All the staff at the hotel was so nice also was there a nice restaurant and perfect food.

Main thing its that most expansice room got nothing to offer and its cost much more than a basic one. No bigger tv its was super small, no mini bar, safe or other services but in the end room are almost new but double bedroom its separe so in the middle of bad its big gap thats sick from my point of view in any hotel :) so my points down its only for a room by itself

Stayed here a few times over the years. It’s gradually been improved and renovated. Riverside with a lift to all floors. Bike storage with electric points. Nice sized restaurant, expensive but good food. Usual breakfast. Excellent service from the staff. The town is worth a wander.

It’s a shame the far bank has evolved into a large cement works… not the greatest of views from the restaurant.

Riverside hotel with parking and bike garage. Sited at the edge of Schoonhoven - a nice village beside the river. Excellent restaurant. We have stayed several times and have never been disappointed. Plenty of choice for breakfast and a good menu for evening meals.

Rooms can be a little dark with subdued lighting, but I guess that’s down to preference.

The airco worked very silently and well, you didn't feel a draft, the room just got cold so we could sleep very well. The courtains really blacked out the room, making it also easier to sleep on. We had dinner with friends there, and had a really enjoyable evening.

Breakfast was reasonable, but could be better, for example with the option to get eggs in any way and not just boiled or scrambled.

Excellent location and great rooms overlooking the river & trees. Very quiet and lots of free parking, no issue. Good breakfast and dinner, very relaxed and friendly.

Slightly better ventilation in rooms would be appreciated, as often felt stuffy when we returned from being out.

Good location overlooking the river & easy walk into the old town. Well appointed hotel withLovely helpful staff. There was excellent storage for our bikes. In particular the food was absolutely fabulous. Worth going just for the food!!

Nice location on the riverside, very friendly staff, restaurant is also very good, parking available we could use a room for our business meeting without any problem, very welcoming

the room itself was nice and modernized, the hallways could also use a bit modernizing

On arrival we needed advice on where to park: the reception staff took time away from the desk to search for a space. We found the restaurant service and food were both excellent. We enjoyed the riverside location and the view from the dining area. The availability of a lift.

The hotel is direct at Lek river and small harbour. It is quiet and has very nice breakfast room with great view over the river. It is only1 minute walk to town.Hot shower.

The hotel is a bit old fashioned. The price was a bit high for the rooms in old style. Beds were not really comfortable.

The location was good. We visited friends nearby and on the next day enjoyed spending the morning in the town.

Parking our car was not easy and getting the car out of the car park the next day was hard because of the parking arrangements overlooking the river.
