Location was great, right next to parking garage, about three blocks from inner harbor and all the food places etc it offers. Also four blocks from cfg arena where I went.

The room deposite is not talked about at all when I got to the location on top of my 222$ ( i already paid the room off months prior) they want $150 incidentals fee. The staff was nice but had I not worked that day they would have turned me away because no deposite. I was super furious because that was my money to spend during my stay, no one took cash and they took the deposit making me broke, they didn't care.

The location, just a couple of blocks from the water and Aquarium, and a few more to Port Discovery, Little Italy, and lots of garage parking, was PERFECT! Great pizza at Kechy Pizza across the street and lots of good things at Urban Roost on the next corner. The service at both places couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating, even with a toddler up way past his bedtime. The hotel breakfast buffet suited the kids just fine. They loved the waffles. Adults were happy enough with the variety of offerings, yogurt and fruit, as well as eggs and sausage and, of course, those Belgian waffles. Our room was quiet--even during NYE fireworks! It was also clean and fresh with no lingering stink of cigarettes. Everything excellent!

The pool was too cold! Not even the kids could swim without shivering.

This is a beautiful hotel not far from the Inner Harbor, just about 3 blocks away. The room was large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large, and we'll lit. Closet space was more than ample. The coffee bar was always open.

There were no luggage carts available. This is important to us because we are in our 70 s, and my husband is partially disabled. When asked, the staff said someone was using them. There were only 2. When one finally made it back to the lobby, it was missing a rack for hanging garments. This meant my husband had to make 2 trips. We had our golden retriever with us, and there is no area close to curb a dog. I had to walk the 3 blocks to the Inner Harbor, which was okay during the day, but made me nervous after dark.

Gym was spacious with several cardio, free weights, and some extras including a fully functional Peloton Bike with weights. Had some great workouts for the short weekend. Breakfast was good but would recommend going before 9 am as it crowded after 9 am and the seating is limited. I didn't see a bar for evening drinks but people were always in the lobby enjoying the seating area and TVs. Room was as expected with no issues.

Had to pay for parking but the valets were reasonable. Could have been a bit quicker but realized they didn't all do the notifications the same way.

I love the room and the staff. From the valet to front desk, every employee was super. Room was very spacious. And I felt like we were in the hotel alone until I got to the lobby. Elevator was quick and fast. You’re staff deserves a raise and a awesome Christmas party this year because I know I am not the only one who feels this way about them.

The breakfast could be better as far as the hot stuff goes. And the juice was watered down. The sink next to the bathroom was slower than I was use to but it was okay. Will it stop me from staying again? Hell no. As long as you please your staff the serve will shine.

It was very great I have not been there in a while but when I was there before I always enjoyed being there so when I came back to visit I've already enjoyed my stay I like how to l it's very clean the only thing that I did not like was homeless people laying around people outside doing bad things around the area but everything else was great I enjoy breakfast I enjoy the staff they did a very good job and I also think they need to put safe in the room so you can lock your personal things up but everything else is great 👌👌💯💯

Location and staff attitude and behaviour. Customer friendly.

The seats were just not good. The rug on the floor looks very old. The cleaner dressed my bed with a stained bedsheet. Absolutely disgusting! I requested that the bedsheet should be changed but this was not done. No active night service. This was absolutely unacceptable. The sudden rise and fall of room prices was a bit of a worry.Good customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

We liked our room which was large and very comfortable. We liked the lady at the reception who was very kind and special with the kids. We liked the hotel view from our room. We liked the hotel lobby which was large. We loved the waffle machine at breakfast.

We didn’t like all the paper plates/cups for the coffee. We didn’t like the plastic forks and knives. Not very easy to cut an apple with a plastic knife. Why can’t we go back to real dishes and forks and knives?

The location was great. It was a 5-minute walk to the inner harbor. This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms were big. My teens loved the bathroom..lol Not only was the bathroom spacious, but the shower was as well. Breakfast was great, so many choices. I like that you needed to scan your key card in the elevator, then push the floor number. Added safety measure. At check out, the employee was funny and helpful.

Check-in girl wasn't too friendly. Tried asking questions and just got simple, yes no. Complete with a glare or to. There is overnight parking available there for $42 or $46, but we found parking right around the corner on Water St. Using Spothero for $10 from 5:30pm to 5:30pm the next day.

Very quiet rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Excellent location within walking distance to the inner harbour, restaurants etc. The curtains in my room weren't opening or closing, but someone came up straight away to fix the problem.

Breakfast could be improved for choice and more fresh food.
