The location was perfect with free parking, car parked out of sight so felt secure, the rooms are spacious and more than functional. The main reception includes bar and restaurant which was really good. Most importantly the staff were very welcoming and saw us to our room, explained all that was needed. the bar and restaurant staff were excellent, food also really good, will be coming back, many thanks

We stayed for an overnight stop and it was the best place for a comfortable night's sleep. The family room was located on the ground floor, so easy access for us and our dog. We had a small area outside to sit and relax. All facilities were very clean and well presented. Great shower, comfy beds and plenty of space. And in the morning we paid to have breakfast which was AMAZING! The quality and selection on offer was a real treat and we enjoyed the best scrambled eggs ever. Seriously, they were a dream! The staff were all very welcoming and helpful and the whole place just felt nicely relaxed. The perfect way to start our 2 week holiday around France. Thank you.

We stayed here for a night's stop-over for a night at the beginning and end of our holiday after / before our ferry crossing (two nights in total). Ideally situated as only 15-20 mins from the car ferry terminal. Has a full 24 hour service, restaurant was available and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast after our first night stay and were provided with a takeaway breakfast as we left for the early morning ferry. Not your typical hotel as the rooms are fitted out containers/portacabins with a separately located reception area that also houses the restaurant. That said the rooms are immaculate, have air conditioning, ensuite shower room, a double and a single bed (very comfortable), clean and well laundered bedding & towels, and our ground floor room had patio doors and a small balcony area. The customer service we experienced was exceptional and I'd say absolutely above and beyond our expectations. The team member (the same lady on both occasions) who met us, showed us to our rooms and explained the services available to us was welcoming and friendly. It was very easy to log onto the WiFi service - details provided on the keycard holder. Would definitely use this hotel again if we needed a stop-over before further travel and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for a 1-2 night stay. I've scored this hotel as 9 but on reflection based on our experience and what we needed a 10 is deserved 😊

Nothing, it is ideal for a night's maybe two-night stop over or perhaps longer if staying in the area for business purposes. It was easy to find but is situated in a commercial and residential area.

Booked one night as an overnight stop during a long drive. Room was much bigger than expected and reception area nice. We arrived at midnight and were gone by 7am, but room was great and had everything we needed. Didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment. Great location if you want an off motorway place to rest!

Parking was full by the time we go there at midnight. Ended up sticking our car in an area not marked out for spaces, but spoke with the reception who said all good. Just something to be alive to I guess.

Our room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was very clean and modern with a great walk-in shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice for every taste. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Its location, just a little outside of Carn, is away from the chaos that can surround the port. It's quiet and tucked away, but easy to find. We had a private terrace as we were on the ground floor. Don't be fooled by the external look of the hotel... It's an absolute gem (and I'm very fussy 😊)

We booked this stay as part of a multi-day tour of Normandy. The location of the hotel is actually great - about half-way between Point du Hoc and LeHavre (Deauville is much closer). We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who even walked us to out room - thanks for that! The layout is actually unique. It's an array of temporary housing units converted to comfortable, spacious, well-equipped hotel rooms with mini balconies. Plenty of parking space too and chargers for electric vehicles. There was also a large supermarket within walking distance. Would probably come again when on the go!

Nothing comes to mind except maybe having a restaurant on site. Would have been great to have dinner there. Otherwise: It was short and sweet.

Very modern and well equipped rooms. We had 2 adjoining rooms, one of which had a kitchen. Super U next door so we could buy food and have buffet on our patio. Staff very helpful and welcoming.

We stayed at the weekend and, although the bar was open we could not use the restaurant. The construction is a bit unusual but good standard.

We arrived from the Portsmouth-Caen ferry at about 10.30pm and Gaelle was absolutely charming and so helpful. Our interconnecting rooms were spacious and clean, we parked right outside the rooms and the shower was powerful and warm. Comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Everything you need! Lovely breakfast. Just perfect to rest well after the ferry journey before driving on through France.

Everything was very good

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it never changes😁it's always spotless, comfortable and easy to find .The staff are always polite and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend this hotel to anyone taking the ferry crossing to Caen or planning to stay in this area.The hotel is also covered by 24hr security cameras and staffed 24hrs.

Nothing to not like about this hotel

Arrived late from ferry, about 15 minutes drive to the hotel. Good amount of parking with EV chargers.....welcome and very friendly reception staff. The hotel site has an industrial vibe with motel style rooms. 24/7 reception is a plus due to location! The room was spacious and clean with good ensuite facility and tea/coffee if needed. The beds were a little on the firm side and the linen would benefit from being crisp white! But that's a personal opinion...but it was all clean and tidy. The bar was comfortable and open for late arrival drinks and pet friendly. The breakfast was all good!
