The Crowne Plaza is nestled in a scenic area. Check In was wonderful! The room was very clean and the hotel’s location gives easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. However, you really don’t need to leave the Crowne to dine because the food in the lounge area is sooooo good! The bartender/server was so kind and welcoming! My lemon pepper wings were crispy and tasty and my pot stickers were delicious! After grabbing a couple of snacks from the self checkout store, I retired to my room for a great nights sleep. My air temp in my room needed adjusting and the engineer was very prompt in coming to my room to fix the problem!.

The rooms were clean, very spacious and easily accessible as well.

We booked the room with a toddler with us and breakfast and the hotel was aware of it right from the start. We were told one of us could not have breakfast as breakfast coupons are only for two adults. Which doesn’t make any sense? If that were the case, they should have not let me continue with my booking? We booked a breakfast suite paying additional. It made no sense and left a bad taste! I just had coffee in the room and let my husband take our toddler for breakfast…

Amazing Hotel , love that they have a big parking lot . Love coming to Washington DC but i’m not used to parking on the streets or in a parking garage so i appreciate a big parking lot . Staff was very friendly , room was clean and cozy, definitely my top choice of hotels in the area from now on !

Only thing i didn’t like is the distance to Washington DC but that’s something i can overlook with how great of an experience we had .

My experience was absolutely fantastic! Because of my excellent time at Crowne Plaza a few weeks ago, I made the choice to stay again. This is my 2nd stay at this location in 30 days. Twice in one month speaks volumes! I'd also like to make note that there was about 3 different student groups, almost 200 high school & middle school students, I DID NOT HEAR A PEEP!!!! The hotel was intentional to place these students in designated areas, so guests that were not apart of their group wouldn't be affected by the chatter of active teens. I absolutely appreciate this method and to be honest, I was completely unaware of their presence until they met in the lobby. I APPRECIATE THIS!

I wish I could've stayed in bed for 24hrs!!!! Amazing experience!

The area was quiet and the hotel and room was clean. The breakfast was amazing especially the fruit options and potatoes. Everything was nice and I'd definitely stay again. Highly recommend this hotel.

The elevator doors close very fast, I had my daughter in her stroller so if you're waiting for people to get off then try to get on the elevator the doors might just close on you.

Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable.

Breakfast was not included in the price. There were too many Room choices on booking and it was confusing. Most importantly, the hotel should have a shuttle to and from the airport on certain hours. It is 20 mins walk or very expensive to take Uber. If you don’t have a car and can’t take Uber to the station then this is not the place to stay.

The location was about 30 minutes from the Capitol One Arena, snack prices weren't that bad, bed very comfy although the pillows were way to soft.

Thought breakfast ended too early (9am) considering check out was 11am. If I didn't explore my room, I wouldn't have known the hair dryer was in the closet in the dresser drawer. One other thing, I wish I could've changed the direction of the air conditioning vent as I was freezing at night.

It was clean. Spacious rooms and bathroom.Staff were amazing and very friendly . The restaurant downstairs have nice food. I loved their chicken wings.Close to stores and restaurants.

It didn’t have microwave in the room. They had a microwave at the lobby ( snack area) . If you need ice you will need to go to the snack area as well. I paid the room with breakfast included but only 2 people got free breakfast. Even through the room is for 3 or 4 people, the breakfast is free for the only 2. I didn’t know that. I had to pay $19.99 for the extra people . Breakfast was really good and they had staff members who bring you the beverages. The bathroom only had 2 big towels. If you need another one or two you need to call the front desk. No pool

Breakfast buffet was good; it was included for an extra $10 in the room rate on Booking.com. Normally would have been $18x2, a little pricey. Cleanliness and newness of bed, fixtures, linens, etc, was good. Lighting in the room was good. Quiet on our guest floor. Gym was nice for a hotel. Plenty of free parking. Real shower w door instead of tub/shower w curtain.

Had to go to the lobby for ice; only a minor inconvenience.

Convenient location to UMD, excellent value, clean, professional, courteous staff, great breakfast (but expensive), good food and bar on property.

Bar and restaurant closed on Christmas. Older technologies on the televisions - couldn't stream football on Netflix and no access to Amazon at all.
