Recently renovated! Our room was near exercise facility, which was a great workout room. Great breakfast and staff gave outstanding customer service! Internet was great and easy to use! TV was excellent, as was the bed!

With the renovation it is still a work in progress! Part of the bathroom was renovated and looked great, but our shower and the bathtub was still in midst of renovation, which the desk shared with us! It was workable but will be great when totally finished!

I did not eat on site. I love going out for breakfast. The hotel smelled like I was in a spa, very nice. Hotel room was clean. Bed comfortable. The man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The next woman I saw was that evening she was nice, she asked abruptly if I needed to check-in as I was going to my room, S in retrospect I am glad they are watching who is entering the hotel. However, the woman that checked me out on Sunday morning, needs a lesson on friendliness, maybe a smile, kind word, hello thanks for staying. I felt like I was interrupting her morning.

I wish I would have had time to use the fitness center. At a glance it would have not been sufficient. But then again, I had a lot to do this past weekend.

Very clean, even for the holiday, someone was always moping or cleaning. Front deak staff was very nice, smiling and always tentative. They were also very nice to our daughter (most hotels don't even acknowledge her). It is in walking distance to resturants and they even had a coupon for a couple of them which was unexpected. Dollar tree was right next door as well and walmart 2 min down the street. Breakfast was good.

Coffee maker all day wouldn't be nice, once breakfast closes that's all the food for the day, however if u ask they will give you more pods for the coffee in the room.

The room , and the rest of the building, was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was pristine, including what I could see of the prep area, and this was near the end of the serving time. The staff were very friendly.

The finish on the tub and shower was cracked and, in a couple of places, missing. Despite this, it was exceptionally clean. The only major issue was the tub not draining fast enough during my shower.

I loved the proximity to the Walmart and other things!! It was my first time traveling to Jacksonville to visit a military loved one and it was nice having access to everything I needed so close by! The beds were comfortable (as hotel beds can get lol)!! The A/C worked amazing! The water pressure was actually really good to be a hotel (which I appreciate). The staff was so friendly and check in/out was the smoothest of any ever. I mean there were small things here and there, but it’s literally a hotel, so I don’t find the room to complain about anything!

The staff was courteous, the room clean, and the breakfast good. The breakfast for the night I stayed, was scrambled eggs, omelettes, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and Belgian waffles. It was comparable to many other pricier places I have stayed before.

There really isn't much I didn't like. I saw 3 small things that were not really much of anything. The shower head, while it worked well, was leaking some. And the desk chair wanted to lean back very easily. When I sat in it, I thought I was going to end up on the floor. Again, not a huge deal for me. I just sat on the bed instead. The last thing, for me was a bit frustrating, but really isn't huge, as I am not there to watch TV. From what I saw, most of the channels on the TV were sports channels. Yep, I'm not a huge sports fan. For some, this might be nice.

Very beautiful property. Smells really good when you walk in. Nice shiny floors. The room was very comfy and high end. I loved the bathroom mirror and the nice big screen tvs.

I didn’t like that they charge you an extra 25$ to check in before 3pm even when a room is available. Front desk can come across rude on telephone and at check in. I asked about checking out at 12 and person was rude. Just not too friendly in my opinion. They don’t seem to want to make sure the guest is happy. No compromising. No exceptions.

Everything was excellent - only stayed here the last night of our trip and I wish we had booked our whole week here instead of the other hotel. Everything was clean and new looking. Beds were probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. We didnt check in until about 9pm and front desk clerk was great and friendly. Overall wonderful experience - like I said I wish I had booked the whole week here.

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was beyond great.

Had a great stay. Breakfast was fantastic. The lady who checked us in was friendly even when I had to book another room she was great. We were there visiting my son the location to everything is great.

Small shower definitely not for 2 people lol the room smelled just a little weird not bad enough to not stay. There's a gap at the bottom of the door where light shined through like a lot so had to put a towel there. Small pool also

From the second we walked in to the facility, you could tell that the whole place was professional and clean. The staff were all professional and polite. Breakfast was delicious and the time for breakfast was good too, it allowed us to sleep in a little more. Our room was exceptionally clean from top to bottom.

We were not a fan on the fragrant smell it was very strong and overpowering walking in. The smell was a nice clean smell but it was just a little too much. Other than that there is no complaints!
