Very good value for price, the room was super comfortable, it's a very nice hotel!
The room and the bathroom were not clean when I arrived, I even suppose (and I hope) the cleaning has been forgotten because I could not imagine it has been done properly. But I told about it at the reception and after that the room was clean quickly.

Everything. Big, spacious room. Clean bathroom, clean bed sheets. Elevator. Location is safe. Location is a 9 min car ride from the airport and is nearby to tourist destinations in Chiang Mai - one Grab away. Very friendly accommodating owners and staff. Room cleaning service can be requested every day (we stayed here for 6 days). There's a mini pantry at the lobby where you can have free coffee, tea, little snacks, water, fruits. There are food stalls, restaurants / cafe nearby or you can also order through Grab Food. Hotel is flexible with check in/check out time. Payment for the accommodation is by cash at the hotel when you arrive.

Location is good if u have a car not to far from night bazar. evening market 2- 3.a week next to the hotel..the hotel provide equipment for take away food on the eating area.
Small dovet only large enough just cover the top of the bed.

Very clean, staff are really ready to help
Some distance from main tourist attractions, but if you rent a bike, that won’t an issue. And given the reasonable price, it’s quiet acceptable

Big room good location and clean. Best value price for this hotel.
Some guest parked/blocked the car and staff can solve very quickly. Separated the bed with 3.5 connected 2 EA for King size bed.
