The hotel has such a warm and intimate feel about it. All the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was absolutely delicious, their Tuscan nights were amazing, some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. Breakfast was nice and I liked the way it was different ever day. The garden is so lovely and our hotel room was lovely. We’re gutted to be home, we will definitely return. San Gimignano is only 5 minutes drive away so great location.

Nothing. The only downside was there were no taxis to take you to San Gimignano but it’s easy to drive and park so wasn’t an issue.

Very nice location, beautiful panoramic view, close to San Gimignano (just a few minutes drive to the parking area next to the city gate). The owner very kind, speaking several languages, very helpful with informations (called the museum to get the closing time to help us able to visit in the evening or not), suggesting restaurants, circling their location on a free map. We got a room upgrade free from him, allowed us to choose ground floor or next floor room. The room was so nice, so comfortable, with adjustable heating system (we were in November), so panoramic view from window. The breakfast was amazing, our best croissant in our life we found there together with the best coffe we had during our Italian vacation. It should be a perfect place for summer holiday also, beautiful garden and pool they have. Sure we will go back soon!

We spent here the last 2 nights after our long road trip in italy. We decided to stay in Molono Di Foci to relax and see a few things in the region. I was shoced by beauty of these place. Everything was perfect. The owner was so helpfull, he carried about every detail. Every morning delicious breakfast was served. Beautiful swimming pool and garden. It was pleasure to stay in Molino Di Foci. It is so close to San Gimigiano that you can travel there a few times during the day. I traveled a lot of times these year and I can say that Molino Di Foci will be remembered as the best one!

Excellent accommodation in the middle of Toscana !!! the decoration was of a high aesthetic !!! The bedrooms were very comfortable with high quality mattresses and nice bathroom! The garden was like an oasis around the hotel!! We enjoyed very much the rich and very delicious breakfast in a dinning place with mirrors and direct view to the garden the hotel staff was very friendly,smiling and available to answer to any questions!!! We hope that we will be able to get back in this area soon and spend more time there!!

although the Wi-Fi was good there is a problem with the mobile network connection in this area

Nice location ideal for chill out and relax. Good place to start discover tuscany. Amazing atmosphere. Perfect and very friendly staf who anticipate residents needs. Very tasty breakfast and special dinners describing local cousine.

There is nothing i can say I dont like. I would add maybe fridges to the rooms and then i will give 10/10

Breakfast was good, considering it is start of the season and there were not many quests. The location is great, in the countryside of Tuscany - scenic. The room was comfortable. The bed is not exceptional, a bit low, but was not uncomfortable. The wifi was good enough to allow streaming services. The pool was closed at this part of the season (as expected), so cannot comment on that, but it looks big enough and water deep. Should be a great place in summer.

The pillows and the bed itself . They can improve on the amenities. We should have been told that A/C will not be turned on . We live in a tropical country and sleeping without A/C made us uncomfortable. We were able to adjust anyways, given that it becomes cold at dawn

Breakfast was excellent, as was the staff. Quiet and tranquil : great place to stay. Clean and well kept.

Room could have been a little bigger and the front doors of the room were a nuisance as they were glass.

Good location close to San Gimignano. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfasts were great, there was various choice of food and staff was constantly supplying if anything was missing. We enjoyed the breakfast on a terrace with nice view on garden with swimming pool.
