This was the cleanest hotel that I've been in in quite some time. Not only was the facility very clean, it also had a really nice clean smell. The price was extremely reasonable but I do wish they offered some sort of free breakfast. They do have a bistro downstairs that you can purchase coffee & breakfast from. Also every employee we came across were very friendly. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area!!

Everything at the hotel was fine except for checkin and the Bistro. The girl at checkin did not acknowledge me other than a curt “ can I help you?l I told her my name and she never said another word . Any question I asked her was answered by a short yes or no reply. She did exhibit a smile or any welcoming behavior. At the Bistro , the employee was more concerned about arranging wine glasses than asking us if we would like to order. When she finally did, she said they didn’t have a cook and she could only do wings. Other than that the room was fine . We probably will not stay here again mainly just because of the service.

The staff were all great and friendly. Cute comfy rooms, loved the balcony. Everything was clean. I would have liked to see an ice machine on my floor.

Our room/balcony was on the 2nd floor. The roof and gutter outside were full of leaves and trash. We were above the AC units and there was a bunch of trash in that area as well. Went for Starbucks but the machine was broken to make white chocolate moca's, that would have been great to have one of those. Not mad that it wasn't working, I understand those things happen.

Pool was too cold without any way to introduce heat. Air conditioning unit leaked onto balcony. Would’ve loved to try the Bistro and was told it was open but no one appeared to be working there

The staff was exceptional. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, kind, and accommodating (even before I told the front desk that I was there b/c of a family health emergency). DePaul hospital was less than 10 minutes away and the property is very centrally located to area shopping & restaurants.

The on-site laundry facility was a nice add however a little pricey: $2.00 to wash & the same to dry a load of laundry. My BIG BEEF was the cost of the little 1/2 cup box of laundry detergent & 2 sheet box of Snuggle: $7.07 for those 2 items. EXORBITANT. If it had not been so late at night (11:30pm), I would have gone to the store myself but it was rather late and I needed laundry done.

The hotel was lovely and satisfied all of my needs..it was quiet and I got some much needed rest...I loved the room, it was very comfortable and I especially thought the microwave and fridge were a good touch....the staff were always accommodating every time I asked them to take pictures by the pool or on the grounds...the ladies at breakfast always suggested for me to try the gravy with biscuits since I never ate that before..overall, my stay was pleasant, I would highly recommend it as I would stay there again....

Not too many food options in the area and no public transportation....it is far from the city life and no sight seeing around there

The facility was clean an affordable and it was near all the things we wanted to do.

The toilet seemed like it was hard to flush and we didnt have a balcony room which was our fault. We got back to the hotel from the concert we went to soaked from rain and tge lady at the desk went and hot us some towels to dry off that was very nice.

Well I didn't like was I got there at 3:00 and there was a lobby full of people and had a concert at 7:00 and didn't get back to my room until 6:00 and no time to get ready for the concert it made me late for the concert not happy about that. Especially when I spend a lot of money for the weekend for the concert and was late

Loretta was absolutely amazing! Very kind and incredibly helpful. Everyone else was nice, too.

Booking.com didn't have our payment information correct and because we came on a Saturday, nothing could be done to fix it. Very frustrating but Loretta got us taken care of!
