Everything was spot on ... perfect... cleanness was amazing.. comfy beds was 10 out of 10 bathrooms amazing..reception and staff ..very nice and great service

Food ... food...food. you could do alot better.. I was surprised by how unproffesional they are with serving food... my meals were bad ...bad...bad...

I had the most amazing experience at Landmark especially with the staff who were incredible : starting from the Valet guy Anas who was very friendly and helpful, the pool staff Ahmed Sarfandi who has the most exceptional service even with my little son , the restaurant staff Thaer and Tamer and the cleaning staff Ahmed Radaydah who was always smiling and very professional at his work.. I would like to thank these amazing heroes who made my stay valuable and worth every cent.. I will definitely come back again and again

It's not that I didn't like it, but it's just a remark. There is no sidewalk at the exit of the hotel, and it was difficult to go for a walk with the family without a car.

I had a wonderful stay at the Landmark Amman Hotel! The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was very well organized. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure that we felt comfortable and welcome. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service of Mr. Ahmad Alradiday, who took care of cleaning our room. He was professional, polite, and very detail-oriented. Every day, he made sure our room was perfectly clean and tidy, and he did it with a warm smile that made us feel at home. Ahmad truly went above and beyond, and his dedication made a big difference in our experience. Thank you to the Landmark Amman team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely come back again!

We did experience a minor issue with the air conditioning during our stay, but the staff was quick to explain that it was due to a recent change in the weather conditions in the country. They offered an alternative solution with a fan, which was a thoughtful and effective remedy. While it was a small inconvenience, it didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The hotel was simply amazing. Great location near the boulevard, the room was very big and super clean , staff were amazing (specially Omar at the reception) , the cleaning staff were super friendly and they know how to make the guest very pleased with their needs ( special thanks to a great guy named Ahmad alradidah احمد الردايده ), the hotel bellman was super kind and super friendly, the breakfast there has a variety of choices and very tasty, the pool there was super clean, the hotel simply was amazing and I enjoyed to the fullest while staying there for 8 nights.

There was no barber shop in the hotel however, there is one across the street from the hotel.

Loved the whole experience! We were a group of friends and have booked 4 . At first we were placed on different floors but they managed to sort that out that for , which was so appreciated . And on our last day we wanted a late checkout so the dutty manager ( Joan or Jomana not really sure of the name ) got us a late checkout though hotel was fully booked ! The bell boys / concierge team were beyond helpful and supportive they helped us pack our boxes , tape them and also weight them to check the weight for us to be ready for the airport. I plane to go to Jordan again and I will be definitely staying in the same hotel .

The breakfast was outstanding, the chef and cooks take a lot of pride in preparing Jordanian food. I was very impressed and surprised. The location is great it’s right between the old and new town and everything is a short Uber drive away. We would definitely come back here for a third time.

After an initial mix up with our reservation, the general manager took care of us and made us feel very heard and important. Because of this we decided to stay another night before we left Jordan. Thank you Landmark for taking care of us!!!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated.

The hotel is too expensive for what it offers, and the preauthorisation/payment procedure was overly complicated and frustrating. They made two preauthorisations on my card, then returned part of the amount—or said they would. If this is their regular payment procedure, it’s really confusing and stressful for guests. It felt like a big mess, and definitely something they need to improve.
