeway on Brevard road, Asheville nc again

I loved the updated bedding and pillows. The walk in showers are beautiful but in both rooms I stayed in the shower leaked a lot. It could be a design flaw but it may end up damaging the floors. I also noted that both air units needed cleaning and one stated to change the filter. I had no issues with either room. I would also ask someone to look at the insulation/molding of the air unit because I could see outside from around the unit. That can't be energy efficient for them.

I had no issues with the staff or the rooms.

This place is so friendly. Great location and price. Good breakfast. Very clean. My niece and I just needed a getaway for a couple days and this little hotel was perfect! Very quiet also.

This is not a dislike but a suggestion for a little outside patio area.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at the Rodeway Inn and Suites. The staff was amazing. Our room was clean and comfortable and the view was spectacular.

If I had to complain about something it would be the television. It was not a smart TV and there was no way for us to know what was on. But we didn't so to watch TV.

Was clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. The shower was great.

They had no lotion, could have had shampoo and condition not the all in one and the parking lot was a bit tight.

Only thing that I dislike there was no parking spaces when we came back for the night. We ended up parking in one of the handicap spot due to it was only spot.

The hotel was newly remodeled and was very nice.

They need a sign to show where the lobby is. Also a RODEWAY SIgn ON the building would be good. We weren’t sure if it was the back of the property or something because there was NO signage.
