Self catering, everything worked. Kitchen is big - we hardly used it. Balcony views lovely. Pool was spectacular. Location nice and quiet and away from the town. Lovely walks locally and the nearest cafe was superb - selling sweet and savoury snacks and coffee rather than a full breakfast, still superb because of location, cleanliness, value and super lovely staff.

Not so much didn’t like, but the living room layout was a bit odd - we rearranged it! Kitchen was huge - seemed a bit unnecessary. No soft lighting and the decor was super basic. But it was also super clean!

This hotel apartment was in a nice, quiet, & safe location that was about a 10-15 minute walk to the buses & center of Ciutadella where it was great to walk around and had nice cafes & restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, clean & with a comfortable bed. The balcony was a nice added touch to sit and relax for a bit after a long day. The 2 pools were clean and good for a nice dip. The hotel is located right next to a beautiful long walking path where you would see the most beautiful sunsets. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler and would absolutely stay here again. Friendly Tip: taxi to this hotel is approx 50-60 euro, 40 min ride. I lucked out and immediately boarded a bus straight from the airport exit & transferred to the 2nd bus that left me at the bus center of Ciutadella. It was approx an hour & 15 mins on comfortable buses and about a 10-15 min walk to the hotel. Total cost was less than 10 euro. I took a shuttle bus back to the airport that cost approx 14 euro, 45 mins. Makes sure to book the shuttle (one way or roundtrip) at least 2 days in advance.

Again, this was absolutely a quiet and safe area and i had NO issues but being a city girl with a cautious nature, a bit odd that anyone could possibly walk onto the hotel property without directly passing inside the hotel reception. I would suggest the hotel provide extra bath mats (or you could ask the cleaning service) because a lot of water tends to splash onto the floor when showering.

All rooms Lovely spacious plenty of wardrobe space, kitchen area large space with great view . We had an apartment with Sea Views and loved watching the ferries arrive and depart . Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily , spotlessly clean . Two pools one large Infinity pool and a smaller Adults only pool. We had a problem with a water leak in our 1st apartment and this was solved immediately.

Some disturbance from guests on floor above us but this is to be expected on a busy apart hotel,

The apartment had a great balcony with a lovely view of the pool and sea. The swimming pools (one is adult-only) were very clean and tidy. The apartment was cleaned every day, the whole site is spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with all our queries including booking a hire car for a couple of days. The family pool has a bar which sells snacks and ice creams so you could stay there all day. If you don't have a car there is a well stocked convenience store a few minutes walk down the road.

If I was being very picky some of the decor in the apartment could do with a refresh but there wasn't anything that detracted from our enjoyment of the stay.

The pools are beautiful and the location is great. You're not directly in the center, but 25 minutes max walking from wherever you need and right by the water! I also love that I was a little disappointed with my initial room because they don't make it clear that a few of them don't really have much of a view at all...BUT, the guy at reception was really kind and found a same-value room to put me in if I was willing to wait a few more hours, which was totally worth it for a partial view of the sea. Parking was easy, all of the staff was great...I would recommend this place and stay here again.

At first I was bummed about my room, but they hooked me up. Just make sure you're aware that not all have the best view. The kitchen is fairly bare-bones, but you can certainly get by.

Excellent location within walking distance to the city, once we found out where all the different needs during our stay for example supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance, Reception staff all very helpful, a good sense of humour and very polite. Domestic staff , always very polite and helpful.

Only very small grumble, small glasses within the kitchen area and no bowls to allow for breakfast cereals. Allowed to vape next to the swimming pools.

Lokation absolutely 10/10. We were given best apartment in the hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary at no extra charge and given a bottle of champagne by the manager. Polite and helpfull staff, very good english.

Satelite connection very poor. No mattresses for sunbeds, uncomfortable. No shelf in bathrooms to place toilteries on.

Location great. Right by the sea. Beach just 10 lazy minutes walk away. Town centre for evening meals a nice walk away. The 2 pools are great. The smaller pool is far better I feel as its less noisy and less crowded.

The wifi dropped out a bit. It would be good to have a basics cupboard with salt, pepper, olive oil etc and more washing up liquid. The water in the fridge would be better off in the freezer.

Spacious, very clean and well appointed Appartment in a good location with easy access to the city centre. Staff were helpful and friendly - pool & grounds were well looked after.

Thought an aparthotel would have some cafe/restaurant facilities on site and/or shop. Although there were a couple of cafes & shops in the area all were a walk away and there was only a drinks bar on site. Plus the ‘welcome pack’ consisted of some water and enough for one cup of tea or coffee each. Arriving on a Sunday with shops closed meant we had to go into town just to get a snack.

apartment location is perfect 10 minute walk in to the port/old town room had plenty of space and a big balcony which looked over the pool and sea pool was nice and quiet, plenty of beds

the cafe/bar could have had better food/drinks options - felt quite limited the boiler started to leak on 2nd to last day so the kitchen flooded, however, was quickly resolved whilst we were out for breakfast
